Greggs in City of London, Westminster

Every time I have been there the pies have been cold.

I am so disappointed by their employee. He was not keen on allowing customers to sit and dine in at the pick of time. Greggs needs to seriously think of training staff on how to handle customers. Over the top, do not have any cheese pasty. That is so pathetic and not able to believe. Look at your CCTV recordings and check.

Polite helpful staff and good service. Food was good as always Gregg’s standard.

As an American, this place reminds me of home. Lots of pastries and breakfast options at an affordable price. I would consider it the Dunkin Donuts across the pond.

平日の朝に伺いました。 ブラックコーヒーとソーセージロールを注文しました。こちらの丁寧ではないと思われる英語にもちゃんと対応してくれてありがたかったです。何よりもその二つで値段が2.7£で激安でした。ロンドンで唯一安いと感じました。味も美味しくて最高でした。

We asked to heat a slice of pizza for my son and they refused. The place is dirty and cold.

Always reasonably priced love the doughnuts

A regular breakfast stop. Same as any other Greggs in terms of choice but staff are always pleasant, can be busy in the mornings but still doesn't take long to be served. Seating available inside. Close to St Paul's and the City Thameslink.

They had good donuts. The spicy barbecue bites we're good. The pizza sauce was a bit different from what I'm used to in the states

First time visit to Greg's as we didn't know they had places inside to sit. Good coffee and snacks. Will visit other Greggs restaurants

Ordered for click and collect on the Greggs app and they prepared it 15 minutes before my chosen slot. At which point, I'm still heading towards. So once I arrived, my food was cold. Asked for some more white sugar and the rude staff said "we don't have white sugar". I said that there was some in my bag and I wanted some more. He then rudely repeated himself. Not returning. Wouldn't recommend this store.

sausage rolls are the best. However the vegan ones taste like Barry's toes with how mushy they are.

thing is ye the sandwiches are nice still but they always fail to meet my expectations on which ones they prepare. The Mexican chicken one, in other words the best one, is always off the shelves and I gotta ask my man to make new ones which is a bit dead ygetme

Service was good actually nice staff, greggs is what it is, but like other food chains, pretty much you know what you getting I was in the area for work, needed a pick me up got double expresso, taste is rough but does the job, just down it, don't expect Blue Mountain Coffee or something...it is what it is 4 stars for convenience, and something familiar in these uncertain times, PS got a corn beef pasty too that was good very tasty.

Food was stone cold stake bake was like it come from the fridge that how cold it was pizza slice gave a belly ache soon as eaten this Gregg's I found rubbish in my opinion

Very cold chicken bake not very happy at all

Unfortunately there is always a long queue and the warm food is generally cold. But good options and rarely out of stock

£1 vegan sausage rolls. Go with bin liner and clear out stock immediately

worst experience in greggs to date as a northerner in London. After waiting for ages, I asked for a bacon and sausage sandwich with tomato sauce on. I watched him make the sandwich, put it in the bag, and then shoot tomato sauce at the sandwich while it was shut and in the bag. I opened the bag to find lots of sauce on the bun, but non inside. i will take 50% of the blame for this as I didn't specify which part of the sandwich I wanted the sauce on, so it might not have been clear.

I'm not sure why every time I get a chicken bake it's less than lukewarm!? I've always had to reheat it which isn't cool as I'm unable to eat it straight away. They need to hire or schedule more employees to work at busy times as the que at times can be very off putting.

Basic Greg's. Charges 50p to eat in is a little excessive

Went for the vegan sauage roll it was horrible salty and tasteless. If I knew it was quorn I would not of wastes my time.

Very good service good for a quick munch

Your typical Greggs with pasties, sandwiches and cakes. This branch is very popular in the mornings serving breakfast items, and can also be quite busy during lunch times with sandwiches and pasties. Good for a quick bite, or a quick lunch if you're on the go in the area.

Went in for a cheese and onion pasty and my son had a steak and cheese bake. Didn't queue for too long and sat by the window. The seating area wasn't really clean, crumbs and bits of food that was off putting. We started eating - the food was stone cold. By this time there were about 10 people in the queue waiting to be served and didn't have the time to queue up, explain and wait for others to be cooked. My son put his in the bin and I ate mine, but it was not the same cold. As we were putting our wrappers in the bin, 2 members of staff had come over and were cleaning up. I asked them if theit pasties and bakes were meant to be warm and he was very nice and explained that in their store they only stayed warm about 20 minutes after cooking as they didn't have the facitilites like they did in other Greggs stores to keep them warm. I explained that ours were cold which was a shame and he was sympathetic. If we'd had more time and the queue wasn't so big we would have asked them to warm them up a bit. THis review is no reflection on the staff, just the fact that they don't have the facitilites to keep the food warm once it's come out of the oven. ALthough they really don't need the sign on the counter that says 'Warning - our products can be very hot'!

Charged me extra to eat in on food I was taking away and the pasty that I ate right away was cold :(

11 years of visiting this shop...constant quwues for breakfast as never enough staff. Today only 3 in front of me..spend over £7 and got a cold cheese and onion pasty ...fantastic

Can grab a quick sandwich on the go, but to be honest there are much nicer places to eat in the area. Very cheap food though, good value for money. Not too many healthy options.

If you just want a snack you cant beat Greggs pasties. Cheese and onion is a particular favourite of mine but all tasty

I visit London for work on a regular basis and maybe it's because I am welsh but I look for value for money. This Greggs is on my way from the station to the office and I often pop in for a drink or breakfast. (when staying in London I actually go out of my way to have breakfast at this Greggs). The VFM is second to none (especially when you consider you are in central London) and I find the staff friendly and helpful (Always)

Very nice collection for the bakery .we always have breakfast there before starting our day also it's not costly and they have nice coffee

観光で疲れてヘトヘトで、レストランに行く元気がなくここでパンを買ってホテルで食べました。 中はコンビニのような雰囲気で、 サラダや菓子パン、お菓子、水などが売っています。 店内にwifiはなし。 あると助かる店。 肝心のパンはあまり口に合わず、食べられませんでした。

ロンドン市内で多く見かけるサンドイッチのチェーン店です。 お勧めはAberdeen Angus Spicy Meatba ll Melt Baguetteです。 バゲットの方は出来立てだと当りですが、時間がたってても軽くトーストすれば美味しく頂けます。
