Ravello in City of London, Westminster

Staying in this neighborhood, we needed a caffeine infusion and something to munch on Good lattes, nice hot panini and a sweet treat It satisfied all these needs .

It really is so hit and miss here . You can come in every day and the girls behind the counter will act like they’ve never seen you before and you offended their mother . Most of them are Italian I think and speak Italian amongst themselves . Generally they make ok coffee. I have a latte there . However if I see that the young man is working the machine I turn around without ordering . I’m a bloke and I tell you now he has no ability to make a coffee without ruining it .

I had a gorgeous chicken pesto baguette here. It was delicious and filled well. Good service too. Recommended!

Miserable service, silly system of ordering inside then having to go outside to a hatch to collect (you can't pay at the hatch though, of course).

Coffee was disappointing and the staff were not the kindest. Somewhat pricy too.

The experience that i have had here is appalling. The service is just completely disrespectful. During my visit three of the staff were standing behind the counter, doing their tasks without any sign of any one of them wanting to take my order . Whilst I patiently waited they looked and completely ignored me and my daughter whilst carrying on doing their own tasks. Unfortunately we did not even get to order anything because we had to walk out of there. I strongly advise to walk a few steps further and order your coffees at Pret.

I ordered a hot chocolate with one shot of espresso. The barista was nice and the service was perfect.

Decent coffee & generous size, but customer service 👎 I was the only one in the coffee shop, but the barista was still distracted - I asked if I needed to wait for the coffee & barista said I could sit outside & they'd bring it out. When the coffee's ready, another staff member calls out twice from inside - I ignore them & they finally bring it out. I asked for chocolate sprinkles on my cappuccino, and of course they forgot, so I went back in to get them. I wouldn't come back unless it was the only option available.

Terrible customer service, i asked for alternative milk and she knowingly gave me whole milk. The baristas in the side Ravello are very nice and one of the barista’s hot

Oh my... they are super rude. I ordered a coffee and the girl intentionally put the cup to the window with words ‘collect it from the outside’. I ordered inside and she could easily give it to me there, plus the words were said with so much anger. Nothing was done to trigger this. Had five stars before haha and was always stopping by. Never again.

Got a pastry here and it was stale. Should have walked a block to Pret.

Great coffee and sandwiches! Only problem is they don't have a dine-in here (unlike other R coffee shops). That's why 4 star. Please start the dine-in!

Just stopped by for a coffee and a croissant and everything was excellent. Simple things, but done really well. Croissant was still warm....mmm!

I ordered a flat white and they gave me regularly milky coffee it was horrible I ordered a sausage roll it was tasteless I ordered a sausage muffin and it had less than half a sausage in it. I will never go again

A small coffee and sandwich shop situated on horseferry Road, and are open for business, obviously it has to do the social distances I think they allow 2 in at a time, but they have a great group of workers offering great sandwiches etc and hot and cold drinks, I find it to be clean and the food freshly made, I would suggest show some support and pay them a visit and let's try getting back to some type of normality.

Food isn't great, I'll say. But the coffee's good. Soft drinks can be PRICEY.

Staff is lovely, welcoming and helpful. The place is open only for takeaway during #covid times. They do coffee, pastries, sandwiches and soda drinks.

£2.90 for a proper large latte. The quality and taste was on par. Cheaper than expected. Highly recommended.

Build you any sandwich while you wait. Hot snacks. Take out fast service. Tfl zone 1 cheap. Clean in front and behind counter. Five stars because all fresh good quality ingredients.Walk to park over the road and sit. Office workers' fave in the area. Best to have an idea of what you want before you go in. Pay by card.

Had a sandwich (BLAT one) from the entrance on the corner of the street, but didn't have any coffee. The staff were very rude, served other people before me when I was first in the que. The food was not fresh and I was sick later on that day because of it. The prices are high for what you get. Would not recommend, there are nicer places in the area with friendlier staff and better quality food.

Coffee itself is GREAT and service pretty quick,but staff is a bit miserable, never friendly and NOT hygienic. One of the old staff barista in glasses,not tall was making coffee in gloves, then went to clean the spillage on the floor and afterwards back to the coffee machine and continued to make coffee for everybody in the same gloves!!!! That put me off. Never will come back to this shop.

Best flat white in Westminster. Pastries also really good. Has a big selection of sandwiches (cold and toasted) made fresh every day in the shop, and actually quite cheap.

Disappointed to see them use for my coffee a cup that fell on the floor. When coffee costs £3 you can probably afford to maintain high hygienic standards.

Pequeña cafetería con algunos asientos dentro y fuera. Al lado hace bocadillos pero no lo he probado. Los pasteles son excelentes. El cafe es bueno El servicio es eficiente (aunque a veces hablan muy rápido, muy difícil de entender).  5 estrellas porque me encantan los pasteles.

Intenté este lugar como un cambio del Pret A Manger que está cerca. . . El café era bueno al igual que el servicio. . . y hay un ambiente un poco más moderno.

Stopped here on a whim while seeing the sights around Westminster. Coffees were excellent (and HUGE) and pastries were better than I expected for a chain (the flapjack especially.) High marks all round.

There are very few cafes in this area so was very busy at 9am. My pastry was good - crisp and fresh but the coffee was very disappointing. My Americano tasted as if it had been watered down too much. I left half of it - which at the price is saying something about the quality.

Don't get the 1 star reviews. It's a decent little coffee shop. Nothing super special but cosy and friendly.

Great little cafe with freshly made food in store. Great coffee but probably the moat expensive on the road - for good quality but high price coffee this is the place to go. For lower cost but OK coffee there are other options. Unfortunately no discount for using reusable cups.

L’endroit parfait pour prendre un café « on the go » beaucoup de choix dans les pâtisseries et selon mon fils, un excellent chocolat chaud.

Para ser sincero, me alegré mucho por tropezar con Ubicación de ravello como yo estaba en necesidad de una inyección de chocolate! Era media tarde y la tienda estaba claramente listo para cerrar (o eso es lo que sentimos como) así que supongo que el servicio era lento y corriente - yo era el único cliente! ? El chocolate caliente era precioso para ser justos y las fichas de pop, bien eran patatas fritas pop! El contador parecía como una ubicación de almacenamiento para pan, etc, que sólo tomó distancia de lo que parece una buena selección de ensaladas y pasteles. Es una pena porque si los colegas eran más centrado en sus clientes y se prepararan sus cliente muestra, tendrían una buena propuesta!

Coffee smelled great and drew me in - I was so glad I tried the caramel slice. It was amazing. Tasty but not sticky. Service was quick, they were friendly with all the customers I observed, even the gruff ones.

My customer experience was ruined by the fact that I got to the counter, ordered coffee and wanted to pay everything else, to find out that I had to walk one block to go and withdraw cash. Ridiculous.

Clean, quiet café with helpful staff. Another plus: mid-afternoon on a Bank Holiday Monday and there was still a reasonable selection of dishes to choose from. A positive turn-around after all the poor reviews in 2016.

En plein milieu de la journée, quelques fois un bon café se fait sentir. Le Ravello est capable de vous donner ce dont vous avez besoin avec une multitude de cafés, thé et autres liquides. Également disponible, des patisseries et muffins.

This Ravello is small shop and cafe with seating inside for about 4 people and 8 outside in the smoking area. The coffee is a pleasant if mild blend but more than surpassed by the choice of handmade sandwiches and cakes.

Looked like smart modern cafe... Expensive wrap was salty, greasy, no fresh salad in sight and fell apart when opened.

Excellent quick decaff between events. Speedy and high quality. Small but good buzz and enough room inside and outside for a pause.

I ate breakfast here a few times for the week I found lots of healthy choices and the prices was very reasonable. I had the bagel and lox with tea for under 6 pounds. the food was tasty.

The outside seating area is very small but nice quiet location and lovely coffee served. Not too expensive considering the Westminster location.

Decent food, girls who work there could be a bit more upbeat (everything seems too much for them). Would be great if this place accepted card as my lunches end up elsewhere due to not being able to pay by card

I stop here every morning on my way to work for what I think is the best flat white in London. Great coffee, and the hot pastries and sandwiches are very good. Not so keen on the cakes. Staff can sometimes be a little grumpy ...but in my experience most members of the public don't treat people who serve them food or drinks that well, so I'm prepared to cut people a bit of slack.

Met by rude abrupt staff. Told they don't take cards and then when I asked for jam/butter with my croissant was told "We don't do that". A London coffee shop that doesn't take cards! Possibly the worst coffee shop I have been to in a long time. Outside tables had ashtrays full of cigarette ends that they couldn't be bothered cleaning. AVOID!!!

Popped in with colleagues for a post meeting coffee. It's a nice little place with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. I'm not really a coffee expert but my latte was very soft, frothy and tasty. Only downside was very limited inside seating.

Order chicken escallops with cheese salad tomato. Paid almost 5 £ pound what I get was brown bread with little bit of butter and small portion of chicken cut in half!! Really ?? Overpriced. I did ask for something different. Arrogant staff as well . never gonna come back again.

We stopped here several times for "flat white" coffee as Ravello's was quite close to our hotel. London was our first stop in a multi-country trip that took us to England, France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. We went to the Amalfi coast in Italy but we didn't make it all the way to Ravello where, from what I read, the owner of the Ravello coffee shops comes from. We loved the coffee at the Ravello shop on Dean Bradley Street in London and talked about it on the rest of our trip. The cappacinos in Positano on the Amalfi coast were my second favorite coffee drink on the trip, but the flat white coffee at Ravello's in London was tops for me.

Nice bagels, pastries and sandwiches, and good coffee, reasonable prices. Always busy which I see as a good sign, at least the food will be fresh!

I was ordering my food, nek minnit they don't take card. I had to walk to the cash point, come back and they didn't have my sandwich.

no queue to order, finally ordered and then find out they don't take card in the sandwich store (but do in their other one along the road), go to cash point, come back and they didnt remember both me and my order. finally arrange the purchase and have to ask them to pay! Then i get back, bread was stale, not much meat and over all poor.

Hier 2 keer een ontbijtje gehaald en dat is zeer goed bevallen. Beide keren genoten van een Tiramisu koffie. De croissants zijn super vers en lekker knapperig en de sandwich met kip is heerlijk en goed gevuld. Prijs kwaliteit is prima in orde, mocht ik weer in Londen zijn dan ga ik zeker terug voor de koffie!

Ravello's are always busy which is a good sign. They do coffee and a good range excellent sandwiches. One of the better places for a snack in the area

We could never pass by Revello without stopping in for a cuppa. Their pastries and sandwiches are excellent and very well priced.
