I ordered 2 pints and 2 shots of disarano and got charged £85!!!! This should have been no more than £35. They then refused to pay me back my money as I didn’t get a receipt

Once upon a time the Tangerine bar terrace in the Millennium hotel .....the reserved corner was so beautiful, with pleasant conversations, an exclusive atmosphere, cozying lights and staff attentive and gentle, until they decided to take it over that the pleasant terrace transform into a coarse market. Considering the location and the esclusive clientele,willing to pay a can of Coca Cola as champagne,I would enjoy not to see this mob , smoking Shisha,but the lovely place used to be Another thing I would point the finger is the music. Too Loud!!!! Toooooo loud!!!!!!!and too much of nonsense ! Plus some people might be not inclined for certain music as topic:killing,gangs,drugs,robbed a bank,Vaginas,Fuxx word,swearing,NG word as identification. October the 2th for being precise,siting on that table me and my friend we had to shout our orders,because of the music and believe me,I’d rather whispering and being called sir as it used to be before,than overpaying a drink in this surrogate version of Elan Cafe with the worst music ever. Once it was an esclusive place,now is a place when if you are a family,or an old lady in retirement,or a simple someone as me looking for a moment of relax,better stay away! I’m wondering how the guest if the hotel are dealing with the atmosphere and the very bad music Please restore the terrace as the lovely place used to be.

We had the most amazing afternoon tea at Tangerine yesterday. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty. Beautiful restaurant all round

Very glad they do classic cocktails as the house cocktails weren’t great. Staff were a bit abrupt. Atmosphere was terrible as kids with noisy tablets were nearby and the parents and staff didn’t care

Thank you to Vener, Eduardo, Judita, Delia and the other folks who make it so pleasant to spend an afternoon or evening with family and friends or business associates at the Tangerine Bar in the Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge. There are several secluded alcoves for private meetings, a deck for outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Two menus with traditional bar food and Chinese food from the restaurant upstairs... you really can't go wrong. If I'm in London, you'll find me at the Tangerine Bar!

A lovely afternoon tea and although the service was very friendly, it was quite slow in bringing the food out! I had notified them of a nut allergy beforehand but they had no record of it however they did their best to offer alternatives and advise of what could or could not be eaten. The waiter Kamal did his best to offer solutions and was very helpful and friendly.

Visited for afternoon tea to celebrate big birthday. After being shown to table the first thing that we were met with was 'can I see your pre-booked voucher' no welcome, no good afternoon, no how are you-just can I see the voucher. My wife (who had the voucher) was in the restroom but the staff must have been waiting because the second she returned we went through the whole 'where's the voucher questioning'. Still no pleasantries. Continuing the poor start they had neglected to take note of the special allergy requirements my wife identified when booking. However, the service slowly improved and the tea and pastries/cake were very nice. They did make an effort in regards to the Birthday and comp'd the kids drinks for the allergy confusion. Staff's general attitude was poor and when they were being nice it felt very false. No genuine warmth.

I have visited the Tangerine bar a couple of times and have had afternoon tea with friends. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and somehow I always feel I'm in for a treat. The afternoon tea is superb with a great selection of sandwiches and cakes, and in addition we were served by Kamal, a really friendly waiter who catered to our every need and provided amazing service! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

Second time for breakfast - and second time served by Kamal. Love the service!! Can recommend it highly :-) Coffee is ok, the "mini buffet" extremely good, the music nice - and the price is unbeatable...

My afternoon tea was superb. The quality was very good and service provided by Kamai was particularly good. Very friendly and helpful in pointing out other places to go. Took some business guests here from Canada and they were bowled over. Thank you

The host of the tangerine café is Kamal and he is lovely. Kamal has exceptional manners, a lovely smile and topped up our sarnies marvellously. The champers was delish.I will certainly come again for the friendly and attentive service.

We had a great afternoon tea at this café which is near to Harrods. You may find better taste elsewhere however this place is a better fit if you're around, we were served by lovely Kamal, and the champagne at the beginning was great.

Near Harrods and on trendy Slone Street, this cafe is tucked away at the back of the Millennium Hotel. Good relaxed ambience, good bar, friendly service and excellent snacks. A refuge if you have to wait a while!

Fine Saturday morning, time challenged travelers craved a simple breakfast in Knightsbridge. Tangerine Cafe and Bar's Express Breakfast, served daily from 7am just hit the spot. The breakfast room was airy and peaceful, cool contrast to barista Kamal's warm sunny smile and friendly service. The rich aroma of tea and coffee, the flaky petite croissants, and seasonal selection of juicy fresh fruits were most satisfying. Armed with Kamal's informative guide to London on the weekend, these travellers were refreshed and ready for their well deserved holiday!

Very pleasant and attentive staff providing an excellent express breakfast. This has to be the best bargain in Knightsbridge!

Nice to sit outside and to see expensive cars in hotel parking area. The restaurant was quite and staff very friendly.

We popped in almost every night for drinks. Service was fast, unobtrusive and efficient.

I stayed at this hotel so I checked out this cafe one night when I was too tired to go far. My friend and I both felt very relaxed and comfortable. We talked and laughed, and it was just the perfect way to end a stressful day. I dropped in to have another drink by myself prior to heading to Heathrow Airport. Will go back again if I was ever in the area:)
