Bad food old non fresh or expired, AVOID AVOID

food went from Paddington to maida Vale to back streets of westbourne Grove before making their way to me. driver seemed to make multiple stops en route resulting in delivery of cold and inedible food

Delivery driver was very rude when I pointed out there was an item missing from the order

Staff take ages to prepare order, not sure if it's timed but order goes ready to collect and off the screen before they even start to prepare it. And it's not even when it's understaffed , they can have 5 people behind the counter and only 1 person is preparing an order, and the others are chatting or looking at the till.

I was missing the Pepsi Max can with the meal. It was supposed to come as my drink.

Delivery driver left the food outside the building door!!

I’d wish the fries were a much tastier. They were a bit bland and they were not that tasty but the actual zinger was good.

Basic, expensive but the toilets and the restaurant were clean

I’m a fast food manager myself I know how hard it is to manage a store and the physical toll it takes but for crying out loud have abit of pride toilets were awful tables,bins,floors disgusting . Oil in fryers never filtered do better have abit of self respect!

Kfc wings in Uk are horrible and stinky inside I don’t know who eat this. I gave it a chance so many times and always the same. Plus they didn’t give me chips this time so disappointed. Anyway is the last time I order wings

I have been waiting outside the store. It is already 10:36. Still manager does not bother to open the store. I have knocked few times. They do not even look at me. How frustrating is that?

We ordered on JustEat last week and no joke one of the pieces of chicken smelt like piss! Might mean they gave us gone off chicken… won’t ever be ordering from here again and would advise to steer clear!

I was meant to get a refund from just eat and they haven’t refunded me.

My go to restaurant always. Customer service is excellent super fast. As soon as I placed my order my food was ready in seconds. One short guy came from back with phone in hand.and was was on call. I told them to double toast my wrap. Without washing is hands he started to make wrap. Everything is excellent .please maintain hygiene in store.

The dirtiest KFC I have ever seen. The staff is very slow. Before attending to a customer, they stand around chatting with each other, even when there are 10 orders waiting to be served.

How would you do a party bucket, no sauces? No tissues!!! Do we have to order ketup separately??? My kids are eating without ketchup right now.

Eating went like this. Staff was nice. Women's toilet not clean. The men's toilet was cleaned so thoroughly that it was not available during our entire stay...

Food ok, but very dirty in tables area as well as in WC (being that only One works ..) Huge team stopped doing nothing when they could perfectly taking care of the space. This restaurant needs a manager.

I was there last Tuesday around 4pm. The person. Lady working taking orders and payments was rude. I simply asked 2 items from the menu, one without cheese and she was rolling her eye, looking to the back. I simply told her to cancel the order, since she clearly didn't want to work. Moreover, there was more people waiting for their orders also complaining for wrong orders. When you do something that you don't want to do, that's what happens: you don't do with passion, patience and attention!

Driver not friendly. Buffalo Chicken was soft, bit dry, breast meat. No KFC Chicken taste in it, for me. I thought it might be nice and crispy. Hash brown was soft, broken and not crispy. Not quite tasty as I was hoping for.

Absolutely horrible place ,the girl could not care less ,very slow and was putting salad and handling food with no gloves on ,scratching her head (even though she had the veil) ,she will not serve me ,she told me to use the machine but I said I pay cash she keep me waiting until a boy kindly from the kitchen came to help !She should not be there ,rude ,slow and not hygienic at all handling food without gloves!!I will not going again 😡All I wanted was 4chiken wings !

I make order online and they cancel it ! I call them for the reason they pick up the phone while km talking to them they close it str8 away ! Is happens 3 times ! I hear the person normal and he didnt reply my question and then keep closing the phone .. terrible ! Food was ok. Chicken tasted like someone left out a few spices of the secret recipe. Service was a joke I ended up paying almost $18.00 for a two piece chicken meal with one side. Don't forget. 30¢ each for mayo and ketchup. No one spoke English and they treated me like I was a problem because I couldn't understand their broken English. Skip the bland chicken and bad service and just go to Burger King 👑👑

Worst KFC ever!!!! This has nothing to do with the real KFC, I don’t know where is the district’s manager??? They’re supposed to check on it and make sure they’re following the cooking instructions as they supposed to. The chicken was too small, oilyyyyyyyyy and super dark, and not crispy at all. I guess they never change the oil here. The bathroom is horrible and only one is working. I wish I can post a picture of the food but for some reason it won’t let me post any picture. I’m from USA and this has nothing to do with KFC. I’m sure if they have a visit from the corporate office they will shut them down completely.

Son has food allergies so requested staff to be mindful of cross contamination (ie burger buns with sesame seeds to be kept separate from chicken). Staff refused. Then ignored me for the next 10 minutes as if I wasn’t standing there and refused to talk to me. Finally I gave back the food which I had already paid for and left with no food and no refund. Shocking service. Staff need training on how to handle food when customers have food allergies. Otherwise their lack of training will kill someone someday.

This KFC franchise is okay. There are no self-service kiosks, problems in scanning your app. The fried chicken is luke-warm and not as fresh when compared to other KFCs Opposite St. Mary’s Hospital and next door to Subway.

The staff was friendly. The food was actually good. Only the chicken was a bit hard and dry, but those were only two pieces.

The food was stale as if was reheated, staff was rude because I asked for mayo, no cleaners to be seen through out the shop, floors and tables where revolting. 1000% been making duplicate accounts to boost their rating, the absolute worst food expereince ever!!

Despite the restaurant's advertised closing time of 2 am, the dine-in area was closed around 10pm, indicating that the staff might be deciding when to close. Additionally, the two female staff members (they might be from India) were rude and unhelpful with taking orders. They even forgot to serve the drinks we ordered, forcing us to ask for them. Due to this staff-related experience, I wouldn’t recommend this KFC branch.
