Food never arrived, delivery driver went to the wrong road behind my address and refused to move from there. Needless to say, the food was never received and i had to reorder food, and wait another hour or so....

The lady was mad for some reason, Made some jokes and alot of indian smile were found. Then tried the food tasted as fresh as it needed

We ordered a 12 piece tenders and a Pepsi and she gave us a 1,5 liter and corn 4 sauses 4 fries gravy and popcorn chicken

Empty shop but I was ignored for a whole minute after I arrived

Driver not friendly. Buffalo Chicken was soft, bit dry, breast meat. No KFC Chicken taste in it, for me. I thought it might be nice and crispy. Hash brown was soft, broken and not crispy. Not quite tasty as I was hoping for.

Absolutely horrible place ,the girl could not care less ,very slow and was putting salad and handling food with no gloves on ,scratching her head (even though she had the veil) ,she will not serve me ,she told me to use the machine but I said I pay cash she keep me waiting until a boy kindly from the kitchen came to help !She should not be there ,rude ,slow and not hygienic at all handling food without gloves!!I will not going again 😡All I wanted was 4chiken wings !

I make order online and they cancel it ! I call them for the reason they pick up the phone while km talking to them they close it str8 away ! Is happens 3 times ! I hear the person normal and he didnt reply my question and then keep closing the phone .. terrible ! Was 16:10 today idk who pick up the phone but if i was manager wouldn’t accept this attitube from my stuffs! 0 recommended this place

Food was ok. Chicken tasted like someone left out a few spices of the secret recipe. Service was a joke I ended up paying almost $18.00 for a two piece chicken meal with one side. Don't forget. 30¢ each for mayo and ketchup. No one spoke English and they treated me like I was a problem because I couldn't understand their broken English. Skip the bland chicken and bad service and just go to Burger King 👑👑

Worst KFC ever!!!! This has nothing to do with the real KFC, I don’t know where is the district’s manager??? They’re supposed to check on it and make sure they’re following the cooking instructions as they supposed to. The chicken was too small, oilyyyyyyyyy and super dark, and not crispy at all. I guess they never change the oil here. The bathroom is horrible and only one is working. I wish I can post a picture of the food but for some reason it won’t let me post any picture. I’m from USA and this has nothing to do with KFC. I’m sure if they have a visit from the corporate office they will shut them down completely.

Son has food allergies so requested staff to be mindful of cross contamination (ie burger buns with sesame seeds to be kept separate from chicken). Staff refused. Then ignored me for the next 10 minutes as if I wasn’t standing there and refused to talk to me. Finally I gave back the food which I had already paid for and left with no food and no refund. Shocking service. Staff need training on how to handle food when customers have food allergies. Otherwise their lack of training will kill someone someday.

This KFC franchise is okay. There are no self-service kiosks, problems in scanning your app. The fried chicken is luke-warm and not as fresh when compared to other KFCs Opposite St. Mary’s Hospital and next door to Subway.

The staff was friendly. The food was actually good. Only the chicken was a bit hard and dry, but those were only two pieces.

The food was stale as if was reheated, staff was rude because I asked for mayo, no cleaners to be seen through out the shop, floors and tables where revolting. 1000% been making duplicate accounts to boost their rating, the absolute worst food expereince ever!!

Arrived late and flat cold, no option to cancel after an hour passed despite resorting to the help pages. Terrible experience.

Never received my food. Called KFC Paddington and stated they gave to driver. I was standing outside of my hotel when notification stated food was delivered. No food was ever delivered. If I could rate no stars I would.

Despite the restaurant's advertised closing time of 2 am, the dine-in area was closed around 10pm, indicating that the staff might be deciding when to close. Additionally, the two female staff members (they might be from India) were rude and unhelpful with taking orders. They even forgot to serve the drinks we ordered, forcing us to ask for them. Due to this staff-related experience, I wouldn’t recommend this KFC branch.

The worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Made a big order then added 1 mini wrap and 2wings. It took them 20mins to prepare my second order and they were so rude when I kept asking about it. I watched more than 4 people come in and leave with their orders while I wait and not even a single apology was received. The 2 south asian ladies working on the 13/02 at around 12.30 are so unprofessional they ruined the whole experience for me. I’d rather starve than go there again.

Small KFC, fast service, missing some products and some tables not cleared.

Disgraceful. I called up today to cancel my order as the app wouldnt allow me to. My car had broken so I couldnt pick it up. A staff member tried to assist me - as she couldnt she went to ask the manager. In the background the manager shouted at her and then the phone cut. I then called back and the manager refused to help and lied blatantly. What an awful person. This is exactly why people "fail" to do their jobs. The management. If youre shouted at for simply trying to help a customer and do your job - what point is there. I called on the 10th feb, 2024. If there is a KFC staff member that reads this and wants to look into this abusive, disgusting man that was the manager there on this day - please do.

The place was very dirty. There were leftovers from the previous customers on the tables everywhere and the bathroom was in a poor condition.

Okay, this KFC is actually terrible, it's getting a one star because everything was untidy, people had to STAND to eat their food, there were trays with rubbish on covering up most of the table, the large chips was more like a small chips, they ran out of trays when I ordered and they gave everyone paper bags, actually they need to get their stuff together, the chicken had no flavour, and the whole place was crowded with people.

Not to the usual standard, 3piece chicken meal tht consisted of 1 drumstick, 1 2inch piece of wing n and a random piece of chicken which could have been from anywhere! No breast and was tasteless and certainly not worth the money. The corn was was also tasteless and watery. Very dissapointing.

Quick service and tasty enough food. The fries could have been crispier but guessing how fries are in general at KFC locations I won't take that too seriously. The place looks clean and seats are good. Guess, if anyone is craving KFC then this spot shouldn't disappoint then.

The food was supposed to deliver at 2:35pm and delivered at 3:52pm. It's extremely late and cold. I mean what the fu*k you doing guys now a days? Even though you don't have any options to contact you on live support.

Muy malo, nos vendieron un “wrap twist meal” y el wrap traía 2 trozos de pollo frito y col morada estilo chucrut… y muy malo… las papas fritas sazonadas con especias… no es normal… el wrap no traía lechuga ni otros ingredientes como aparecia en la foto… no volvería aunque fuera gratis.

DO NOT order from Uber eats for this place. Only half of the order received. Restaurant very unhelpful and very rude over the phone, even put down the phone on me. Delivery driver unable to be contacted again through the same number she called. Not served at all, would not recommend

Forget my hash brown on my burger

Staff are extremely rude, don't explain to you correctly what the meals actually are. They got my order completely wrong. The food was tasting horrible, not like an actual kfc. They also didn't give us any napkins and when I went to the counter to ask for some, they laughed at my face and gave me some kind of blue roll, not even napkins. Definitely not coming back. 😒

Unfortunately, they got my order completely wrong. When I told them it was wrong, they were unapologetic and asked me to pay extra money to get the correct burger. Whilst there, numerous customers complained of incorrect orders. There is unfortunately a language barrier here.
