I attended with a disabled person who they would not allow entry inside the bar. They did offer a refund for my friend who I had already purchased a drink but gave no options for entry into the establishment really ruined are day out did not even offer him to have a drink of water outside the bar.Really badly explained by manager and door staff

We visited today (26th June) for the first time since we moved out of Fulham 4 years ago and it is just as good as it was back then. The Sunday roast is out of this world with perfectly cooked meats, a good variety of fresh vegetables, crispy roast potatoes and the most INCREDIBLE gravy I’ve ever had (as a northerner, I have high gravy standards!) the staff were lovely and attentive. The manager, I didn’t get his name, was friendly and even gave us a little pot of gravy to take him because we loved it so much! The drinks are very reasonably priced for the area and they offer a good range of draft beer. Hands down the best roast I’ve had in London. Go!

I have been looking forward to going to this place for a long time as it’s local to me. On entry I did feel like it was an issue to the staff that I am exempt from wearing a facial covering even though I was wearing a lanyard and a badge stating that I’m exempt. We were seated and showed the menus and ordered a good Sunday roast. When the food came out and the vegetables came out afterwards we asked is this for both of us or is the single portion they said it was for both of us but it was smaller than what one person might eat so complained and they brought out more vegetables for us which was very nice. The beef tasted amazing although the horseradish sauce was not necessary as it ruined the flavour that the beef which was seasoned greatly already. The vegetables seem to be dry like they’ve been cooked earlier but been sitting on a hot plate. My partner had the chicken with salsa Verde which was a little bit strange she did moan about the vegetables; Kale and beetroot are not your regular Sunday roast accoutrement. I went to the men’s toilet and all the urinals were overfilled no signage saying that the toilets are broken also the hand dryer didn’t work. After the meal we complained to our server about the things that we felt were amiss and he said he had to report to his manager also tried to say that they couldn’t get a plumber to fix the toilet. in my opinion they should have at least cordoned off the toilets and made alternative arrangements. When it came to paying the bill we asked to leave specific amounts including a tip after paying the first half and then the second half we were informed we couldn’t leave a tip via card no cash even though we had requested to do so prior to payment. Not rushing back here, have had so much better everywhere else. I do wonder how businesses stay afloat!!

Was really looking forward to eating here but I have to say it was disappointing. We arrived at 2:30 on a Sunday and when being seated no one mentioned about ordering food through the QR code or about the fact there was only 1 roast left. We had a celiac with us and needed to ask questions about the menu. Service was really slow and despite making two staff members aware of a gluten allergy, food still arrived with a huge Yorkshire pudding on it. We also ordered drinks which never arrived but were still added to the bill. The food was generally really good so I would love to give this place another try ! But won’t be rushing back.

Fuimos a Aragon House (?)

I visited here on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately I didn’t check beforehand that their was an England Rugby match being played. Therefore the pub was very rowdy, as a Scot on holiday staying with a friend who lives locally it was a little intimidating, at one point a group of about a dozen lads had an impromptu game of pretend rugby outside (the pub has outdoor seating). There was no security at the door. I have been to this pub before on Chelsea Football match days and they DO have security on those occasions. The bar is stylish, drinks are slightly above average in regards to price but they do have a large range on offer. Food can be a bit hit or miss. It’s more pub food-ish rather than somewhere you’d take someone for an intimate meal. Though by no means bad. Staff when I visited seemed overwhelmed. So if you fancy a visit here I’d check local Football match times beforehand. The pub caters for this type of clientele so if management have a problem with it being mentioned in a TRIP ADVISOR review they should perhaps review their own customer policy rather than attack a genuine reviewers experience albeit during a specific event. The Main Street is closed off on match day to allow the large number of football fans access to the nearby stadium. It can get very boisterous. I wouldn’t recommend a visit here on my experience of my most recent visit unless you enjoy a rowdy pub experience or plan your visit carefully beforehand. There is no signage asking patrons to modify their behaviour when outside and no staff attempted to stop the ‘game’ of rugby being played in the middle of the street during my visit.

This place is awful, not because of the highly overpriced drinks or the mediocre pub grub but because it is staffed by people who clearly do not wish to work in hospitality. At pains to avoid having to serve guests, uninterested when needing to do so and bordering on rude when dealing with a service issue. Buen servicio.

Went there on a Saturday lunch, at 14:00, so the restaurante was quite empty(around 40% full). We were seated on the back so I understand that we were not to be seen by the waiters but if you know you have people on the back go and check them. We waited around 45 minutes for the food, and had to ask for the drinks many times. By the time the food was done, we didn’t had deserts in fear it would take an hour to come. We saw another table leaving after no one came to take their command for over 40 minutes. I honestly don’t know what was going on, but I hadn’t seen such bad service in a long time. And the restaurant wasn’t even packed. Obviously we got charged the service anyhow and as a nice gesture they gave us a 2 pound espresso complimentary. If you are to do something like this, do it right but not with a 2 pound coffee. My food was nice but nothing espectacular but the other plates of my friends were nicely flavoured, so I might be coming back just to try other plates. The owner should drop by more often, the venue is great, the food is good and the location is amazing too, it would be a shame if the service ruins the whole thing.

We have eaten here before, about a year ago and this time felt the food was not up to the same standard. I have to say that the Black Cod last time was honestly the best fish dish I have tasted, this time around a bit disappointing. Maybe my memories created too much of an expectation. The burger looked good although quite small in size, the aged rib was also a very small portion. But overall for pub grub its very good, lots of roasted root vegetables and interesting appetizers which we shared. I will be back again to give the Cod another try.

Five of us came here for what was meant to be a Sunday roast for the MIL bday meal, but instead was plates of disgusting food that looked like it had been thrown on the plate on top of each other...very sloppy and school dinner like! Beetroot came as part of the vegetables and you had loads of it that it dyed the rest of the food! Who on earth has beetroot with a roast! Potatoes were disgusting! Vegetables were disgusting! Meat was disgusting as well as Yorkshire puddings! The manager was so rude and one waitress with dark hair in particular was very rude! Two members of staff were really lovely. We had to fill ourselves up with chips. If you want a roast do not go here, only go here for a burger. The manager was so rude and so shocked that I didn't want to pay the whole bill £84 I said I would pay £40 and he couldn't believe it and was adamant it was my opinion and that I didn't know what I was talking about. He then came over again to have another discussion about what I didn't like and gave the money back! I wouldn't recommend this pub for any thing other than a burger ! Utterly disgusting service from the manager! Tommy tucker need to take anything other than a burger of their menu or employ a chef that can cook. It's a typical pub that's taken far more than they can chew on! The manager needs to go for training with how to deal with customers and how to please customers!

We were a group of 4, and between us we ordered scallops, garden leaves, and chips to start. For mains we ordered (and shared) the Beef short-rib, and a split/pressed/roasted chicken. Service was just a bit slow, but we were in a back corner plus the place was jammed, so not bad overall. The brews, and wine that one of our party had, were all excellent as expected. Dessert was a must and did not disappoint. Affogato, pear tart and something chocolate - I forget - were all above average. Portions were just right, and we all thought the cost was in line with the excellent quality.

On exiting Fulham Broadway and heading down to the 606 Club this was our first stop. I believe this used to be a traditional corner pub known as the Pelican and I cannot comment for what the place was like back then as I never visited, but I think it’s a fairly good guess to say that the Tommy Tucker is now very different to its former guise. Taken over some time in 2014 by someone called Claude Compton, who apparently is a chef of some renowned in these parts, I believe it’s been completely made over and now functions more as a gastro / pub restaurant.Basically a one room open plan space with a smaller back area just for dining, the minimalist Gastro décor, all wooden floors, large wooden tables and assortment of different chairs hits you as soon as you enter. But not as much as the strange bar / serving area that protrudes forward into the main room from one of those open kitchens that allows you to see the sweat and toil of the various white clothed chefs sweating and running about within. The bar itself is a strange modern aluminium thing with one bank of keg draft options on one side and thankfully three ale pumps on the other. Then all the other spirits e.t.c. are in bottles on a metal shelf construction above the bar. It has metal leather seated bar stools around and you begin to get an idea of the target demographic for this place when you notice when perched on one of these that the bar top is crowded with large jars of different caramelised dried fruit slices for the G&T’s and cocktails. None of your normal lemon slices for the Old money of Fulham and Chelsea then. The three beers available were St Austell’s tribute, TT Landlord and something called Tommy Tuckers Winters Ale brewed by Marstons. I went for a pint of the Tommy Tucker brew and regretted it as it was thin in both consistency and taste. However the wife really enjoyed here G&T , which clearly was a cut above Gordons, and loved the caramelised lime slice, which was a bloody good job as both drinks lightened my wallet by £10.75.As a throwback to the old pub I guess they still have the traditional wooden Real Ales on board on the wall, but again here tellingly in the three available slots below the three Ales available were three of the recommended house wines. I can’t recall what these specifically were because I couldn’t see past the chalked up prices of £45, £55 and £75 a bottle. The food menu was interesting and seemed to be made up of a lot of small plates, positioned as tapas-style British food. We were not planning to eat here and I’m not sure I would have chosen to, but perhaps one day I may be tempted to gamble £7 on Chilled Tomato & Strawberry Soup with Basil Jelly, but probably more likely the Brown Crab Cakes with Roast Garlic Mayo at £8.50 or one of the fish mains, the Day Boat Fish with courgette, cucumber and honey and herbs. If you are more at home with the Chelsea football crowd then this one will now be off your radar, but if you want to experience where the Money of Fulham and Chelsea now pop out for a casual meal, come here. But I can’t help wonder if the Sloanes ever mourn for a real pub to walk to. I guess not. When I mentioned this one to a colleague he recalled it having some interesting murals in the gents toilets. But for the record the downstairs toilets are now very smart and any naked ladies that used to be in situ in the Pelican days have long gone.

I’ve been planning to try out this pub with a catchy name Tommy Tucker in Fulham, SW London for a while. While there is certainly no lack of gastropubs in Fulham I was still on the search for the one that makes me go “wow”. There is of course the Michelin starred Harwood Arms which is very good, but I really wanted to find something with a more traditional, pubby atmosphere.Tommy Tucker stands out on Mr Google with its high score (4.6/5) so my expectations were high when I finally ventured there on a rainy Saturday evening. Long story short, Tommy Tucker did not disappoint. It has actually quite impressed with its food. Nothing pretentious yet highly skilfully prepared and presented dishes clearly show that food is taken very seriously here. We had two starters and two mains and every single dish was a delight. The menu says that “All meat & fish is cut from the bone daily & the produce is held ‘star of the show'”, and I couldn’t disagree with this statement.Chicken Wings (served with blue cheese sauce). Great quality wings, tender & succulent cooked to the point.Crispy Quail, Peach & Fig Salad. Very unusual dish, meat falling of the bone, very tasty! Cooked in black olive and black truffle oil. Yum.MONKFISH VINDALOO, coriander, coconut & flat bread. Quite hot but very pleasant spice if you leave the green chilli to the side. Could be from a great Indian restaurant.TT’S AGED BURGER, Aged Patty, Brioche Bun & Pickles. Superb burger which showcases the high quality ingredients. I don’t think the lettuce could ever be so crunchy in a burger. Back to the basics, i.e. not too much garnish & sauces, but still exceptional flavours. Loved it.The wine list is of decent length, and markups – in particularly on Champagne – are attractively low compared to many other places. Overall very decent price tag, especially considering the quality: under £30 per head for 2 courses and a glass of wine, and that on a Saturday evening. The service was friendly but inattentive at times (e.g. we sat with empty starter plates for quite a while; or I asked to see the wine list again and it never came), but in their defense it was very busy.Since I mentioned my preference for a relaxed, pubby atmosphere… TT was exactly as I hoped it would be, lively and buzzing, with a semi-separate quieter area with more tables for two. With just one visit Tommy Tucker has made it to the list of my local favourites and I will surely be back to taste my way through their menu.

After struggling 15 minutes to get someone attention, I finally have the opportunity to ask one of the manager if they had any vegan dishes. He looked at me like I asked for something very awful, said 'No' and just left. When I tried to ask an other waitress, he came back out of nowhere and told me 'I already told you, we don't have anything vegan on the menu'. It appears that they did in fact, had vegan dishes: a green salad and fries. waouh, lucky me when my friends plates arrived, all their dishes were accompanied by vegan vegetables...We were sat in the middle of the room and the waiters keep giving kicks in our chairs when passing by. i'm not asking for a vegan menu, but it's 2016 I'm probably not the first vegan to come into that restaurant. And if you don't have anything, fair enough, but it's doesn't hurt to remain polite.

Party of seven celebrating the last night of a family reunion of sorts; family members from the USA, London, Cornwall and Verbier in Switzerland. Our first choice of location wouldn't take a party of seven so we found this one and what a good choice it turned out to be. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly and seemed to want to do anything that would help us have fun. Putting tables together, turning things around....we played havoc and they just joined in. The food was extreme! Everyone raved about the chicken wings and take it from someone who has tasted Buffalo Wings in the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY, they were terrific. Short ribs too, and we haven't even ordered our main course yet. The Londoners recommended the burgers and while we were tempted to try other stuff, we mostly ordered them. All in all a great time was had by all.

My new favourite local, very open/warm atmosphere (particularly during sunny afternoons). Good food (albeit skewing towards a bit pretentious) -- but after a glass of white or two, I can forgive them. Have decided to ratchet up the $$ by only offering more boutique beers, would like to see them have a longer list of offerings (feels really restricted).

Have been to the tommy tucker loads of time before and after the football, as many times before i was there on saturday with friends having after match drinks.I got talking to a couple at the bar whilst trying to get served although it would seem i was invisible.A new bar man came on at this point and walked straight passed me and served a guy would had just stepped forward to the bar , i said come on i was next and he ignored me,i then jokingly shouted over to another girl I'm next whilst laughing with the couple at the bar who couldn't believe i wasn't getting served. Then the new bar guy finished serving someone at this point and i said are you serving and he replied I'm not serving you and don't shout at me if you don't like it here go somewhere else and drink! i said i was actually having a laugh about it.He was obviously having a bad day.Anyway it turns out he was the owner !! that says it all , probably shouldn't be in the pub game.Me and 3 of my friends spent 1 hour in the pub before the game and 3 hrs after the game spending in total about £200 on drinks.Wish i had spent it somewhere else and not in angry mans pub!!My advise would be Chill out !!!

A colleague and I wanted something special in the way of pub food and were fortunate to have been directed to The Tommy Tucker. Very easy location to get to via the District Line to Fulham Broadway (about a three minute walk from the station). We both had the pork chop entree that was wonderful. It came with a unique cabbage and apple salad and we added one side order of chips. For starters we had a rabbit mouse and the most sensational deep-fried avocado. Plenty of cold beer helped highlight a great meal.

We came to Tommy Tucker on the promise of great food, as I have been to its sister restaurant, Claudes', which was superb. Unfortunately we were severely disappointed. Firstly our tables' food did not arrive for well over an hour after the starters, yet when it did arrive only half the table got their food at this time, despite multiple assurances that our food was mere minutes away. Myself and a few others had to wait much longer: our food finally arrived at 2130 on what was a 1930 booking. Most our table had finished their mains by this time. Had the food been to an acceptable standard this would have likely saved the experience. Nevertheless, the food that arrived infront of myself and two others (we all ordered the Short Rib) was utterly inedible. The meat on the rib itself was bone dry and considerably overdone and burnt on all three meals. Furthermore, there was no uniformity between the three meals, with each having differing portion sizes and presentation. After complaining, we were then offered to choose another main. The three of us chose the flank steak, as we expected it to arrive quickly, owing to the nature of the meal. The order of a rare, and two medium rare steaks arrived after a further half an hour, around 2200, yet even worse each of our steaks was cooked wrong: we received two medium steaks and one well done grey steak. One of the party was unable to eat their steak at all.Throughout the night the manager seemed disinterested in our complaints and did little to try and solve them - we received apologies from neither him nor the chef. To add insult to injury we were shocked to find that none of the mains were removed from our bill and that instead we were paying for the more expensive replacement steak rather than the original ribs we had wanted. We did not order dessert despite originally wanting to as by this time we had lost any faith in the kitchen.Sadly, overall it was the worst meal I have had the misfortune of being presented with in an eating establishment. It would seem that either that the kitchen is overstretched and should reevaluate the amount of covers it can accommodate or that kitchen staff should go 'back to basics' with their food, which a number of other reviews have stated. The only upside to the evening where the drinks and bar staff, both were very good. Do not, however, come here for the food.

This is my first review on trip advisor and I am only doing it because after the way I was treated last night I feel compelled to write it. I chose Tommy Tucker to enjoy a delicious pub dinner with friends and to enjoy the Italy vs Germany football game. I have been to Tommy Tucker before and in the past my experience has always been delightful and the food, delicious. My experience last night however was beyond terrible. We arrived for our table at 7.30. It took a while for us to order food which was fine as we were a large group of 13. The starters came out quite quickly and the bar staff were all pleasant but this, I'm afraid, is where the praise ends. After the starters we were waiting 45 minutes for our mains. I went to the waitress and asked where our food was who responded saying it would be "out in a minute” and so I sat down without making a fuss. When the mains finally came out 3 of us hadn't received our "Beef Short Rib" which took another 20 minutes to arrive. I got up again to complain and this time spoke to the manager who assured me the food would be out soon and the reason for the delay is because they weren't expecting so many people at the table. Which is pretty ridiculous in my opinion; if you cannot handle large group bookings and maintain a good quality of food, please do not accept them in the first place. Finally two of the three mains came. Everyone else at the table had finished eating by the time we received our food (9.30pm, 2 hours after our reservation time.) The third main belonging to my friend came 10 minutes later. When we finally attempted to cut into the short beef rib (...which is meant to fall off the bone) we couldn't believe how tough and burnt it was. There was no way of cutting it and it tasted like saw-dust. I have eaten at a lot of establishments in London and this is by far the worst thing I have ever been served. This isn't something I happily admit as I was the one who booked this table. I chose Tommy Tucker because I knew it would be an excellent place to have dinner as I've had so many positive experiences in the past with regards to the food. I had been so excited to take my friends there and in the days before I had insisted the food was exceptional but I was so wrong. I called the manager over and told him the rib was unacceptable and we would like something else. He offered us 3 steaks and insisted they would be out quickly as they can be cooked in under ten minutes. He also said that he would take the wine off our bill which I thought was a decent compromise. We waited another 30 minutes for our steak. At this point it was 10pm and we still had not eaten dinner. As compensation the manager gave us a side of chips between 3. The manager was unapologetic and frankly quite rude. He seemed uncaring and did not handle the situation well at all, he blamed his chefs and said there was "nothing he could do."When my medium-rare steak finally arrived it was completely over done. My friend ordered his rare and it came medium. He ate it anyway as he was starving, whereas I refused to eat mine because I could barely cut into it. I decided not to complain again, after all there are only so many times a person can complain and make a fuss in one evening. When the waitress asked me how my meal was, I said the sides were nice and she saw the steak was left untouched on my plate. We had all been thoroughly looking forward to dessert however when it finally came to ordering (at about 10.25pm) we had all given up on the kitchen and decided we would be better off not taking the risk. In all honesty, by that point we were just ready to go home and so we ordered the cheque instead. When the bill came we were shocked to find that all 3 of us were charged £20 for steaks when we had originally ordered the £17.50 Short Rib and so we ended up paying more for the kitchen's mistake. Of course, I understand the difference is minimal but it is the principle and the way the situation was handled that is unacceptable. The manager only took the wine off the bill and we ended up having to pay in full for our disappointing meals. Out of principle, I would have rather paid more for the wine we had enjoyed all together than have had to pay for the meal I did not touch; I ended up going home ravenous.I am thoroughly disappointed - I feel foolish for talking about how wonderful the food is at Tommy Tucker to all my friends prior to the dinner and then having to apologise to them individually for this terrible experience. I really expected more.

Went here for the first time when it opened a year or so ago and LOVED it. Since then though I have to say I've been consistently disappointed with the food which is such a shame as the team here are brilliant. What is with the obsession with pickling vegetables!? Just do some simple roasted veg - I can't imagine anyone likes those vinegary, denture busting neon things you put on most of your plates! :( the consistency of their presentation of dishes is also crazy - some look like they might as well be served at the local primary school for lunch, and others look as delicious and enticing as they did when they launched. sad to say it wouldn't be one of my first choices for a lunch/dinner spot in the area anymore.

it's my first visit to TT since the reopening, look and feel is very different and I like it. the wait staff are all great and really attentive. I had the venison to start followed by the duck. both really tasty, in fact the starter was the highlight for me, the duck was good, but slightly overdone for my liking. the kitchen was receptive to my feedback. to finish it off, I had the gingerbread parfait, more of a deconstructed one and yum, but not the type of thing I would normally order. good drinks selection, though only a couple of options for wine by the bottle, however a nice whiskey to finish off the evening.

Nice vibe, but avoid the specials for lunch. Ordered the BLT sandwich. It arrived within a minute!! One bite and you knew why. It’s clearly made much earlier and the bread was all dry and crusty. Made worse by the fact that the sandwich is three layers of bread!! Chips were ok. Not great for a £10 sandwich. Enjoy a pint and avoid the food!
