I love this Costa so much! The lady who was making my drink is so friendly and funny! We also had a nice little conversation too whilst she was making my drink and drink was fab! Definitely come back!

I used to love this caffe and was visiting all the time when I was in London, today I was shocked how I was served, no plates no cups they put cake in the plate with plastic fork and plastic cup with cappuccino. Polish woman who was serving was extremely impatient, rude. Never going to come there again and would not recommend anyone to come there too. Shame on owner !

Unbelievably, they close till number two without informing the customers in the queue, thus we had to switch to till number one and wait 10 minutes longer.

Good barristas and pretty nice coffee, although sometimes it might get quite busy. We're always arguing between us as to what coffee should we chose, as about half the people prefer Starbucks over costa. Nice customer service at both

A typical visit to any Costa coffee shop involves at least one of these:- Sorry, we’ve run out of bread/toasted tea cakes etc. Sorry, we can’t add your bean points. It’s not working. Sorry, we only have take-away cups available. Sorry, it’s not available as the refrigerated shelf isn’t working. Etc. etc. etc. Pop into any McDonalds, Costa, to see how a franchise should be run.

10 Dean Bradley StreetWe didn’t drink here so cannot comment on the product served here. I came here asking for help as suffer from Crohns and was suffering a medical emergency. Whilst an older gentleman tried to help me and direct me to the nearest toilets the young man serving was completely disinterested and told me that as it was London I shouldn’t be expecting to find toilets. I explained I was in distress and just needed some help as was not from the area and he couldn’t have been more unengaged and rude. Luckily the older man let me know there was a Pret a few yards further up the road and the crisis was averted. Please can I just implore people to have some awareness about diseases such as Crohns and realise that when in distress sufferers need a ounce of compassion and understanding
