Lovely spacious pub. Mysecond visit here and served by Victor this time. Very professional and welcoming, explained the menu very well. Would recommend this pub

Good London pub. Decent pint and reasonably priced for the capital. Went in a couple of times as stayed around the corner.

Great atmosphere, lovely service from all bar staff, especially the young lady with short hair and tattos who was patient and accommodating. They also have great deals for students. Will definitely return.

Me and my partner just came to Ealing to visit and came across this pub. Such a nice environment and the staff is lovely. I got to meet Jon, JJ and Marlene. The food is also quite good. If you have not been here then you come and visit them.

Love coming to the Drapers for a quiet beer, sport or a lively band - either way friendly punters and Uber staff make this a pub to sup a lovely beer. Also during strict rules over Covid for pubs - everyone was cool. Cheers to be back for the Rugby and bands this weekend. 👊🏽

The Draper’s Arm has clearly put a lot of effort into creating a safe environment that we have grown to love. On this occasion, we were served by Pete, who provided such an outstanding service I felt compelled to leave a review.

2020 has taken a toll on hospitality's rep regarding cocktail menus. Impressed by the choices at the Draper's. As a Cocktail Master myself, Pete's bloody Mary was a mean one. Keep it up.

Mi familia nunca había estado fuera de nuestra ciudad natal en Alabama el día de Navidad, por lo que me preocupaba replicar nuestra cena familiar tradicional cuando vinieron a visitarme a Londres en Navidad. La elección de hacer una cena de Navidad en Draper’s Arms resultó ser la elección perfecta. El personal era amable y servicial (incluso para mi sobrino que no comería más que hamburguesas), la comida era excelente y abundante, y el entorno era relajado y acogedor. Definitivamente fue un punto culminante del viaje!

El baño aquí huele absolutamente horrible, huele realmente muy mal, me siento físicamente enfermo. Esta es la tercera vez en este establecimiento que mi amigo y yo hemos experimentado pésimas condiciones higiénicas. Tengo ganas de vomitar, es tan impactante. Arruinó mi experiencia aquí. No estoy nada contento.

I popped in the summer 2019 and wasn’t that impressed - vibe, bit untidy, but it was my go to pub over new year - love the place! It’s improved hugely - plenty of room, variable seating options, great range of beer including Camden Hells in Jack glasses food was excellent bar food and staff friendly and professional. All tables clean, tidy. Lovely big windows and you can relax on leather chairs watching Ealing go by! Great pub and love coming here for a beer!

Stop in here whenever we are in London, is our favourite pub away from home. Staff are always friendly, fantastic range of beers on draught and a fun atmosphere. Christmas decorations were great, loved mail room, although not jealous of power bill with all the lights lol

Great place to visit for all ages who wish to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and chill out after work. Whether it is quiz on a Tuesday or football on a Wednesday you won't be disappointed

Came here early Sunday afternoon after looking through reviews and this seemed like a good option. Staff all extremely friendly. Ordered 1 roast chicken, 1 roast beef, and one combined chicken, beef & gammon. After a short wait the food arrived and everything tasted as if it had been cooked days before. Vegetables all lifeless and stale, yorkshire puddings literally tasted of cold cardboard, roast beef as grey as the starship enterprise, not to mention cold. Chicken was so dry I had to keep sipping my drink to consume. After our meal we explained all of this to the staff who genuinely listened but no offer/discount given as we had already paid.

Popped into this pub before dinner and was surprised how nice it was compared with some of the other, big pubs you get in large towns. not too busy, friendly staff, reasonable prices etc

Absolutely shocking experience. This is the first time that I am writing a Google review but I feel compelled to do so because of how shocking my experience was tonight at this pub. I visited on the night of September 23rd.

Had dinner and drinks here on evening of Monday 23rd September. After a decent meal we were incredibly rudely interrupted by a very hostile server who asked us to leave, despite the fact we had spent a considerable amount of money in the establishment, as we had no immediate plans to order another round. Obviously shocked, as we had never encountered this kind of policy in any other pub before, we tried to explain he could clean around us if that was the issue. He then became incredibly hostile and began to argue with us, repeatedly Explaining we had to leave despite the fact that other patrons of the pub had only had two drinks, just spread out more so they were not being asked to leave, which we attempted to explain to him. when we tried to raise this issue, he eventually told us he was kicking us out. We never raised our voices at him, but when he was alone with me when my male friend left, he accused me of assaulting him. This was an incredibly hostile and unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning to this establishment.

I have come here to have dinner and the burger was pink and undercooked I got no proper apology or any sort of refund I could have have been ill

We went because it was convenient - we could walk from our rental in Ealing. But it turned out to be a great pub with friendly staff, great food, and a roomy and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a great place to meet friends for a drink. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Excellent selection of drinks. Highly recommended - not sure what the previous low reviews are about?? It was a really nice place with very friendly and helpful staff.

Spacious open plan but some snugs to cozy up with the misses. Plus all the normal things you want for a proper pub, sky sports (lots of tvs) decent food (sausage and mash was awesome) and lots of beers to choice from, looked like a lot of different gins as well. But the best part about our visit was the barmaid actually spoke to us, she asked how or day was going and seemed genuinely interested in our response. I’ve been to so many bars and pubs in and around the capital where most staff just ask what you want and lack the basic ability to hold a conversation without thinking we are flirting. For something so simple as asking ‘how is your day going’ it really made our day, we had a great chat about beer and cricket! Would 100% recommend this place for a drink or 4 and lunch!

Pretty new to the area and what an amazing place this is. lots of sport and great service. Food was amazing had the sausage and mash tempted to have another.

went there with some of my friends for drinks after shopping. the young guy behind the bar was absolutely friendly. perfect place to watch live sports and have a pint.

Came with a few friends to watch the football, great atmosphere, fantastic beer range and the food was hot & tasty. We ended up staying after the football, there is live music on Saturday nights, turned out to be a really good night! Looking forward to going back again soon, would definitely recommend

I visited the venue on Saturday and there was an altercation to which the lovely female door staff helped me very much and even booked my cab back home. I have to say I don’t see enough women working doors and was very pleased that you guys had hired one. She was amazing and ever so helpful.

Went in for lunch, asked for a glass with ice guy behind the bar kept mumbling incoherently and then disappeared, asked barmaid for a glass with ice to be told “he’s had to pop to the shops to buy some.

We came in for a drink on Friday evening, its December so we expected it to be busy. It was worse than busy. It was rammed, the men's toilet was out of service, there was no toilet paper in the ladies and the staff looked a bit ruined. When my wife mentioned the toilet paper situation to the young bartender he apologized and said they hadn't had time to get toilet paper as the manager had left early and it was really busy. Would have thought something toilet paper would have been sorted out before it got busy. The lady manager on shift was clearly trying her best to deal with thee situation and some loud customers complaining about a table, I felt bad for the staff, as I use to work in a bar, its a busy time of year for these guys as it is let alone with a manager that just wonders off when its busy. Might come back again when its quieter but is doubtful.

Youngish guy who served us, (he seemed like a supervisor which was a big shock) was more than incompetent. Was worst service I have had in a long time!!!

Came here in half-term week. I was glad no kids were here at lunchtime. Beer was drinkable but could have been a bit cooler. Worst thing was the music was too loud for the time of day. I was gonna stay for lunch but went elsewhere cos of the music/noise.

We have enjoyed going to the Drapers for the sports however the pub has become an absolute shambles over the last 6 months, then new manager doesn't seem to have a clue what he is doing or just doesn't seem to care at all which is a shame as it has been a really great pub over the last few years. However we will be finding somewhere new from now one. There never seems to be any beer on, out of 5 ale taps most of the time there is only 1 or 2 one. They do advertise some fantastic craft beers but again never seem to have any of those either. We went for the Man U v Leicester game (first game of the season) which they were showing on the projector and other numerous TV screens, but there was no sound. We were incredibly frustrated that the staff wouldn't turn the sound on. We thought maybe it was a one off and gave it another the following Saturday. We walked in before 1 to the barman putting a sign on the bar saying the kitchen would be closed until 5, yet all of the menus were on the tables (seemed a bit odd as the kitchen wasn't open), when the football started the sound was actual for the rugby game that was on a different channel. We didn't bother asking the bar staff to fix it as it was the same young guy who wouldn't turn the sound on the Friday previously, didn't see the point really as he comes across as completely incompetent (how he gets left in-charge I don't know). There are a couple of fantastic staff, Peter has been there for a while and always makes us feel welcome and one of the female managers (sorry not sure what her name is) when she is one shift everything seems to run better. I feel sorry that these guys have to work in such dire circumstances with a manager who couldn't care less.

Unplanned drink and football on Sunday-likely we found the Drapers Arms in Ealing Broadway near Bond Street, 3 tvscreens and one projector all showing football with decent menu and drinks - perfect to watch the community shield. - awesome staff with friendly great attitude.

Been here twice in the last few weeks. Had a Jaipur a few weeks ago which had gone well past its best. Went last night and many of the beers were off but instead of turning the clips around they put a glass on top of the pump. I asked for an IPA (Californian) and the barman gave me a steam beer. Tried to find another beer I wanted but they were all off so had the steam beer - didn't enjoy it so I won't be going back.

we decided to have a pub lunch, stopped here found a table and gave order, 45mins no food, went to the bar to enquire and was asked "yes where are you sitting?"

Came here for a few drinks with a couple of friends and too watch the boxing. Great pub with some interesting beers but wouldn’t recommend for the boxing. Had to watch it on a tv rather than the projector as there was a band playing at the same time which was annoying. We still had a fun evening and tried some new drinks.

Fantastic find on a Sunday lunchtime. We ordered the share roast which had 4 types of meat. We shared between 3 adults and it was quite adequate. The meats were cooked perfectly and the Yorkshire puddings were huge! Two types of gravy which were refilled on request. There was a kids’ menu which was very reasonably priced and a good selection for the kids. The best thing was the service with a lovely American who was friendly and polite. Atmosphere was great too. We will return!

Nice place tucked away in Ealing. Good restaurant options near by but the place does do have its own selection including Sunday roasts. Beer selection good(have doom bar and peroni and seasonal range 😊) Not busy so plenty of space to chill Tuesday quiz night

WOW!! This place is Boombastic!!! Such a great Sunday atmosphere, our children were so well looked after and I felt the service was top notch! I think the names of our servers were Rachael and Peter, from start to finish we had such a great time, the food was fantastic! We will definitely be back! Five * thank you so much

What a place, went there to watch sport and the atmosphere was booming. Loved the fact that Rachel got us into their tap take over beers and that she looked after us throughout the game, suggesting great snacks and delicious Burgers!

Being a bit apprehensive of The Drapers Arms reports on here We visited in the day and found all the staff very friendly and accommodating including the two security guys in the evening

We were try to find a place to sit down before getting our drinks, the security guy stopped us by calling us “Shu” few times and said it’s “reserve area” despite there were no signs. I said to him you don’t have to call us “Shu” regardless, we are human. We were not drunk/ rude/ or trouble making than he just replied “I don’t have time to call him, it’s reserve area, I don’t care, you are not important to me and leave if you don’t like it..”. You may have a difficult job to work there but doesn’t mean we deserve a treatment like this or treat customer like a second class citizens.

My Mum and I ate in here this evening. The service was great. Very attentive staff. Lovely food. Good burgers and nice atmosphere.

I ate here in 2014 and the food was good- popped back in while in the area this year.This time, just drinks with two friends.

Have been to this pub many times of the years however I will not be returning. The usual blonde bar lady who is always friendly and efficient wasn't there as I was going to ask if the manager had changed which would explain things. I ordered a double vodka fresh lime and soda and a double G&T.; It was more expensive than normal for this pub, especially seeing we had been in the North Star the night before (which I understand is owned by the same company) where the same round was cheaper. I asked the tall guy behind the bar for the receipt. We had been charged for 2 single vodkas and 2 single gins. No wondered it was more expensive as I was paying for 4 drinks instead of 2. This is disgraceful behavior, next time we will walk the extra 5 mins to get to the North Star.

Lovely and spacious pub at a very central location in Ealing. Staff is very friendly and service as you would expect from a decent pub. Live music on Saturday nights. Always a pleasure to stop by for a drink here.

Received a very warm welcome on arrival, was super busy so had a great atmosphere. Food was well presented and came out just when we needed it. Baked camembert was amazing. Even though it was really busy each time I approached a staff member they were really willing to help which made a big difference. As my party started to leave a member of staff came over to ask about our night and thanked us for coming which was really nice. Overall we had a great night and would come back again in a heart beat.

I popped in whilst waiting for my sister to arrive from Paddington, as I was a little early. Walked in and whilst waiting to be served by the one barstaff, who was talking to another customer and telling her about an earlier customer who has asked him 'how he was?'. The barman DID not like being asked 'how he was'. It was like the customer had offended him....I couldn't believe what i was hearing. Then he turned to me and asked for my opinion, I replied, he was only making small talk and asking how you were, to which he replied 'DO I LOOK SICK OR SOMETHING??'. Omg, I think i won't be recommending this joint to any of my mates.

This is the second time I have eaten here for lunch. The pub itself is very cozy, and has a variety of British food. I got the steak and cheese sandwich which was delicious, and there is a decent selection of food too. Order everything at the bar and seat yourself. Staff was very friendly!

We pigged out on scotch eggs, pork pie, black pudding, crackling. Way over the top and could be described as a heart attack on a plate but as a one off - memorable.

Decorations is very good which makes here a good place to meet. Some evenings have a live music so it could be very busy and noisy.

Being an international team with 10 members and visiting London we wanted to get a genuine feeling of an English pub dinner and we found it in the Drapers Arms in Ealing. Fish and chips, burgers and other typical pub food with beer pitchers exceeded our expectations. The challenge of finding a table for 10 was overcome in the top floor with a large sturdy wooden table. Service was friendly and helpful but by chance, I assume, the shared starters arrived after the main courses which oddly resulted quite well since we didn't wait too long. For dessert we were too late for the kitchen hours but that was just as well for the calories intake. In short, a good pub with a relaxed atmosphere and a tasty dinner. The water hole next door took care of the rest of the evening.

I was hesitant when O'Neills shut down and Drapers Arms opened, particularly when they got rid of the live music which was the best part of O'Neills. However, despite this, this pub has become a staid part of my Ealing pub route now. I particularly enjoy going there for a pint and a snack while I read my book during an afternoon of shopping. It has unique and different beers on tap, and friendly staff, and ample room to sit. I just wish they hadn't removed the live music!

Stopped here for lunch. Spacious pub, good atmosphere, tasty food - I recommend the fish finger bun with french fries, followed by the cheese board! Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. What more could you want?!

I visited the Drapers Arms several times during my recent four day business visit to Ealing. I particularly enjoyed their Skipper ale after a long hot day at work. Pleasant and attentive staff enhanced my visit, and the one evening meal I had was tasty and very good, although on that occasion I had to chase the staff for service.

My husband and I visited this restaurant 3 times during our short visit. We loved the atmosphere, beer, and the food.

The selection of beer is good and the menu, while we did not eat there, looked enticing. Very popular with the locals in the evening especilaly over the weekend.

The atmosphere in The Drapers Arms is very nice, though it is often quite loud as it is all an open space. Every Tuesday, there is a pub quiz for a £2 entry and every Saturday life music. This is the best looking and quite favourite bar in Ealing, no wonder is always full, including working days.

I normally stop for a beer, their IPA selection is great and Stop correcting in constant rotation, generally the beverage selection is quite good, specially beers.

Arrived with a group of friends, we were told our group is 'too big'. Not sure what is to be achieved by turning down business in this way.

Went here with friends craving a decent Sunday roast and no one went away disappointed. The serving size was great and the food delicious! We would definitely go back!

On a whistle stop tour in Ealing Broadway and found this wonderful British pub. Visited for drink Friday night, drink plus band (very good!) Saturday night and just visited for a wonderful Sunday lunch Roast Beef with all the trimmings. Lunch was as good as it gets! Very pleasant and a different atmosphere to the evening, but well worth a visit whatever the occasion. I only wish it was my local - I don't think I'd go anywhere else!

My friend and I just had dinner around the corner and stopped for pints and our favourite British desert, Sticky Toffee pud. The place was only lightly visited and we managed to get a seat on one of their big inviting sofas. Pud was tasty. Nice evening.

Came in on a Thursday evening to catch up with friends, fairly busy with a nice at atmosphere, decided to get some food, ordered the sirloin med/rare and some sides, the steak was dry flavourless and over cooked, it came with a cold, dry Yorkshire pudding and cold undercooked chips. The sides were no better, cold and swimming in grease! Staff didn't check back at all either.

Come in for a swift pint at 10:45 on a Sunday evening. After paying a high price of 7.50 for a pint and a half from a very rude barman the lights are turned up and the music is turned off at 11 on the dot. We're made to feel extremely unwelcome as are the other customers. Are you a pub or a mortuary?

This is a bar replacing what was O'Neills. The venue is very big and can accommodate all kinds of events - birthday or anniversary celebrations, Sunday lunch, party night or just meeting up. Location is perfect with Ealing Broadway Station a few minutes walk away and on many bus routes. Haven't eaten there but it looked good.

Great staff and lovely atmosphere. Go there regularly to meet with friebds for a chat. Good mix of music from all genres.

Food was really tasty and good value for money. Saturday nights they have live bands which a very good and create an amazing atmosphere for nights out with friends.

O ambiente e’ bastante agradável, bem tipico de um pub inglês. Assistimos jogos de rugby e o hamburger e’ muito bom. As opções de cervejas são excelentes. Recomendo.

The is always an excuse to go to drapers. Great for drink, lunch or a quick dinner before hitting the town or even some great time pass doing the pub quiz with your work lot. Nice cozy welcoming and when you have a sunny day the seats outside just seem to get you the best rays.

It is a beautifull pub but there is something missing , people working there are sooooo not happy looking , shame , pub is most about service , didnt feel welcome in there :/

This used to be a chain pub. It is now a fantastic venue where the staff and security team are brilliant. It would have got five stars, were it not for the appalling wifi. Relying on a nearby restaurant is unacceptable.

Good burgers and came with a free drink too on the weds. The burger with pig cheek was really nice (not sure if it's still on the menu), the place is a lot nicer than when it was o'neills. Good for a cheap bite to eat and a few drinks.

Went for Sunday lunch and really enjoyed my crab cakes. Portions could be a little bigger and a bit more crab wouldn't go amiss but service is good. My mate went for the burger and said it was great.

The place has a warm feeling to it. They allow pets (if you are a fan of that) and generally a friendly attitude. They serve a Scottish IPA that I like as well which is a clear plus. I have had dinner here twice and both of the times it has been sub par. During the Burger night, the burger was big but it lacked in any kind of finesse. The other night I had a fish an chips where the fish was good but the chips were soggy and cold. It does serve up football more or less every night so a perfect place to go to for that as well as if you are up for a game of pool as there is a pool table.

If you want a nice pub around Ealing where you can find good food, drinks, table for big groups and a very friendly staff. My favorite pub in Ealing!
