Salted caramel cronut. Awful in just about every way. And really really salty. Nice to look at but horrible taste. Expensive too...and after two bites couldn't go on. Could still taste the salt an hour later and had to get water from another place nearby. Yuk!

We first stumbled upon Dum Dum’s in Brighton and their salted caramel cronut quickly became a fav. It’s filled with a decadent salty frosting and has a crunchy dough like a real croissant. However the cronuts are delicious as long as they are fresh. When we stopped by the Boxpark branch, we were unfortunately disappointed because the cronut was a bit stale. My suggestion is if you want a big old donut go to Crosstown Donuts in Christopher’s Place nevertheless Dum Dum’s cronuts are definitely worth a try.

My partner & I bought three of these little delicacies to try for the first time. The Zebra, The Galaxy Vegan and The Salted Caramel. I have never really been a big fan of doughnuts in the past but wow, how I have changed my tune! These were AMAZING! The vegan option is as good as any other and comes complete with a lovely fruit jam. Our coffees did not disappoint either. A wonderfully smooth, roast with a pretty milk pattern on top. Didn’t know whether to drink it or frame it!!! The staff member who served us was really knowledgeable and explained that these little babies are never fried but rather handmade and go through a special baking process. Made fresh each and every day. They certainly taste that way! The atmosphere was funky but relaxing with a very artistic pink Zebra adorning the wall and a full display of donuts to make your mouth water. We thoroughly enjoyed finding this new spot and might even make it our new “happy place” when in need of a wee treat or pick-me-up. Well worth a visit. Try for yourself!

Can’t believe how unbelievably poor these doughnuts were. Bought 3 doughnuts to have at home later that day. Quite possibly the worst doughnuts I have ever had. Extremely over priced rubbish. Fillings were scarce and synthetic tasting. Texture dense like poorly risen bread. Flavours not good.

I have been to this place three times before. I returned hoping that I had caught them on a bad day last time, and that this time would be better. Yet every single time I have purchased a doughnut from here they have been as dry as they come. Very overpriced, considering that the ones at my local bakery are more moist and taste better. The do look good though, and the icing is nice.

I brought a Cros at Brent Cross. Initially the donut was amazing yet the last part was a dry croissant. As I waited a while for the lady to give me my change. She gave me a free donut which was super generous. Although it (like many others) was a stale bun. What sugar it lacked for the avoidance of cavities. I had near miss having to go to my dentist for breaking a tooth.

A mi familia le encantan las donas. Rosquillas FRITAS.

Firstly, it was the outlet in Euston Station that we used but they don't have a TripAdvisor page so I'm leaving this here. Secondly, I have to agree with quite a few of the other reviews on here, the donuts were bready and dry. I had a Galaxy which when you consider the name should have had a lot more filling. My wife had a Strawberry Cheesecake which had plenty of filling but it was overly sweet, not in a nice sweet way but in an artificial sickly sweet way.

Dum Dum Donuts state that they are the ‘world's first artisan baked donut’. Now that maybe the case, but they are nothing like a real donought – whichever brand/make you compare a Dum Dum to. Bought a box of 3 doughnuts and 3 croissants as my friend was raving about it at Bicester. It looked amazing and I couldn’t wait to get home and eat them. Tried creme brûlée doughnut first and found that it’s a bread roll with filling and brittle sugar glaze. Tried the strawberry croissant next and it’s the same. It is another bread roll with strawberry filling and topping, not even buttery & flaky like a croissant should be. The fillings and toppings are very nice but I’m very disappointed. Is it because it’s baked and not fried? I don’t know but I’ve eaten enough doughnuts in my lifetime to differentiate between that and a bread roll.

Visited the Westfield stand today in the early afternoon and was really disappointed. We ordered 5 different types, 3 cronuts and 2 donut minis. All were stale which was a shock as they all looked appetising. The girl on serving was new and a bit out of her depth. The guy in charge was not helping her much when we questioned her about the price as our 5 were the same price as as the offer of 3 Cro’s and 3 full size donuts. We expected her to give us an extra donut but she just looked so confused and just chucked them in a bag. When you are paying a premium price you expect a premium product and service. Won’t bother again.

There was two lovely staff serving, they had no change for £20 (would have thought that would be standard petty cash and not be a problem before midday) so maybe have some change handy. It's hard to choose but decided on the yum-yum (does anyone know the difference between a yum-yum and a cronut?), it's not the prettiest but it is delicious, not easy to eat on the go. It's pricey at £3.95 but it's a treat and much nicer to have one good item than a pack of ok ones from a supermarket. I also got a mini peanut and jam, it was not worth it- very heavy and bready. Maybe it was a bad batch.

After reading many reviews of Dum Dum Donuts and hearing that although they’re baked and not fried that they’re quite dry I was a little hesitant to try them. However, found myself in Harrods foodhall and saw these. Wanted to try their creme brûlée doughnut but they didn’t have any regular doughnuts there only cronuts. So opted for their signature zebra cronut (£4, though think they’re cheaper when bought from one of their actual stores). Glad I bought it with an open mind. It wasn’t as dry as I was expecting and the chocolate sauce in the cronut really helped with it. Not as sweet at Doughnut Time doughnuts which is good.

We also had one with Chocolate, salted caramel and Lotus and the final one Eat and mess. So all doughnuts that we bought are also called crows cause they had this shape of a crown. You also have the possibility to order the doughnuts with ice cream, chocolate and coconut, salted caramel or berries. I guess must be the crown on top of everything :-) Thanks serving us such good doughnuts!

Before my last trip to London, I'd never tried a cronut before but the idea of it had won me over - a croissant AND a donut in one? What's not to like, right?I found Dum Dum by accident and wandered in after spying the colourful array of pastries on display. The most difficult part was choosing among the selection! My original plan to pick only one was thwarted when I couldn't make a decision and so, feeling a little greedy, I left with two: the 'zebra,' a layered chocolate cronut, and 'Eat A Mess,' which is a take on a traditional Eton's Mess dessert.I tried the Zebra first, as it had been the one to originally catch my eye. When cut into, it reveals layers of regular and chocolate pastry striping the center and several layers of chocolate cream, which oozes out with every bite. It's topped with dark and white chocolate curls and, of course, covered in sugar for that sweet, traditional donut flavour. The Eat A Mess was my last second purchase, and I'm so glad that I gave in to temptation. The outside is unassuming, with a regular sugar-coated pastry topped with raspberry and meringue pieces. Inside, within the flaky cronut layers, is a generous injection of raspberry cream which tasted divine! Of the two, this one edged it for me!For something a little out of the ordinary, I would highly recommend trying a cronut from Dum Dum Donuterrie. The flavours and baking are excellent and the member of staff who served me was enthusiastic and charming. I'm looking forward to trying something new next time (even if my waistline isn't!)

We came for the cronuts, and were not disappointed! We took every flavor they had (6 in all) and they were amazing. Lovely flavors and a friendly staff. She took the time to tell us all about the different flavors and fillings. A must go to if you like donuts and cronuts!

The cronuts (tried the Peter Andre and the zebra) are delicious! The service was outstanding and we were given a friendly explanation of all the different flavours. It is a bit pricey but worth it as a treat!

Chanced upon this little store while walking around. Pastries were not cheap and were all made with a twist and looked gorgeous. Indeed, it tasted great! Look out for their opening hours as by time we turned back for second helping 5 mins later, they were closed.

The actual donuts and cronuts vary, some are amazing, others are a little underwhelming. The cronuts tend to be better. Being baked makes the fat content less(don't kid yourself, this is still an indulgence), but can make some of them seem a bit less donut like than what you are used to and more cakey. The service though has been fantastic every time I have been. Extremely friendly and always willing to help.Price wise, pretty pricey normally, but you can sometimes get good deals near closing time.

Donuts are average but the Cronuts are off the chain!! I recommend the Peter Andre which is like a pain au chocolat but with caramel flavoured cream inside-yum!!

Great atmosphere and good food. Had the Nicholson’s fish and chips and portion was just right and the fish cooked nicely, loved it! Recommend a visit when in London.

This was a great little find on our way into London. English food with a touch of Italian and great coffee. Lovely little covered up garden at the back as well. Would highly recommend

Consistently good food from this great neighbourhood takeaway and shop. The flat breads are particularly good. We used to enjoy eating in when there was seating, but it’s still great to go and get a coffee and a sandwich here. Highly recommend, whether you are vegan or not.

This place is a gem. Comfy to sit for a while, have a coffee or juice, eat delicious bread. Tried the sandwiches and a few breakfast dishes and were satisfied. Nice staff, fair prices.
