The staff are so friendly and respectful. When there with my family (7 ladies) and was warmly welcomed and served. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The service attitude of a male servant is really bad, showed no respect to repetitive customer without any solid reason. I strongly recommend to train servants how to respect customer. We don’t need some good or extra service but please just respect.

Loved this place.......I never rate places these days - been living in London too long but got my account sorted just to log in and give this place 5 stars. Great good, fair prices and exceptional people - London needs more places like this.

I went today with my family for my Aunts birthday on 06/04/23, the staff were fantastic so accommodating and the most friendly staff I’ve ever seen! The food was great too, quick service and good taste. I am so grateful to the staff, they made my aunts birthday magical.

This place was a hit in Mile known for the dessert, portion and presentation. Post-pandemic (don’t know if it’s the same owners) but it’s gone downhill! Better desserts out there!!

The quality of the service and the desserts are terrible. Presentation is zero and their cake and ice cream are not fresh. It used to be better than now. We are not going there again.

I went here for a coffee and a cake . I took a seat and after 15 min no one show up to take my order and I had to call the waiter . I ordered a flat white and when I did it the waiter asked me what it was , so he called to another waitress to get my order I got the my coffee that wasn’t good at all and 10 minutes later the coffee I got my cheesecake but without cutlery to eat it , so I had wait to get a spoon . At the end I went to the till to pay and I asked if I could use the toilet , and guy said that there’s no toilet, this is absolutely ridiculous . I can’t believe that a bar with tables don’t have any bathroom for the customer.

I went to Sweets Mile End with my family after a long time! And the lovely employee of Sweets (Juned) had impeccable customer service. He was quick to take our order, when doing so he answered all our questions, gave us recommendations and had a smile on his face despite the shop being extremely busy. My little brother wanted a strawberry with his dessert and he did so without hassle. His work rate was swift and his attitude was positive. I was so impressed that I made sure to tell his colleagues how much of an amazing employee he was, and how he is doing the Sweets Branch justice. Please if you could give some recognition or let Juned know that he has made my families trip extremely pleasant. Thank you! Nadia

Don't get me wrong the deserts are nice but the staff need to buck up their ideas as they stand around chatting and dossing too much from what we could see. Yesterday we were sat at a table, and bought a menu after about 20 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed, and we had to approach staff at the till to take our order. It the took another 20 minutes and us having to again approach staff to get our desserts. My sponge and custard were served to me cold. There were a lot of staff in, and we could see at least 6-7 people behind the counter area, as well as several staff outside the counter. Conclusion: very poor service, and Lazy staff who prefer to gossip than work, very disappointing : (( They are too lazy to even heat up your desert and custard, and are very disorganised

I went to sweets with my friend just for a milkshake for takeaway. I ordered it at 11:50 and waited for half an hour. The people that were after me got served before me but I didn’t really say anything. Don’t get me wrong the staff were nice and all but the service was appalling. I then got my milkshake after an hour and it was watery, I thought that if it took that long it would be nice and thick however it was the opposite. I paid 5£ for a watery milkshake. If so they need to get more workers if they cannot keep up with the customers.

I must admit they serve good desserts and drinks I’ll give them that . HOWEVER !!!! THEY HAVE A FOOD HYGIENE GRADE OF 2??!!! A 2 means they’re absolutely filthy , I can’t trust such place to take care when preparing my food at all !!! I certainly Won’t be returning . Disgusting
