The service was excellent she stuffed our ice cream to the top of my cup the quality of the ice cream was 10/10 Flavour 10/10 Consistency 10/10 A kind lady served us as we ordered one scoop Kinder Gelato and one Scoop Chocolate Hazelnut and caramel She wore a green shirt and was very kind on this Friday night at 9:15 or 21:15 Amazing

I have never experienced such poor customer service. Visited the store with family at 11:10 and whilst deciding what we would like to eat by the time we were ready to order it was 11:23 at this point the cashier informs me everything g has been packed away and they would only be serving ice cream! Seriously store closes at 12pm but chairs and taking orders were limited from 11:23. He informed me store stop taking orders at 11;20 and when challenged he asked Zubair what do we have. suddenly they found 2 cookie doughs and a Oreo milkshake. Eventhough I had placed an order to eat in. I was given my food in takeaway boxes. Are you Serious!

Excellent food but poor service. Despite being two of about 10 people in the store, the counter and service staff were terrible: having little menu knowledge when asking about items, serving the four items ordered together - all separately, wearing the same disposable gloves whilst doing everything from using the till, to making items and then serving items, and, having to ask for cutlery and napkins. Having worked in catering I thought the food was very good but the service had a lot to improve on. Also used the toilets in store which were dirty! Wet floors, smelly, etc. Ughhhhh

Came here as a group of nine. Despite being really busy we were seated straight away. The dessert was great but the problem was 5 out of 9 peoples’s items arrived after a delay and almost finished them before some more items came to the table. We then had to ask for the last item as it seems they forgot about it. Plus we ordered cokes and didn’t receive them until we reminded them. Needs a bit working on to make it a more special visit.

Loved this place. Good staff, very patient. We had a very big order and they handled well. Good flavors.

We visited the Marble Arch branch late evening for dessert! All staff were friendly and well knowledgeable. The dessert was a Decent size and we shared this between us. We would definitely go back! So much choice!!

our waitress Fernanda was delightful! she was very patient when I and my friends were ordering and the desserts she brought us were delightful! they were chocolate cookie dough and 2 red velvet brownies I recommend them! also I can't help but mention how amazing her red lipstick was!

our servers name was Fernanda she was a lovely lady who met our high expectations! The food was amazingly delicious and we will certainly come here many many times again! its a great place to visit if you have a gigantic sweet tooth.

Waited 75 minutes for a milkshake and a waffle! Firstly, we were told there was no table (we were 3 people) and sent away although a 6 people table was available. This was an 1 hr before closing time. We were called back as we were out of the door and told we could occupy it. No group came to claim the reservation while we were there. The milkshake came nearly half an hour before the waffle. The organisation of the service is dreadful. The waffle was nuce but nothing to write home about. Too thick. The music is nice, though! Unfortunately, we didn't come for the music.

Message for mr Asad Ullah KHAN your service at this branch is appalling. Ordered 3 ice creams got baby size scoops when asked about the size of the scoop i was offered if i would like to make it 2 scoops. Was comparing scoop size based on previous visits. £3.80 for that size of scoop is appaling. I think we are paying for your rent on edgware road at this rate. £3.80 x 3 £11.40 you need to sort the size of your scoops out.

Rude staff. Milkshakes were watery and tasteless. Couldn't drink it. Almost £12, very disappointing treat.

Rude staff . Slow table service. Overcooked and weird tasting waffle. Avoid to eat in not worth the hassle.

I tried the vegan sorbet drink which was tasted really good. Usually we have the crepes/waffles with gelato, coffee etc. The quality here is exceptional.
