The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in London

Estaba deseando que la comida tailandesa aquí como mi cocina favorita. Sin embargo, la experiencia fue decepcionante. El calamar frito vino sin salsa para mojar. Pedí un poco y me dijeron que así se servía. Tuve que insistir por un poco de salsa de chile dulce. Sin la salsa, habría estado muy seco. Entonces llegó nuestra red. Mi amigo había pedido pad thai y yo pedí la otra opción de fideos. Su pad thai no tenía ningún parecido con pad thai. Se preparó con espaguetis y ketchup! La mía era sabrosa pero increíblemente caliente. No estoy seguro de cómo el cliente inglés promedio se las arreglaría. Las comidas tienen un precio alto. El servicio es muy lento. No vendré aquí de nuevo.

Just got a take away tea. Small cup which is fine, but half the cup filled. At £3.10 a tea and such a small cup, please at least fill the cup to 2/3rd.

The food was amazing as always, however the service was rude. Main reason why I give less than 5 stars is purely service. They ignored me when I came in, ignored me as a I said good morning and just handed me my order without a single word/smile. What surprised me was this was not a team member but a supervisor/manager. As a hospitality worker it pains me to write this review as I understand how tiring long days are on your feet and how annoying costumers could be, especially after a long busy shift, however they literally just opened the store (it was just past 9am) so I was either their first or second costumer. I have notice this is usual at Brent cross shopping centre in general, not sure if there is a reason as the service in a few different shops wasn’t friendly at all either.

Los porteros en la puerta eran muy amables, comprensivos y de buen rollo. Ninguna queja sobre ellos. Sin embargo, el personal del bar parece que la disminución del número de asistentes en todo Londres ha hecho que el personal del bar desarrolle un mayor desdén por los asistentes que solicitan agua. Siempre pienso que es una bandera roja cuando el personal del bar es grosero cuando la bebida de alguien es agua. Le había pedido a un camarero, llamado Sedat, que trabajaba en el bar de arriba, agua, a lo que él se rió e hizo un comentario petulante, diciéndome que no podía esperar junto al bar vacío. Él no me había dado tiempo ni siquiera a recoger el vaso antes de tratar de despedirme. Le devolví el vaso de agua y le dije que lo guardara. Ahora, a diferencia de Sedat, otro miembro del personal amablemente me informó que había una estación de agua donde la entrada y el bar se encuentran. Simple. Trabajo hecho. Gracias a ese tipo. Sedat es una vergüenza para Old Street Records y para los buenos miembros del personal que trabajan para que la noche sea agradable y segura para todos.

Gran pub, excelente personal del bar. Guinness perfecto y muy cómodo. Algunas personas están comentando que el pub tiene un guardia de seguridad, pero él era muy acogedor, no estoy seguro de cuál debería ser el equilibrio aquí. Gracias por un gran viernes por la noche.

For the cost of the food, the service and helpfulness was not great. £18 for a Salmon bagel, which i asked if i could just have a cold bagel with cream cheese in it, unfortunately this seem impossible and a ham and cheese croissant which I have had better in Aldi was rather poor. Very rare I leave bad reviews or any at all. Unfortunately will not be returning after I use Gail's frequently.

The staff (mainly manager/owner?) are awful and very rude. Paid £20 deposit for a bar tab before coming, my friend was told to wait 30 mins before coming in then when coming into the bar I was told I had to pay even though all of my friends were inside, I had already paid £20 and none of them had paid entry. Tried to explain it to the man who I assume was the manager but he was very rude. I told him our table was booked under the name Chris to which he responded “I don’t know there’s too many Chris’s”?!? When we were inside we waited a long time for drinks. Not a good experience

A pesar de la política general de Starbucks de permitir a las personas que ordenan y consumen sentarse, después de cierto tiempo, incluso en clima frío, no permiten que las personas permanezcan dentro y te hacen sufrir el frío afuera. Muy inflexible incluso si gastas para más comida. La peor experiencia de la historia en una noche muy fría cuando lo necesito para esperar en la estación. Este lugar se muere por ser tomado por alguien a quien le importe. . Me encantaría la oportunidad Mucho potencial. . Caos absoluto en este momento. Solo me senté y observé el caos mientras esperaba un café por 30 minutos. . Unos pequeños cambios y este lugar podría ser una ruleta de dinero real. . Tanta clientela que viene de los paseos por la salud solo para irse después de haber sido ignorada por siglos. . Un propietario / gerente y un adolescente caminando lentamente no son suficientes para mantener este lugar funcionando sin problemas. . Necesita un replanteamiento. Este es el tipo de lugar que se topa con el suelo en las pesadillas de la cocina ramsey que causan terquedad.

Please avoid this place! One star is actually generous. This was the WORST place we’ve ever been in London. We went for a bottomless brunch , they firstly could not find our booking. (There was a hen party before us who told us that they were made to wait an hour for their table they booked because they couldn’t find their table either). We then waited 40 minutes for our first drink (one bottle of Prosecco between 12 of us) the food was disgusting … really really salty and a few of us asked for a soft drink because of the salty taste and was told this was not included in the bottomless brunch and this would be at an extra cost. We are all very polite girls and told them in a friendly manner at the end of the brunch we were disappointed. The waiting staff sent 3 different men over all claiming to be the manager saying different things.. we was told at the end of the brunch time to leave the downstairs area but could drink upstairs because they didn’t want the private party after us to know that we were dissatisfied or overhear us talking to the manager about our dissatisfaction. Waiting staff were on their phones and not serving drinks even though the place was basically empty. There was sick all over the toilets when we arrived, which we reported but was still there when we left. Avoid at all costs , there are so many other lovely places in London to go … it was a horrendous experience and the place was very quiet for a Saturday … now we know why.

A fabulous venue for lunch. I have to commend the new guy, Pal. He is so friendly and helpful and seems to make each customer feel important. A very welcome addition to the lovely staff at Gail's.

Stopped here as there were free tables to watch some performers. We asked for two glasses of wine. Sauvignon Blanc. When they came it was clear they weren’t SB but staff had all but disappeared so unable to question this. I was also asked to move my chair back which I had turned so I was side on rather than having my back to the performers. Chair with me in it was still in the same place, just turned the other way. I didn’t mind turning back, it was the way I was asked/ordered. Staff rude and unwelcoming. No wonder they had empty tables and everyone else was full.

This store used to be very nice over one year ago but now it's horrible. The last time I ordered a drink and 30 minutes later I asked for an update come to find out they didn't even make it. One of employees Manju who talked to us one sidedly should learn hospitality. I'll never go back.
