Pasé aquí a tomar unas cervezas con amigos un sábado. Vinimos durante el día y el pub estaba bien con deportes en la televisión. Encontramos una mesa a tomar unas cervezas, estaba bien y se puso más ocupado más tarde.

Es una vergüenza, la estación de Stratford, les dices 5 veces QUIERO UN VANiLLA Latte EXTRA CALIENTE y estos estúpidos idiotas te dan un frío, ¿es la dirección tan tonta?

Pasé por Gail’s Bakery y pedí una rebanada de pastel de zanahoria junto con un café con leche, ¡y ambos fueron absolutamente encantadores! El pastel de zanahoria estaba húmedo, perfectamente especiado y cubierto con la cantidad justa de glaseado cremoso. El café con leche era suave y bien equilibrado, claramente hecho con cuidado. El servicio fue amable y eficiente, y el personal hizo toda la experiencia cálida y acogedora. Siempre es un placer visitar un lugar donde tanto la comida como el servicio al cliente son consistentemente buenos. Un lugar encantador para tomar un café y disfrutar — ¡Sin duda volveré!

We have been coming to the café every week for some time and always receive a friendly welcome. The coffee is excellent. There is no extra charge for coconut almond soya or oat which is nice and a good range of breakfast and brunch food including baked potatoes. Our only criticism is that the air conditioning is rather cold so you may need to keep your coat on. Also as car parking is limited to an hour and a half there is not really time for coffee and food and shopping.

I Have been coming here for 4 years and supporting this place, the staff 99.9% of the time are amazing, the manager today on the other hand Rob Alexandra was out of order and rude. My 2 kids aged 8 and 10 walked there to buy there treat for the day, as a Parent you do worry about your kids walking around London, they got what they wanted but didn’t know that Galis doesn’t take cash , yep UK legal tender is not accepted at Gail’s. So they walked home to let me know , I then went to the store to get my kids the items with my card , as I went to pay I spoke to Rob about this as I was unaware that a UK business didn’t accept British pounds. He told me I need to learn how to read , yes there is on a very small sign that no one would see when they walk in at the bottom of the door, but nothing in side of the store what so ever stating this, This was definitely not the way to Speak to someone who was spending there money in your store. Rob went on to mock us after we left completely forgetting I was in the store while called me and my son stupid people, this is meant to be management , he is around a lot of young people who work there , I wouldn’t trust him with my kids working there that’s for sure. Management are leaders and Rob is far from a leader . I don’t think I can return back to this Gail’s as this is not what I call a good environment.

Este solía ser un gran lugar local para comida, bebidas, servicio. Acaba de bajar - lástima, pero el servicio es terrible ahora ... agrio - se enfrentó a los baristas! ¡Mesas sucias! Verdaderamente una pena que un lugar tan bueno se esté vaciando -seguramente alguien en PO puede hablar con su personal sobre ser amable al menos no servir con tal actitud : (

Generalmente soy un cliente regular y leal de Pret A Manger, pero mis experiencias recientes en la ubicación de 39 Coventry Street han sido bastante decepcionantes. En mi última visita, pedí un Americano blanco, pero me sirvieron un Americano negro en su lugar. Cuando señalé el error, el funcionario simplemente vertió leche en el café, lo que provocó que se desbordara. Cuando le pedí que transfiriera un poco del café a una taza nueva, ella se negó groseramente. Esta falta de servicio básico al cliente es inaceptable, especialmente para un cliente habitual como yo. Además, en otra visita reciente, me dieron una taza de café llena, que terminó derramando sobre mi camisa blanca. El personal de esta ubicación claramente necesita más capacitación tanto en servicio al cliente como en técnicas de servicio adecuadas. Espero que la dirección tome nota y haga las mejoras necesarias.

Long slow queue with staff who didnt seem to care. The queue was out the door and it just took forever to serve one person. No sense of urgency. 1 girl who I suspect was a new starter and a completely disinterested ‘Manager’. They need more staff!!! And a smile might help!!!

Hemos estado una vez antes y pensamos en ir de nuevo, esta vez en la tarde de NYE para evitar la manía de más tarde. No estoy seguro acerca de los comentarios menos que complementarios, pero tengo que decir que este es un pub tradicional, anticuado que es algo que no se encuentra ahora. Está muy limpio, los vasos están impecables y las dos señoras detrás de la barra estaban absolutamente golpeados, sabían a quién servir a continuación, proporcionó un servicio de tan alta calidad. Iremos de nuevo en el verano. Mi única queja sería tocar mejor música, algo así como soul tradicional de los 70/80 hubiera sido perfecto para media tarde del 31 de diciembre.

Tuve una experiencia fantástica en Black Sheep Coffee en Jubilee Place! El ambiente acogedor, la iluminación cálida y el personal increíble lo hicieron un lugar perfecto para relajarse. Gracias a Penélope por el buen chocolate caliente ☺️

Le dimos una oportunidad a este lugar para café y croissant de almendras. Había muchos asientos disponibles, que es la razón principal por la que vinimos aquí, además de los pasteles se veían bien. El croissant de almendras era muy bueno y nuestro café blanco plano era muy agradable también.

Coffee terrible. Too much milk in a macchiato and cold. Tables sticky. The place never looks or smells clean.

Un grupo de amigos y yo visitamos aquí a finales de febrero para una buena reunión. Parecíamos ser los primeros en llegar por la noche, pero pronto comenzó a estar ocupado y lleno. Como grupo pedimos un montón de platos y bebidas y todos salieron uniformemente espaciados, que era genial para la cantidad de comida que pedimos. La calidad de la comida era excelente y extremadamente delicioso y los cócteles eran muy agradables también. Lo único malo es que no sirven refrescos para los bebedores sin alcohol solo cócteles (que en realidad no es un problema) viendo como el tipo de establecimiento. Gracias por el gran servicio de comida y el ambiente. Definitivamente volveré cuando vuelva a Londres.

My wife and I stopped in for cocktails on a Saturday afternoon. We were the only people in the bar and there was no background music or atmosphere, which wasn’t helped by some awful programme on Channel 5 playing on the TV (Police Interceptors/Can’t Pay We’ll Take It Away/Slum Landlords etc.) The bar staff were chatting loudly and filling up the ice. The cocktails tasted terrible, like they were made with cheap spirits. We left them unfinished and moved on.

Early evening light Pre- Festival Hall meal, so none of us (4 persons) wanted anything too heavy. This was just right. Tasty food served with a smile
