Pret in Newham

Generalmente soy un cliente regular y leal de Pret A Manger, pero mis experiencias recientes en la ubicación de 39 Coventry Street han sido bastante decepcionantes. En mi última visita, pedí un Americano blanco, pero me sirvieron un Americano negro en su lugar. Cuando señalé el error, el funcionario simplemente vertió leche en el café, lo que provocó que se desbordara. Cuando le pedí que transfiriera un poco del café a una taza nueva, ella se negó groseramente. Esta falta de servicio básico al cliente es inaceptable, especialmente para un cliente habitual como yo. Además, en otra visita reciente, me dieron una taza de café llena, que terminó derramando sobre mi camisa blanca. El personal de esta ubicación claramente necesita más capacitación tanto en servicio al cliente como en técnicas de servicio adecuadas. Espero que la dirección tome nota y haga las mejoras necesarias.

El cruasán de tocino & tomate se quemó hasta el punto de que no era comestible , la cruceta de chocolate y avellana era anomica , espantosa cuando se trata de esperar altas expectativas de prets

Visited on Sunday 330pm , sign said "closed at the moment" , I asked what time they would be opening again , "we wont" was the curt reply from the male staff member interested in his paperwork, I asked why ? and was told "tech issues" , whatever that means , it's not the first time i've had this experience at airside pret , Better just get a Nero in main departure hall , it's always open with polite service. When i asked for the guys name who was talking to me he told me he wouldn't give it to me , and took his badge off....Rude

4pm and London City Airport pret a manger is closed! Pathetically poor service and poor management! Many people waiting in pick up area and lost business for pret

Airport Pret ant it’s absolutely tiny Lunt has the advantage of people using the seating at the boarding gates.

Lots of inexpensive choices: sandwiches, said, baguettes for around 5 pounds. Coffee is good too. They are all over London. If you want s quick meal, this is a decent place to go.

I am reviewing the Pret a Manger that is situated in the pre airside area of London City Airport's departure lounge. I found it to be small and cramped with very little choice available in the way of sandwiches and salads. The staff were fine and to be fair that part of the airport is cramped and limited anyway. There is a larger eating establishment next door to it and there is also a Costa in the Docklands Light Railway station entrance that offered more space and seats. I am sorry to say that I have had better Pret experiences elsewhere.

The food was so good!! Lots of choices such as ready made sandwiches, salad and baked goods! The service was quick and friendly!! I highly recommend!!

Always to a good high standard and great place to stock up on fresh and health food for a flight. Good seating area beside it. The space is a little tight. Recommended.

Always appear to be crowded, especially mid-morning to early afternoon with people getting their caffeine fix, and a quick bite to eat.

We got the tuna and cucumber baguette. It tasted okay but I think in general practice should reduce the fact of their sandwiches and Baguettes.

I cannot remember how many times I've had a Pret lunch, but now that I live in Beijing I do miss the sandwiches, I always get one when I visit London.

I fail to see why people rave about Pret. The food is over priced and bland. How or why people can eat a sandwich which has been in a chiller cabinet for several hours is a mystery to me.

Absolutely love this place. They have the best and the freshest sandwich. The Posh Cheese sandwich and the Tomato Mozzarella croissant is a personal favorite. Love their popcorn too.

Pret A Manger è un’altra di quelle catene che vanno molto di moda in UK, che fanno sandwiches, insalata, frutta e qualche piatto pronto. Essendo arrivato in aeroporto presto, ed affamato, e non essendoci molte scelte a disposizione mi sono fermato a mangiare qua. Il cibo è ok, i prezzi un po’ altini.
