Ive been 3 times in one week in this lovely place, I can’t stay without pinza anymore. This is the original and the only one!! All the staff are warm and super friendly, I feel like I was at home! ❤️ Thank you so much I’ll come twice again this week 10 stars ⭐️

A spit & sawdust pub in it's latest incarnation. No Frills. A few shouty customers . I've been in a few times. Not somewhere I'd go for a relaxing drink.

A great little bakery, ideal for sitting in, having a sandwich to order and taking it away to the park or for buying loaves of break and cake. A great find in a restaurant-rich high street.

I received a very bad ramen, only filled with salted water. No taste whatsoever. we ordered california sushi and there was no salmon in them. Poor quality and waste of money. i will never come back.

I am a loyal pret costumer who’s had a subscription for a while now. It is not the first time I’ve had issues in this particular shop. I went to get a tea with a friend today - she got a hot chocolate, I got a peppermint tea. The store was very full and we were as close as we could be to the till. As soon as I heard them say peppermint tea I went to get my tea, but another girl got it before I could get to it. I waited for 3 more minutes and asked about my tea, to which I got the response: “I’ve already sent out a peppermint tea and I’m not making you another one”, I explained that someone else took the tea and she said “that’s not my problem”. My friend and I insisted on getting the tea I paid for and they refused time and time again. We were speaking calmly and they were being very rude - I get it’s stressful working in a coffee shop but at the same time I don’t think it’s fair that I paid for a tea and didn’t get it. We asked to speak to the manager - the manager came, said we were being rude to her team, and that she has no problem banning us from the shop, and if I didn’t get my tea that’s my issue, I should have ran and got it before the other girl. I was trying to explain the situation to her, and tell her that I had no way of knowing that that was my tea and not the other girls tea, and I couldn’t have just stopped the other girl from getting it, but she simply wasn’t letting me speak. She then said she would make me the tea if I left and didn’t return to that store again. She then added that she’s banned 4 people from the store only today for the same issue. Again, I understand it’s stressful working in a coffee shop - been there myself. But I don’t think it’s fair to punish paying costumers for people who are stealing drinks that aren’t theirs. I had proof I paid for the tea and didn’t get it and they weren’t interested in hearing what I had to say.

Went to Grubbs wonderful food and wonderful service will be going back Would recommended as I am having a upcoming birthday and have requested electric grub to do a silver service for me

Been there many times, never had bad quality food. Menu more adventurous than some, eg eggs benedict ....service can be variable, not all staff speaks great English so may have problems. ..I had a struggle to get my EOTHO discount as the girl didn't understand it..clean, modern decor, clean loo. Food is cheap and hot. Recommended

Vino en un grupo de 13 , prepago £ 50 cada uno ya que era una gran reserva para una celebración de cumpleaños conjunta. Llegamos 20 minutos más tarde que los demás en nuestro grupo y sin embargo la mesa no estaba lista para otros 10 minutos. Nos prometieron bebidas sin fondo de todo el menú de cócteles, pero recibimos jarras de jugo sin apenas alcohol (y no recibimos la primera ronda de bebidas durante 40 minutos por un espacio de 2 horas sin fondo). Cuando salió la comida (una hora en) la parrilla de carne mixta no era exactamente el mismo que lo que figuraba en el menú que recibimos al hacer la reserva. Sustituían la salchicha gigante por brochetas de langostinos aunque una de las chicas de nuestro grupo que había pre-pedido esa opción semanas antes tiene alergia a los mariscos. Había una pobre chica atendiendo TODAS las mesas la mayoría de la noche y solo una persona detrás de la barra. Dolorosamente falta de personal, un servicio al cliente horrible, la música era tan alta que tenías que gritar para ser escuchado por la persona sentada a tu lado y el baño de las niñas era asqueroso. La parrilla mixta estaba muy sabrosa cuando llegó, pero los lados salieron después de que casi habíamos terminado nuestras parrillas y luego la camarera sacó una bandeja de salsas una vez que se comió toda nuestra comida. Debido a que tuvimos una experiencia tan pobre, la dirección ofreció a todos un reembolso de £ 10 y para algunos de nosotros volver para una visita gratuita (no voy a volver, ¿estás enojado? ) Si mi amigo no se hubiera quejado persistentemente a la dirección, no le habrían ofrecido ninguna resolución. Yo diría que si no te importa la música muy alta y vienes en pareja o un pequeño grupo de amigos, podrías tener una mejor velada, pero este lugar simplemente no estaba equipado para hacer frente a un grupo de 13 , a pesar de tomar felizmente £ 50 cada uno (650 £ mesa) para nuestra reserva por adelantado. Vergüenza para mis amigos cuyas celebraciones de cumpleaños se vieron manchadas por esta experiencia.

The Lime Cooler and Pink coconut refreshers should be reported to the trades description act. Both were watered down expensive drinks that bore little resemblance to their titles. Seating area was not particularly clean and looking tired.

Me encanta este lugar y siempre recuerdo mis estadías en California. Este lugar me da muchas buenas ideas. Comida orgánica y buen ambiente. El personal es amable y siempre lo trata lo mejor posible, todo mi agradecimiento al equipo. El área de enfriamiento también es increíble, puedes desconectarte y meditar. Me gustaría copiar la idea de este lugar en algún lugar de Europa. Un buen lugar para disfrutar de algunas cosas vegetarianas / veganas orgánicas (me encantaron los brownies) y los jugos. Tengo muchas buenas fotos. . . Me encanta la tabla de surf, única! !

Hello I am an old man and I went into this cafe for a cream latte and a biscuit. Initially the service was very friendly and I chatted with the young lady behind the counter about the weather. However, when I tried to order my cream latte and a biscuit the man working on the coffee machine kept steaming milk just as I was ordering, so the lady couldn't hear me. By the third attempt I was so frustrated that I called out to him to please stop as I was trying to order my cream latte and a biscuit. He looked at me like he didn't even know what a cream latte was and that the biscuits were complimentary so I didn't need to ask for one. I collected myself for a moment, considering the menu before trying to complete my order once again. This time the man started banging the milk jug on the counter, I could tell from the angle that this was what he was doing, even though it sounded like something else. I screamed my order to be heard above the Don and the previously polite young lady said that I had to leave because of all the shouting. Needless to say I won't be coming back and I'm glad it's now closed.
