Does what it does well, its good for the sport but getting a drink can often be like pulling teeth. Recommend one more person behind the bar.

First time in this branch Probably it is meant for “take away” only = tinny seating area and regrettably no toilets !! Enjoying my delicious Almond croissant and the very hot café latte ( with some hot milk on the side ) Staff are good

Fui a The Alice por mi cumpleaños. El ambiente era genial y era una buena manera de reunir a mis amigos del trabajo y otros amigos. ¡Siempre es un buen jueves en The Alice! Gritar a Petar, que hizo todo lo posible para acomodar nuestras peticiones. En general, gracias chicos!

Quite busy at evenings and weekends

This is a delightful cafe in the main road with a friendly welcome.The window displays are fantastic. My daughter in law and I loved our visit here and our coffee and cake. The interior glass display cabinet is full of exceptional produce, including take away snacks. Only 1 regret...we live too far away to visit each week!

Loved the music! Ducked in for a bit and was satisfied with their hot chocolate. Would come back to try out the various cocktails

Accidentally walked in super close to closing time but the owners were very nice and served us great pints of Guinness. Best pour in London! Made a clover in the foam which was very cool

They are lucky they’re in an airport with travellers desperate for food. Had a long conversation with the waitress as our daughter needs an EpiPen due to a sesame allergy. Looked at the interactive menu which said the sour dough toast didn’t have sesame. Arrived with sesame. Waiter’s response was to take the omelette off the bread and try to give it back to us. Had a long debate about needing another omelette which hadn’t been touching the sesame seeds… Staff need a lot more training on it.

Absolutely atrocious service. Staff are riddled with attitude. Don’t even have ice ! When asked when the next time they’d have ice they told us to wait 20 mins so we came back in twenty mins and they still exclaimed they have no ice. Absolute BS don’t come here !

A little disappointed with the inflated prices. As beautiful as the view is, the experience lacks finesse being served your wine in a tiny paper cup and being charged £9.45 for the privilege. Rip off! I would expect to pay those prices to be served my drink in a glass. I know it's not practical but then come down on the price, as overheads must be much less than replacing broken glass and cleaning. Again the small sized no frills pizza was equally expensive at £16.99. Between the two of us, 6 tiny cups of wine cost just under £60! Next time I might just take a couple of glasses with an organic bottle of wine for the same price they charge for one cup and sit on the hill and enjoy! 🥰 we would be £50 up at least 🙃
