They didnt have the meal I wanted to order so got only coffee. I was sitting with baby at dirty table with plates left by previous customer. Waitress had time to talk to colleague but didnt have time to clean our table or was just waiting till I leave. Not nice

Really poor experience this morning with breakfast. Items are either overcooked, undercooked or cold and the service is less than stellar. This at least makes a change from previous experience where most menu items were unavailable altogether. It's such a shame that this cafe has gone downhill recently. Will be skipping meals here in future.

This is the second time I've had a very disappointing breakfast. The food is cheap. But the fried egg was burnt and hard, the sausage did not look cooked, the beans and tomatoe were cool. I left most of it. I won't be having food here again.

Awful experience! Stood at till for nearly 5mins before the women even tried to serve me as she was too busy chatting to a friend and then. they have food advertised on the menus behind the till and when you go to order the women serving you has to check every single time and most of the stuff I asked for they didn’t have or couldn’t sell because of allergies! The look I got when I asked for fish and chips and said normal peas as it’s advertised with both it was like I should of known they didn’t have peas! when questioned why it’s still on the menu the women just kept repeating because of allergies, in any right mind you would remove from menu??!! I’m very shocked with the service this is my third time coming here and last two times when the young lady who normally works is excellent but this older lady was shocking The drinks from the fridge are warm and I have on two occasions before been given ice and a glass but when I asked this time I was told straight away we do not do anything like that and the fridge is broken so you will just have to drink them like that again I informed the women I’ve been given glasses with ice again and was told it wasn’t from here! this lady really needs to be trained on how to speak to people so last time I’ll be coming here

From 3 boards of choices to eat there was only the choice of toasties and then only 2 of them. Why doesn’t someone with an ounce of business sense sort this place out? Not the first time I’ve been let down here with we’ve run out of this, that and the other. If only there was a source of replacement missing food nearby!?!?!

4 days now I tried to order.. it lends for 5 minutes then they decline then change to not accept orders :/ do they not know how to work the orders or they just don’t bother?

It used to be decent, now the staff don't seem very competi, indeed I believe the lady who is the manager walks around talking on her phone whilst clearing tables, won't be eating there again, I have heard the same story from.a couple of friends also, Dissapointing.

Rudest security guard ever. Refused entry despite it being a quarter of an hour before closing. To be told that there is a last entry time… if that’s the case then you need to update your website. Not impressed and would probably visit a different store next time.

Went to Tesco Cafe in Sutton this morning, asked for Breakfast, had no beans, mushrooms or Bacon. Asked if the price is reduced and was told “No” in an aggressive manner by the lady. I asked if they could get the items as it’s a store told “No” again aggressively. Would not go back again.

Poor service. Not enough staff. Tables weren't allocated. We had to stand around waiting to find a table ourselves. Took way too long to be served at the till. Once we're finally served they said they had no fish and chips, no jacket potato, no vege breakfast and no bean burger! That's almost half the menu not available. So disappointed. Never visiting again! Had a much better experience at Morrisons cafe.

I ordered a Chicken and chorizo Panini, no Panini bread then looked at the Chilli con carne off the menu. I looked at something basic at bowl on chips - good worth the wait. My black Americano coffee was weak, not the best experience ☹️

Usually good service, but lady at till today was very rude. No smile, no friendly greeting, just plain rude. Maybe she needs a bit of customer service training.

I visited Tesco cafe on Boxing Day with a friend, we both ordered the full breakfast - it arrived mostly stone cold with a burnt sausage, the best part of the breakfast was the egg (not bad), the toast wasn’t toasted (floppy). The coffee however was quite good but I wouldn’t ever return for brekkie. I think the problem was with the staff sitting around chatting and not concentrating on the job, it wasn’t as if the cafe was busy either ( 3 or 4 people ). Worst breakfast in town!.

Visited cafe in oldfield road today. Ordered cappuccino and latte. She didn't tell us which was which. And it was cold. Ordered Turkey panini and they cant get panini. So bought s scone that was hard. They were too busy talking about customer in there. Disgusting service.

Busy place, food cooked to order. Great menu selection both food and hot/cold drinks. Lack of staff means you might have to wait but it's worth it. Staff that are there are run off their feet. Ordered full breakfast with wholemeal toast and a pot of tea. Set me up for the rest of the day! Cakes and scones also available for a lighter bite

I visited on Friday 3rd August for a quick bit to eat between client visit so needed something quick. On looking at the menu my aunt and I decided to choose the jacket potato only to find that all the jacket potatoes had gone but on explaining to Simon at the counter he offered to cook us both a jacket potato. I found this so unexpected but it made me very happy as I do not normally find this happens with regards to my food allergy. I found Simon to be friendly but also in a professional manner.

Awesome food, very well priced but the best thing was the service.

I called in for a quick lunch. I had a cheese and pickle sandwich which was Rock hard. I took it back and was made a fresh sandwich. Would you believe, no butter, when I complained I was told, we don't put butter on sandwiches!!!!!

Ordered breakfast it was so bad they took it back and offered me a fresh breakfast it was worse than the first. Cold tomato, cold beans with crust top, double cooked sausages burnt outside cold inside, double cooked bacon unable to cut, toast that breaks into pieces when you try to butter it. Left all the food fit only for the dustbin, it should have gone there before serving it to anyone. I was with my son who ordered blueberry pancakes, they were just as bad and he also left them. The place should be shut down.

My husband & I enjoyed , Jacket potato with beans and cheese. For me, the portions were good I enjoyed the foid but not too large a portion. My husband enjoyed his macaroni cheese with salad and garlic bread. Also portion size & taste and presentation was lovely.

One member of staff serving in a very busy cafe is not great is it tescos?

Friendly staff except for a bit of forceful selling at the till,had to repeat myself several times as I asked for medium but asked if I wanted large,but I think they have to ask as the staff were very friendly and polite,all the tables were dirty I don’t think they had enough staff to do everything as the two members of staff were taking orders and cooking I ordered burger & chips I only waited around ten minutes for food which all came to the table nice and hot but the chips were disgusting,I think they were either reheated or fried in old oil I could not eat them,the burgers as put together nicely and tasted nice

Sad place, or at least that’s what the staff shows. They just can’t be bothered. A “restaurant” with two members of staff, can hardly be called that. One person at the till and bar and another in the kitchen. There is nothing that shows carelessness more, than a hot burger in a cold bun. What does it take to toast the bread as you cook the burger? It wasn’t much anyway. The chips were extremely dry... I needed a drink after every chip I put in my mouth.

I had the big breakfast, it was cooked well and a very reasonable price, however the staff Ned a visit to charm school, nobody who has a life likes working, however you don't show it to the customer.

It's ok if they have got what you want. How can a cafe in a supermarket run out of bread, poached eggs, veggie breakfast??? Beats me! Had all three statements on separate visits. Also a "aint got none" attitude.

I just ordered a cheese and ham omelette on its own nothing else. I was then asked if I wanted chips or beans with it. I repeated cheese and ham omelette on its own nothing else. A microwaved lump of sweet mess was put in front of me on the filthy table and they included toast. It is truly disgusting

Just had the bigger breakfast in the Tesco cafe and wow a great breakfast well cooked very friendly staff can’t fault it at all and all under £10 set me up for the day Any one in the area looking for a good breakfast stop here you I don’t think you will be disappointed

Nipped in with elderly wheelchair seated aunt for a light bite. Impressed with range of food on offer, reasonable prices and cheerful service. All enjoyed our various meals and tea and had no room for pudding after. Bit of a treat for aunt to get out of nursing home and she enjoyed her shopping trip in the store and would like to visit the cafe again which says a lot.

Encontramos este mercado nos quatro cantos de Londres e vale muito a pena para compras rápidas. Tem um pouco de tudo. Vinhos, agua, chocolates, sucos sanduíches gelados, queijos...tudo de ótima qualidade. Voltando a noite pro hotel vale uma passadinha. Alguns abrem 24 horas.

I was extremely disappointed and underwhelmed by the service at this restraunt. The service was slow, the staff were stroppy and their machines are always broken. We had to wait half an hour for breakfast even though it wasn't that busy. No one told us that we had to collect our own drinks and the lady had the nerve to laugh when we asked her where they were! They ended up going cold and another member of staff made us fresh drinks but it still ruined our visit. I would not recommend this café to anyone- you'd be better off going to McDonald's next door!

Tasty breakfast and latte as well as friendly helpful staff. Slightly cold and a little dark in seating area but this added to cosy atmosphere. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We came in for lunch. The place was busy (well, it was half-term). Many tables were left uncleared for some time. In fact, we had to clear a table ourselves before sitting down.Service was rather slow. There were no clean forks available on the cutlery stand. Nor was there any mayonnaise for our salad. The atmosphere was chaotic and the staff seemed stressed.That said, we all enjoyed the fish finger wrap (£3.99 each) which is served with a small (very small) salad.

Large supermarket for groceries,pharmacy,photo shop,optician,clothing and cafe.Plenty of parking space and is open 24hrs on most days.

Tesco,in morden is good and helpful,if you can't find anything the staff were very good for finding what you won't .

Visited here today and was not happy.Whilst in tescos can not believe they charge double... I got a bottle of Fanta which was 1.99 your tescos cafe the pricing needs to be sorted.I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, the fries where cheap oven brought but the beef in the burger was cooked in a way that was tasteless and tasted like chewing on rubber.My mother was waiting for her jam scone as the new worker said they would bring it over with food, never did and then got told was self service.Was aware I think a new girl started today as the manager looked like he was interviewing but the place was a mess. The manager should have not took the young girl to talk until mess was cleared, nearly every table had rubbish on which was not cleared from many previous customers.The new waiter asked "do you want onion rings with your burger" when really should be like "do you want onion rings added for the extra "£" , its extremity frustrating when waiters ask if you want sides presuming they come with the meal and then charge extra.1 good point was the tea and scone was enjoyed however the rest was not good and overpriced.If you want a tea/coffee with a Muffin, cookie or side then this is your place however food wise I will Defiantly not be coming back here ever again.

Popped in the cafe for a bite with my daughter and grandson.Had visited on a previous occasion so was disappointed this time round.Where were the staff?Was not even sure it was open to be honestCutlery and plates were dirty and not dried from the attempt of washing up.Jacket potatoes were certainly nothing to write home about. We both had the tuna spring onion and cheese.Nah. Not again.Grandson had fish fingers chips n peasChips and fish fingers looked double fried...although to be fair the chips did taste good.I'm not sure I'd go back unless the staff that served me the first time I went in were there

Very handy for me I'm local, good service good food good value. Quite a good selection... I often see business meetings taking place its a handy venue.

Really hot today and decided to have a frappe before our shopping trip, didn't quite fancy what was in the board so asked the girl if she could make us a caramel chocolate frappe instead. With a big smile she replied I've never done one but happy to try... Was beautiful! Really pleased we asked as our drinks were delightful! Friendly staff, nice, cool and comfortable.£3.25 a frappe but worth it.

Was a 'Giraffe', now converted to Tesco's own cafe. No frills, cheap breakfast, pleasant service. Offers breakfasts, lunch items and small selection of hot meals. All reasonable in price and the coffee's not bad either!
