Great service from staff, shame their sandwiches are NOT fresh compared to Pret next door.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Two female baristas are so rude was talking disrespectfully about me in their own language. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I felt discriminated. Coffee is horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.This place needs new employees ASAP.

I went today in the shop for my coconut chai latte with my daughter and my ‘birthday treat ‘before closing. I don’t like to come before shop is ready to close but I was so busy. I was served by Stefania, there was 2 Ladies one dark hair and one blond both hard-working Ladies and very kind. I admit they’re so professional because working in Enfield you must be patience because rude and messy customers are non stop. The Lady with dark hair asked if my child wants to use the bathroom before she cleans. So kind of her! I honestly appreciate their hard work. In all shops in Enfield except Caffe Nero they want the money and want you to get out. Well done Girls. Not anyone can make a good quality drink thank you.

It must take a special gift to find and employ such negative unhelpful unprofessional staff year in year out. Everyone was being given drinks in paper cups to drink in store. If I'm having a luxury coffee experience in store, for just under £5 I don't want a paper cup! I stopped her automatically using a paper cup. No offer of powdered chocolate or extra marshmallows, I guess I'd upset her 😆 I suppose I should be grateful I was given a spoon! Table and seating old and worn. I shall NOT be returning.

The coffee here is sometimes quite good, and it’s better than most other chain coffee shops. They also do a really nice ciabatta chicken sandwich. However, they gave me yesterday’s croissants which were DRYYYYYY. I paid £3 for a stale croissant. Cafe Nero must think I’m a fool! Update (17/01/22): I ordered another croissant. This one was so stale and dense it was like a brick. Update (17/08/24): whilst the croissants are still stale AF they do make much nicer coffee now. The staff seem more skilled.

We tried it before, it was very good When I went the second time, new staff had started. I can give you a hundred percent guarantee that they employ workers who do not know how to make coffee. The coffee tasted burnt☕️

I am a regular customer and I buy my late there because I work close to there. Most of the staff are not friendly. Even though I always ask for my coffee to be exstra hot, they always give me normal coffee. I have to constantly remind them. Every time I buy a coffee there, they make me have to remind them twice. They do not listen to the customers well,,And the toilet door is always open, it is not hygienic at all.

A rather busy Nero that's often a victim of its own success. It's not unusual to see a queue of people waiting to be served and this can be 10 people long at busy times. Even with couple of staff working expect long wait time. There are plenty of seats but often most are occupied. Rather nice coffee as expected. Well placed right outside Barclays

Lovely big and welcoming Caffè Nero in the Main Road in Enfield, it’s a dreich day outside by a large cappuccino and almond croissant starts the day well nice little shopping precinct and an open air market right next to it. Very efficient and pleasant staff and now doing the winter blend.

Café Nero is my second home I go there every single day I have been a costumer for a very long time (I did make formal complainants many years ago but I give credit as well when it’s due .new manager made a big difference) Nice food brilliant staff always smiling welcoming and impeccable service vey professional and I would like to thank everybody and especially Annita for providing excellent service nice and warm-atmosphere It warms my heart to see professionals and nice people still do exist

The hygiene levels are way too low. I am disgusted to see an employee that wiped my table and collected the empties without gloves and then serve, WITHOUT WASHING FIRST, behind the counter. We all know some people go to the toilets and DON'T WASH! She basically transferred the germs in people's. When I confronted her about washing her hands before serving she asked, "What do you mean?" My wife and me went to Enfield Town Néro specific ally to enjoy a hot drink. We wasted our time and money. We shall not be stepping inside this branch again. BTW, my reviews are mostly positive.

We like to stop here for a coffee and cake when we're shopping in Enfield - especially in fine weather as it has a nice outdoor space. The coffee isn't the best I've had (I like decaf and the Caffe Nero version hasn't got as much flavour as I would like. Clean accessible toilet, friendly staff and a good range of sweet treats.

Large selection of hot and cold drinks and food. Cakes. Excellent customer service. Gets busy sometimes with buggies and children running around. Dangerous with hot drinks being carried to tables

I found 2 ants in my coffee!!! Disgusting

Although their last coffee orders are 5pm - meaning at least 5.15pm to empty the cafe in order to allow people to drink and leave, instead they rush around you from at least 4.45 not allowing you to sit outside so that they can bring their tables & chairs in from outside 15 minutes earlier than they should. You only find out once you’ve paid them and sat down. They obviously want to get away early and that makes for an uncomfortable experience as if you were inconveniencing them. Instead of serving you up until the correct time. Won’t bother again there are too many coffee shops for bad service. Photo shows completely empty Nero & busy Pret at 4.48pm

Cream on top of milkshake was solid. Almost butter. Settled in bottom of cup!! Waisted 50p charge on cream!! Not a milkshake one would want. The strawberry one lacked taste hardly sweet n full of crushed ice!!! Clearly not used to making proper m8lkshake. A bad experience.

Sorry to said but your guys really don't know how to texture milk, there was very little difference between our latte and flat white. The milk in both was flat just a layer of bubbles on top. The store is not very clean, the toilet was disgusting and smelly

Hygiene of the cafe is becoming worse and worse, staff are not approachable they do not want to clean. customers always have to ask for them to clean. They spill the drink while serving but don't clean it unless you actually ask. I think the drinks are expensive enough at lease the cleaning can be better.

Bought a croissant but didn’t receive it. Went up to the counter to ask for it but they asked if I had a receipt though they never gave me a receipt. But overall it was quite nice.

Latte was not right at all. And who hands you a fork touching the prongs?? Disgusting!! Never again!

I ordered a medium latte which waw 2.85 couldn't even drink it because of the lady over heating the milk and burning it . The place needs baristas who can actually steam the milk properly.Will never drink from nero ever again.

The man with glasses is absolutely amazing. Easily the best barista there. There is another barista who has longish hair and he seems to be decent too. I think I recognise him from tiktok

It’s unacceptable to half fill a coffee and leave it sat there so long that it melts and is watery. In this photo I have not consumed any of the drink and it is so empty that I feel horrified I’ve actually paid for this. How hard is it to do your job? You make coffee it’s not astrophysics

after ordering, I presented my vouchers, the staff said that the vouchers do not work, upgrade your staff! I do not recommend this place to anyone !

This cafe is always very busy and packed. Best time to go is very early in the morning. The staff could do with keeping on top of thr cleaning of tables. So as to make a table is alwsys available for the next paying customers. As there are hardly any chairs to sit on evrrytime I have been.

I enjoy their coffee but it seems a shame that on lovely days people hog the outside tables for hours with just a Coffee when everyone would like to sit outside and eat, especially after the awful weather.

The place was in a clean condition considering the amount of people who came through the door while I was there. Covid-19 measures in place, service was quick and I had a smoothie which was to die for!! Would definitely recommend. 👍👍👍

Service in here is always good and usually served quickly. I use the Caffe Nero app on my phone so get frequent freebies which I much appreciate. Always enjoy their coffees, and recently have enjoyed my first coffee outside the shop following government guideline changes to allow outdoor dining to happen. I have no hesitation to recommend this place to others!

Prompt service once inside but there is a limit of 4 people at anytime so you may need to queue. My coffee was just how I liked it.

Best hot chocolate with oatmilk, I've tried Costa and Starbucks and this was without doubt the tastiest.

One of the best if not the best cafe in Enfield. Good selection of hot and cold drinks and snack food. We have been going at least once a week just under two years with my two year old son, who is bad to feel welcome. Service is sometime patchy as they have trainees but generally good. recommend

They physically barred me access to the use of their toilet even though I explained and pleaded that i suffer from a medical condition, if it wasn't for I kindly neighboring estate agents I'd have been left publicly embarrassed and humiliated, Shame On Them

Extremely warm welcome! Major respect to the girl with pink hair, having to deal with a completely irrational and rude customer, who refused to wear a mask during this difficult period. We all want to stay safe, and that goes doubly for those who serve us and are exposed to more risk than those people just 'popping in for a quick cuppa'. Despite running a take away only service, the staff were lovely and accommodating, thoroughly recommended to anyone visiting the town centre.

Went into Cafe Nero on Monday morning for my usual coffee. Pink haired with glasses barista is absolutely rude. I think she is forgetting she is working in a front facing role and to be customer friendly. She is absolutely an awful representative. I will not be going back to Cafe Nero. Costa is only around the corner and they are polite, friendly and Nero your pink haired barista could learn about customer services from them.

I enjoyed being here, and the staff were helpful and friendly, and even though I paid for my coffee via the app they still gave me two stars for bringing my own cup. There seemed to be a lot of space so the covid rules worked, and the atmosphere and the coffee was good. I sat over the road near the church to drink it, and I liked the Christmas cup that the coffee was in.

Caffe Nero need to work a bit more on their coffee taste. This particular Caffe offers outside sitting and generally good indoors space.

This is much the same as any high street coffee chain- functional but indistinguishable. The decor, facilities and coffee are mediocre. The only way these places can stand out is due to the behaviour of their staff. Unfortunately, the staff in Caffe Nero Enfield, make this place distinct for all the wrong reasons. I've read elsewhere that its staff can be unfriendly- and that applies to all of them as far as I can see. No smiles or 'how are you today?', ever!! However, there are some staff in this coffee shop that are downright rude and antagonistic. It seems to be a culture issue- the staff here not only appear to dislike working in a coffee shop but also dislike the customers who visit. It needs to change or Caffe Nero will go out of business. Meanwhile, the staff at other, equally functional but indistinguishable, coffee shops in Enfield are much more friendly.....you have a choice

Despite the difficulties of a second lockdown the staff at this Caffè Nero are always friendly, helpful and quick. I look forward to being able to sit down and enjoy my coffee in store

A lovely place for a cuppa or a light snack seating inside or outside

Love their coffee but was disappointed when a large group of people came in and staff were slow to attend to them As we are currently observing social distancing I expected more from them However coffee is very good

Caffe Nero serves the same foodstuffs as Costa and other similar establishments. Prices are about the same, ie overpriced, and the food is about the same. Hence only 2 stars. If you are looking for good quality coffee at rock bottom prices then look no further than the "Golden Arches".

Was all ok. Would of liked to of been asked if i wanted chocolate ontop of my cappuccino. Service could of been made more personal. Social distance inside was good.

There is so much more this coffee shop can do. The customer service in here needs some work... You need to hire someone that is going to implement a culture change. The potential to take your customers on a journey is there, I would invest in that....

The service here was always average, but post-covid, it seems to have become worse... The staff have absolutely no idea about customer service, they have no manners and can barely be bothered to get your order right - they behave as though they are doing you a favour by making your coffee. It is a real shame because the actual quality of the coffee is good and the venue is in a nice location... There are far nicer coffee shops in Enfield Town.

I just ordered vanilla frapucino and it was the worse drink ever! She didn't put any ice and basically mix coffee with cold milk only! I asked and paid for whip cream , she put less than half teaspoon of whip cream! It was so horrible I didn't even drink it and put it in bin! I paid £4.99 for to this horrible drink! Never ever again Nero! Thank God for Starbuck!
