Creams Cafe in Enfield

Great affordable gelato and freshly prepared waffles etc if you are looking for a sweet treat. Limited space to dine in Southgate branch so Enfield one would be my first choice. V Good customer service!

Good staff Good service friendly staff

I attended over two weeks ago and the toilet was out of order. I attended again today 10 October and toilet still out of order. Staff were great and when I asked the reason they said the owner was aware but hadn't done anything. If he sees this please fix this asap as it affected our overall experience.

Had great bubble tea and ice cream. Though I think bubble tea needs some work, the nova texture just wasn't right. But service was really bad they were dealing with deliveries so it took a very very long time for them to attend to us and bring our stuff. They weren't helpful at all. The atmosphere is pretty, just like every other creams cafe.

If you eat here 2 times you are at riskof getting type 2. Hence the 2 stars. Good service.

With my daughter's ice-cream we were given dirty/unwashed spoon with chocolate all over it. The second one was unwashed too. When told the lady she gave me the plastic one but no sorry or nothing. She carried on service another customer

I ordered a waffle on Uber eats today. Unfortunately there was no enough chocolate and fruits on waffle. Poor service.!!

I have ordered royal waffle which supposed to be nice and tasty it came out with no ingredients on the top and expensive not value the money what so ever….

Amazing flavours and big portions - a real treat. Sadly every time I come the service is a bit slow and you can feel ignored - seems they don’t always prioritise getting your order to you

My best friend and soulmate went in for a dessert after having an Indian Meal. We shared a knickerbocker glory sundae between us which was great and the service was excellent.

Ice cream is poor... just full of sugar! Over priced as well! Don't bother with the ice-cream, just go for a sugary crepe or waffle. Bubble tea was poor... the tapioca pearls tasted like carton.

Creams Southgate. Ordered boba fruit teas. Had them before and tasted really nice. Visited today and ordered the same. They did not taste very nice. Had a bitter after taste. Went back and changed flavour. Walked down the road only for my daughter to find an ant in the drink. Took it back and was told it was from the tea. Don't know how when it was lychee. Could see clearly that it was an ant. Was ordered a refund. Pls sort out the level of hygiene in store.

went there with my family of 4 not very crowded and there was 2 family's mine and another lady and her son. we got our menu's throwed at use the staff-lady - ignored us and waited for use to order when she was next us we ordered 4 waffles we left after and hour cause she took and hour to serve my family we decided to just have 4 ice-creams and then the lady-worker decided to do other orders first even though another family of 6 came after we were there terrible service and horrible server my advice don't come here instead go to the wood green creams better service the waiter was lovely towards my 3 kids, and the food was perfect

THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, only their virtual orders!! All they care about is the just Eat/Deliveroo orders where by they don’t allow customers to eat in past 10pm which I personally think takes away the Essence of having a “dine in” experience. 5 of my family members walked in at 10:01pm and weren’t allow to eat in despite literally begging the staff as we had travelled far. This information was not conveyed online either so it was a huge let down and ruined the whole experience! The management really need rethink their policy- may aswell rent out a warehouse if they’re only going focus on their online customers. I feel so let down by Creams

Always getting my orders wrong. But the workers are nice and the ice creams and food are great.

We had waffles with my partner while she is already half way done with her food while I still waiting for my waffle. I order waffle with Nutella and strawberries when my waffle came I got minimum Nutella on in and the dough was still raw in the middle I had nice portion of strawberries. Still waffle been dry haven't enjoy that.

Unexpected surprise to arrive at 21:30 and to be rejected to be served despite the place was closing 22:30. ( as it was advertised online) The staff was already cleaning the floor and had all tables set aside , clearly preparing to close . We were told that we can order for take away but we cant sit. Very disrespectful from the staff to kick us out because they wanted to leave earlier and very irresponsible from the manager to allow such a thing. I worked in hospitality management for years and while I understand that staff might be tired sometimes, i also understand the importance off professionalism and customer service. You should not advertise wrong closing times if you are not in position to fulfil your obligations.

I ordered from here on Valentine’s Day but some items were missing. Called them I’m and Raj was very helpful in ensuring I’d be compensated for them on my next order/visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I could get those items. Thank you very much Raj!

Theres not a lot of options for dairy alternatives. They are quite basic and gritty. Needs to develop more flavours that are edible and alternatives like oats or coconut, not just soy

New update I just found about this creams, this creams is getting moved to a more smaller location the reason why is because they said that their current location was big so they're moving to a smaller place the new creams is going to be on 60 Chase Side, London N14 5PH between homelink and greggs, in the new location, there's also McDonald's if there ice cream is broken, a tesco and a WHSmith within the new area

Delivery is rubbish from just eat. For some reason they read coconut gelato as white chocolate and apple crumble as carrot cake rather than calling me and informing me it wasn’t in stock. Second time now they’ve got my order wrong. They need to learn how to read or improve their customer service skills because this is just poor very poor from a “big” franchise. I’m being generous giving 2 stars rather than 1.

Most times I go to Creams at Finchley this time since it’s around the corner from me i thought I’ll give it a try. I noticed they close at 23:00so i arrived at 22:45, I know it’s a tight one but I thought if the store is closed then not much I can do, however it was open but they said they are closed. I knew exactly what I wanted which could easily take 2 minutes. The fact that the doors are open it’s confusing. If you are closed then closed and lock the doors not the opposite.

Well decorated and pleasant atmosphere. Very polite serving girls. Great selection of ice cream varieties. Reasonably good coffee. It looks like coffee is cheaper on weekdays.

Always solid American style dessert bar. Huge selection of flavours. On Sunday they have Sundae specials for £2.95 which are a bargain and more than big enough. A little grubby, menus needed a thorough wipe down. We got the kinder Bueno sundae which was an absolute steal with their soft serve

Now they got rid of the old staff from last year it is much more professional.

I enjoyed some much needed ice cream to cool the warmth of summer 🔆. They had a good selection of ice cream flavours and sorbets. Helpful staff and overall great atmosphere (wasn’t crowded). The menu had a variety with plant based and kids menu. I recommend ☺️☺️

Overpriced and very slow wait for anything you order. They priorities delivering peoples stuff before the customers in the store.

An interesting experience ! Very clean and tidy restaurant! Great selection and choice of ice creams! Ideal for smal children groups ! Somewhere different for them to take them! Be aware is a little expensive! Apart from that a nice plesent place to go !

I always go to Creams, as today was nice and warm I decided to go again to get a cold bubble tea. They took 15minutes to prepare the bubble tea and it was not even cold. I threw it in the bin as it didn’t taste good nor was it even cold!

Went in twice this week, Thursday had one person ahead of me with single member of staff and on Saturday the place was quite full with six members of staff. On each occasion I left after waiting for 3-5 minutes without being served. The ice cream looks nice, but good luck trying to get some. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Me and my partner come here now and again! Lovely selection of drinks & desserts! We came today to find an updated (improved and better) menu that even listed all the calories which is a bonus! We had the Easter waffle and was lovely!

First experience to any creams. Order a sticky toffee pudding and an apple crumble. Sticky toffee pudding came out cold, so I asked for it to be sent back and have another one made. I’m the mean time, my apple crumble arrived… to my surprise, COLD too. As I’ve turned to ask a member of staff to take this away also, I’ve noticed the manager standing close by so asked if there’s a reason why they don’t check there food temperature before it goes out. His response was less then admiral and stated that it’s not compulsory as there programs in place should be correct to make sure the food is cooked. loooooool which I replied with it’s obviously not working as both my hot dessert came out cold. Imagine my sticky toffee pudding came back half way through this convo. It was the same one I gave back with a spoons worth missing from it… they literally reheated the same one I gave back to them. The manager then went on to say that if we change the program then it might be over cooked hahahahhaa Safe to say I’ll never go there again!

The worst place to go for dessert. Keep AWAY what a waste of time and money. I visited on 30 Jan 2022, order a Sunday and they said there ice cream machine is broken so there whipped cream or pay extra for normal ice cream. PAY MORE BECAUSE OUR EQUITMENT BROKEN. The were like pay up or go away. KEEP AWAY

Pleasant enough, almost everything on the menu was available, just not what I wanted. But I did arrive late.

Everything great, besides it was still 30mins left to close, and they started to clean our table meanwhile we were eating and didn't ask if we are finished with the plate or not. So, we couldn't enjoy our dessert and felt rushed.

We turned up way before it closed and the staff would not let us eat in. They lost 4 hours sales there

very lovely atmosphere with amazing staff, served us quickly with at table service. usually not too busy in there, they also offer takeaway and delivering if not dining in. the inside decor is also very nice, its a good place for slme desert and a rest!

It was good and large place for meeting with friends. But they should be more tolerante of children.

The closing time for this Creams is stated at 11. We had been driving for 3 hours and wanted to get some creams. We arrived before 10pm and was told they was closing and had to eat our food within 20 minutes which is 10.20pm. So why deceive people with your trading times. I am writing this with huge disappointment as I had to settle for a Smarties Mcflurry. Sort it out.

Ice cream is delicious in Creams, but staff really need to try being kind and fair. After a session of down faces to us, my 9 yrs daughter asked, - Daddy, are we paying less - No. We are paying full for 2 scoops - So why they give more and more to the family next to us. And they were smiling.

The owner Raj at Southgate Cremes was horrible. He overcharged us by adding items that we did not even ask for them when we confronted him he argued with us and said it was our fault. I do not recommend at all

Horrible experience when I went to this desert place! The boss, Raj was very rude to me and my family and the food was no handled with care or hygiene at all! The only kind employee who sorted out the mistake was a new worker. Other than that it was a horrible experience and I would not refer or go back there myself.

Visited Creams this evening. Sadly we didn’t get much further than the door. I could have sorbets but not ice creams . Please Creams could you help me understand why you have gluten in your Italian gelato ? I under if it’s cookie dough etc but not chocolate, vanilla or strawberry. It doesn’t make sense. I never have a problem in Italy so why can I not eat in your cafe in London? Really sad.

Today 18/07/2021 from all the staff none had mask on. 17:05 I've been there to order some Milkshakes but none of the staff (8) was wearing a mask and when I asked one of the members of the staff told me they are all exempt of wearing but being there many times before I've seen some of the staff which few months ago they were working there and wearing mask. How it's that possible to be exempt now but not before. This is ridiculous..

Literally the worst customer service and the dark haired lady (Italian)is literally racist and evil please don't fall for her smile 2nd I went there just full of attitude and wouldn't come over to serve but you have to call for her but I seen her how she behave with her kind behave as if she is the owner very rude.

Nice but quality needs to be improved. Mint chocolate chip tasted so fake it’s horrible. Ordered it and they didn’t provide spoons! How are you supposed to eat ice cream? Lol with your hands

Would not recommend order anything from this store. Uber Eats dealt with the problem well. The restaurant did not deal with the dispute accordingly, management was very rude and argumentative. This will be escalated to their HR as a formal complaint. Brown paper bag stapled closed with milkshake inside - no cup holder. When the order arrived, the milkshake had poured inside the bag and all over the driver. The driver contacted Uber on our behalf as this happens everything from this restaurant, nothing is packaged well.

Pls STOP advertising slush puppies on uber eats as sugar free when its not. Thanks

One of the best desserts I’ve ever had! The food was brilliant along with the service and atmosphere had a brilliant time. The staff who served us were very courteous and kind, took there time and helped me choose a delicious dessert! They definitely choose the right one for me, the atmosphere in the restaurant was calming and lovely. Was a very pleasant evening. Enjoyed myself!

First time I've been to creams and was overwhelmed by the amount of options and variables that are available. I bought chocolate fudge waffle . Was nice . I couldn't eat all of it . I think its better in small doses . Need to go back to try the rest of the menu. Staff where really friendly and helpful

Just wanted something sweet for me and my family fo a shaka, red velvet and slush. I don't know where was the problem - the just eat app or the people taking the order in Creams, but there was no option to choose a flavour for the slush so we added a note for any blue colour (it is for a child who just wants blue slush) so the slush came mixed. The red velvet came like someone has already had a bite from it and it wasn't the driver fault it was all like this in the box. A bit disappointed the positive is they actually do nice cakes and shakes just need more attention in the orders.

Good sized portions if you have a sweet tooth . Good social distancing.

Second visit in weeks, it's busy but full credit to the waiter / waitresses who worked hard to keep a high quality of service. Only reservations are with noise but that's expected for a kid's favourite hangout. Ice cream and waffles satisfactory but not out of the world. Again this was as expected so 5 stars. Thank you

When we arrived, we got greeted by a very kind employee who clearly explained the process of ordering food when sitting at a table. They use a smartphone based app to place an order to the table number. I guess this takes a little longer than using a conventional.menu, but it also means that track and trace info is registered. Once desserts were ordered, it came pretty quickly. One point deducted as they were out of coffee ice cream. Paid contactless on our way out. Overall not a bad experience at all.

Arrived at 9pm on the 7/8 and there was a sign at the door saying we cannot sit in. I thought this was strange as I could see 6 people working and 6/7 empty seats. When I asked an employee she said they were doing a trial. I understand it is different times now but they have been open all through lockdown and people have been able to eat in for a while now. I wonder if the owner is aware that his staff are turning away business on a busy hot Friday night.

Went in store to order a takeaway, I wish I stayed at home and saved my money! Staff got the order wrong the first time, made a crepe instead of waffle. She then made the waffle and gave me the wrong toppings. The cookie dough was overcooked and hard in places so we couldn't eat it. Portion size of sofa vanilla ice cream is pathetic compared to the portion size of when you eat in. What a complete waste on money!

Visité este lugar con algunos amigos por primera vez. Pedimos algunos platos y después de esperar un tiempo, nos dimos cuenta de que mezclaron nuestro pedido. No recibimos una disculpa. La guinda del pastel fue cuando encontré 2 pelos en mi crepe. Pedí hablar con el gerente y él se acercó a nuestra mesa y me pidió que explicara lo que sucedió. Le mostré el cabello y él dijo que no parecía ser cabello real, ¡pero tal vez algo de la red del chef o algo que podría estar flotando en el aire! Me preguntó si quería otro y me aseguré de que supiera que no tendría nada de ellos después de eso. Espero un reembolso o al menos un descuento, ¡pero ni siquiera me disculpé! Además, los crepes estaban fríos y caros por la calidad, el sabor y, por supuesto, el servicio. No nos volverás a ver.
