Brilliant place. Staff are delightful and the Sunday lunch was AMAZING and we highly recommend it - apart from the Yorkshire pudding which was very heavy and dry.

Good food and layout. Had a nice booth. Was plenty of screens. Table service was ok, however it was full. So we had to go the bar a few times. Food was good also. Would return.

We decided to visit Costa Coffee in Hatch End today to try the new caramel nutcracker drinks and they are delicious! We brought our dog with us as Costa has recently become dog friendly, and not only the staff was super nice and welcoming, but they even went the extra mile to offer our furry one a treat 🐶 Thank you Costa, we will definitely return!

Great staff, great atmosphere, for a wethys.

Perfect location for a wedding attended close by. Comfortable bed, clean and well furnished bathroom, and most importantly the breakfast was excellent. Had the Full Monty with freshly made coffee which did the business after a late night!

My husband, friends and I couldn't enjoy ourselves enough during our recent dinner in Farringdon. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the delicious food as always but were disappointed with the service from the new waitress, she talked much more than necessary while showing no attention to the table service at all. We had to raise our hands for everything, even every time we ran out of water. The waitress was distracted and often checking up behind the bar. She didn't seem to have any knowledge of wine (she made up everything she explained) and clearly showed she didn't know what gluten is. When taking our order she offered us the croquettes mentioning that she would ask the chef to remove the gluten and instead she said we couldn't order mackerel because it had gluten. Totally disappointing, we miss the old staff. We feel abandoned and at the hands of unqualified staff.

This Costa is near my workplace and so I pop in quite often. It is nice and spacious and there is plenty of seating inside. Each time that I have visited, the staff have been friendly and have a positive attitude which is much appreciated. I also find their festive drinks to be the best out of all the big chains. I particularly recommend the Caramel Nutcracker Latte. My only feedback would be they should have a code or lock for the toilet, as there have been times I have gone to use it and it has been occupied by someone who is clearly not customer or purchased anything.

Almuerzo muy caro - una comida tan molesta - pan era £ 5 por 4 pequeñas rebanadas de las cuales no podía comer uno, ya que era tan dulce - era más como pastel que pan. Los 4 de nosotros tuvimos el almuerzo de carne asada - aparte de remojado bajo patatas asadas cocidas uno de nuestros miembros lo tuvo sin salsa - y solicité más salsa - han cobrado £ 4 por la salsa - todo lo que tenían que hacer era servir la salsa del plato sin mí. We were at Petersham Nurseries for a celebratory birthday tea party yesterday. A family argument erupted (as they tend to do during this season of goodwill to all men) and our celebration was in ruins….however, the wonderful Manager, Millie, and her lovely staff at the Petersham Nurseries saved the day. I am so grateful to her and to them, and will certainly return for a calmer meal in the future.

Had a bad experience today. We ordered the Marus bhajiya for 10.99. She bought a small plate of bhajiyas instead of the big one. She gave a big plate to both the tables next to us. We could clearly see that we were fooled. At the time of paying when asked about the plate was told that we were given the right plate. Felt cheated. Will never go again.

Best place to enjoy English tea, Nikhil , rehan, samia ,sushmitha that are best team ,best view and decent place , manager is very good , very helpful. Personally best this is the best Costa coffee I have been in London.

Great micro pub. Good selection of all sorts of beers and ciders plus has wine and spirits for those that want something different. Prices range from £4-£5 a pint.

Contratamos la habitación privada en la planta superior para nuestra fiesta de Navidad de la empresa. La habitación estaba muy bien decorada, la comida era deliciosa y el servicio era impecable. La camarera, Alice, era muy atento y nos atendió bien un gran grupo de nosotros.
