Starbucks in City of London, Westminster

The staff here is totally amazing. They really make you feel welcome and know everyone in our group by name

It's busy with tourists and people working in the area. Not a relaxing feel as people rush in and out. Staff were doing their job, but clearly not showing much customer service. The hot wraps were dished out on the counter and if you managed to hear them you'd pick it up, otherwise you were left waiting for a long long time.

Starbucks is more or less the same everywhere you go. Good coffee , my daughter likes the strawberry frappuchino and I just think it's all overpriced. Luckily they gave me a nice big mug for me to take home. Thanks a lot.

We went to grab a coffee on the go, they were overly stuffed...I recall 5 or 6 people bihind the desk...but very lazy stuff dodging around pretending they are busy...... using and abusing one single employee letting him to all the coffees resulting a massive quie.

Desearía poder darle a Starbucks una calificación más alta, pero solo necesitaba una taza de café, no una "mezcla" de alto precio, y encuentro que su café está muy sobrevalorado. Tipico Starbucks con vista su St. Paul's. I muffins sono buoni così come le torte. Ovviamente uno non può aspettarsi di trovare il caffé italiano. Prezzi in linea per questa catena (per fare colazione occorrono circa 5 sterline).

Efter et skønt og oplevelsesrigt besøg i katedralen var det skønt at kunne nyde en kop kaffe i deres flotte cafe. Eventuelt kunne man tage kaffen to go og nyde den i parken rundt om katedralen

Très bons smoothies proposés et très atypiques. Les cafés sont toujours aussi bons. Bon moyen de faire un break tranquillement

I just got my coffee from this shop and I just feel I need to write the review which is only apply to a staff member that was serving me this morning at 7:40am. She was really rude for no particular reason. I get my coffee every morning from this brunch and all of the staff are lovely and polite. This girl (tall one) was preparing my coffee and called up for '' cappuccino'' which I did not order. When I said that I've ordered latte she said; ''Yeah that is it'' and started arguing very rudely. Such a shame for this well known company to get all those bad reviews based on the staff behavior. I love Sarbucks coffees and one star review is only for the experience I've had this morning.

It was very damp the day we visited so the Starbucks shop was a welcomed sight. We enjoyed a hot latte. Unfortunately, the hot latte was not real hot but warm. Still hit the spot as we were cold.

Ze hebben een heerlijk terras achter St.Pauls in de namiddag in de zon. Ik dacht ik ga eerst naar de wc en dan heerlijke koffie kopen. Ze hebben slechts een wc, en die was werkelijk zo vreselijk ranzig dit heb ik nooit gezien. Vervolgens was ik er zo vies van dat ik weggliep snel de zaak uit. Het personeel ging me vervolgens vreselijk onbeschofd naroepen.

Starbucks... I love this place. it really has so many different items to eat and full your tummy with joy..

Great location and I have never found it a challenge to find somewhere to sit down. You can be assured of the usual Starbucks consistency.

This is possibly the dirtiest coffee shop I have ever visited. We ordered coffee and couldn't find a clean place to sit. Littered with rubbish, tables covered in crumbs and we could see only one member of staff behind the bar. Will not be returning and I would recommend you take a good look around before ordering anything.

Standing in line for Christmas services at St Paul's in the drizzle was a challenge but so happy to have Starbuck open for service to keep us warm!

One of the things I that I like to do in my travels is add visits to different Starbucks. After walking around the city was pleased to find this location. As usual the coffee was excellent and the service was quick and courteous. It fortified us for a visit to St Paul’s Cathedral. If I am in this area again I will visit again

Starbucks is definitely consistent and this one has plenty of comfortable seating too which is great if you want to chill out or have a discussion with some one.

Great views of the surrounding courtyard making St. Paul's even more awe inspiring than it already is. Great service and quality products, very friendly and attentive staff.

Went here partly for a coffee and partly to use the toilet. Ordered coffee and asked if there was a code for the toilet (as there are in many London coffee shops). Was told abruptly that they were not working - no sorry or pointing...

Starbucks is Starbucks where ever you go so the big differentiator here is the customer service which is consistently great. The fact that you can see the same faces on a regular basis suggests that its a good place to work too.

This is managed by helpful and friendly staff and one them, when explaining the history of this location, told me that in early 2009 this was targeted by pro-Palestinian demonstrators/vandalism who broke windows and ripped out equipment after clashes with police.

Well the coffee and food is the same as the other branches but the place is too crowded in terms of table arrangement. You would be better of to get as takeaway.

If you are a Chai lover, starbuck's tea latte is the closest thing you will get in London. I also love there regular coffees and choco drinks. In a cold winter afternoon, it is the best place to get a coffee from.

Visited this Starbucks early Saturday morning a couple of weeks before xmas. Staff were friendly, atmosphere was nice and the view of St Pauls Cathedral was stunning. Plenty of seating was available and the chocolate muffins were great as usual.

Of the couple of Starbucks I hit in London, this was the least friendly though it was a typical English AM (rainy and dreary). Maybe it was too early. Order went well though.
