Even though living in the area, I avoid this place. Service comes with an attitude, like they are doing you a favour. Hard to have bad coffee but this place achieves that. I guess only people who stand this are the people with kids at first floor ..

Very weak coffee and not a lot of it! Perhaps the barista was having a bad day but waitress has said it's only normally one shot, but even so. A bit disappointed.

I gave this place five stars a year ago, but things have changed. I still enjoyed the banana loaf, my friend left half of her food, and they now ask you to order at the counter instead of coming to the table. £30 for a couple of coffees and light breakfast. Too much.

I popped into the nice looking place for a take away coffee, which was okay but at £4.75 🙄 I think the most expensive take away coffee in London!!!.. would I return anytime soon not for a hot drink, v unlikely.

Went here for lunch and was a little skeptical of the lower rating(<4) but was pleasantly surprised by the place. It's a self order system so once you grab a table, you go and order at the counter which might not be as intuitive to most people. We had the black bean burger and banana bread french toast along with some dirtea drinks. The french toast was delicious and not on the sweet side, the pairing of the sour jam went well with the toast! The fries with the burger were delicious but the burger itself was a little dry for my taste. The drinks were fine, I think they have a partnership with dirtea so it's nice that you can actually try out the drinks. Overall it was a little pricey for the quality of food at about 20 pounds per person but then again it's London. They also have some colouring pages and sketch pens and colour pencils as a fun side activity!

(She is slim petite with brown hair) My friends and I come Fridays with our buggies and babies and sit in the back behind the dividers as there are no space at the front for the pram plus I breastfeed my baby she refused completely and said it’s never been available which is 100% a lie as I am a regular with local mums in the area. She did not consider at all that I have a baby and not accommodating at all she said she was by herself what has that to do with sitting in the back when there was clearly other guests in the back!!! I do not recommend this place for local mums at all!!!

The lady who is working today is rude and unaccomodating. I went in my wife (who comes in regularly) and our baby with a pushchair. The lady refused to let us sit at a table with a screen although my wife normally sits there (for privacy whilst breastfeeding). We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

No way to go back. They throw the apple and carrots into the juice machine without washing them and squeeze them to serve. Coffee is awful.

Very limited choice, bad service but the food was decent. Went here for Sunday brunch. Decor is lovely, atmosphere is nice. Menu options are extremely limited, so it’s basically their one speciality of frambled eggs (which they do very well even if the portions are small) or nothing. Self service style ordering is a bit annoying when you’re paying a lot for one piece of toast and an egg. They do not accept cash. Left waiting a very long time for our food. Food was very nice to be fair, I just wish there was more of it.

A triple combo of horror for a foodie. My worst experience so far in London money/food/service wise. Had to come in because of the rain despite warning low rates. Two stars for design and location. Had to sit myself in, as noone was around, had to go and wait at the counter as noone approached me with menu (Mon 1 pm). Asked for healthy options, a lot of things were not available, so they recommended me to get scrambled eggs on a toast and veggiest . Look… a burnt toast… which I didn’t eat. More was hidden by eggs… what kind of chef would send it out?😱 a bit of kale and a HALF of a really bad but maybe Gold tomato. (this add on WAS 3 pounds at least) I left hungry, had to go and find a waiter to pay - ‘Zis’ creature and a coffee was 23 pounds. Absolutely no respect for customers.

I used to go to this place and had good experiences over all. Today really wanted to have nice coffee but had huge disappointment. Asked for simple extra hot flat white. First I’ve received it in glass which I asked if they normally serve in this glass which they don’t. They’ve changed for a cup which I really liked but instead of flat white I got just super foamy coffee which got nothing to do with flat white. Was just foam no really coffee and milk. Went to share my experience and been charged £5 for coffee which I couldn’t even drink. They offered me some coffee take away but after sharing that I almost vomit from amount of foam the last think that I wanted will be 3rd coffee. Maybe is time for a bit improvement. Still good luck with your business.

Great food and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and hospitable especially Celso. Would 100% recommend. Oh and the coffee is made to perfection ;)

I've visited this place for breakfast on several occasions and the food is generally nice but the service by far the worst in sjw high street. Having been a resident for many years, all the restaurants are very good with service but here the staff appear over worked. Rude. Not at all accommodating and uninterested in simple requests. The last straw was not serving food outside (having eaten out before) and no explanation, just a no! Slow service. I won't be visiting here again and I've told my friends to stay away! Although they've witnessed the unwelcoming attitude first hand.

Ordered a cappuccino and black tea. Waitress was really good and realised we had been forgotten She tried to check at till but manager was too engrossed in conversation with other member of staff and ignored. She finally managed to get us a drink A better example should be set.

Went here for Breakfast today ( 9 July 2023) looking to blow cobwebs away after a late night seeing Blur at Wembley. Superb service, excellent food and could not fault it. Family of 5 very satisfied with our Breakfasts. Thank you for looking after us!!

Place made great by the floor manager, Celso, who is extremely personable and kind. Despite being quite busy, he makes time for each customer to ensure they have the best experience at the cafe and greets everyone with warmth and kindness. Guaranteed to return in the future because of his hospitality.

My daughter and I were looking forward to a nice brunch at feast. We walked in and were pleased with the decor and general ambiance. However it was immediately clear that there were issues amongst the staff members. They were bickering continuously and not at all attentive. We ordered sourdough with poached eggs and coffees. A simple order that should have been served to perfection. The orange juice was good but the coffee was terrible clearly not single origin. The poached eggs had been cooked in too much vinegar to the point that you could taste the sourness in the whites. The sourdough was tiny and hard. The water from the eggs had seeped into the bread making it wet and inedible. Service was extremely bad, the waiter didn’t care that we had not eaten the food he didn’t ask how it was or if we needed anything. When confronted the manager was dismissive and just didn’t care.- very shocking for an establishment in an area like St John’s Wood. Would not recommend - a waste of a morning and a waste of money.

What a pity we only found Feast on our last day in London, we’ve been away from New Zealand for five weeks now and my husband considered this one of the best Flat Whites he’s had on our travels. Delicious fresh orange juice, a truely fresh and tasty almond croissant and a mini carrot cake which just melted in the mouth. All enjoyed in light, clean, and modern surroundings with responsive and pleasant service. Thank you!

The overall operation of this place is an embarrassment staff in need of basic customer service training and the food is truly shocking.

Hot drinks are bizarrely served in horrid plastic tea cups. Avoid.

The food not what was expected unfortunately

The whole experience was terrible. The restaurant was not super packed, but it took 10 minutes to anyone to come and get our request. I was there with my wife and 2 kids. We ordered quickly, it took over 40 minutos for the food to arrive. The sight of the salmon salad and the kale salad was quite depressing. There was less than 2 spoons of cold fish there and a thin slice of avocado. I don't mind paying 15£ for a small salad, but it needs to be made with care. The total bill was about 80£, I felt robbed after paying it.

We had brunch as a group of 4 people. We liked the location and ambience. The service was very friendly. The food was excellent and moderately priced. We will be very happy to come again and to recommend this place to others. There were enough veggie options.

Great service, food and atmosphere!

Can't understand some of these negative reviews. We were attracted by the gorgeous coffee smell as we walked past. Admittedly we were only there for breakfast but our Full Feast (aka Full English) breakfast was totally awesome with great coffee too. All at an awesome price, but that's the area. Service was OK too. Also it's well decorated in a nice, modern way. What's not to like then?

Quite literally the worst service/attitude of ANY restaurant I have been to in London. Opened at 9am arrived at 9:10am Greeted to an opening statement that there was no chef and that the kitchen was closed until 10am at least. No problem, with that, coffee and pastry will do thanks..... THE PLACE WAS EMPTY.... not one single other customer. Me a waiter and the manageress. EMPTY. I requested a booth so I could do some work with a bit of privacy, AT Feast was EMPTY. what I got back was a blank stare and the statement that it would not be possible as it was a weekend. I offered to move the second that the place started to get customers. Evidently the rules are the rules! It not like its Ottolenghi... So never again and even if the food is great the attitude is so bad that it's just not worth going. I suppose the 3.5star Tripadvisor rating says it all.

3rd visit, every time in the hope the food matched the restaurant setting, but every time severely disappointed. Cold eggs, inedible pasta, not worth the visit.

We visited At feast recently had some coffee to start with then ordered the fish and chips and a couple of soft drinks for lunch. Service was slow and inattentive food was mediocre how you can manage to get fish and chips wrong really baffles me to be honest. The decor is pleasant plenty of locals and dogs in on the day.

We stopped by for coffee, They serve terrific coffee with mushrooms, very interesting taste. The service is very nice and friendly.

Had brunch and coffee here a couple of days ago the operation isn’t great as my eggs were lukewarm and the coffee wasn’t the greatest as it tasted burnt. The overall feel was a bit on the chaotic side I’ll give it a miss next time Gail’s round the corner although smaller are more consistent.

Visited twice: decent enough brunches, but slightly lukewarm. Coffee very good (Exhale), but a bit inconsistent - this is down to barista skills on the day. Waiters can be a little over attentive, and at times too many hovering around wanting to whisk your plate away the moment you finish. Generally, good.

A lovely place to visit with very friendly, welcoming staff! If I didn't have dietary restrictions (gluten intolerance/wheat allergy) I would have a field day with the number of delicious looking pastries on offer!

In my opinion, this is the best cafe in London! Not only they are fully set up for remote working with sockets for charging your laptop/phone, spotless wifi, group or individual seats by a window, but the staff is amazing (in particular, kudos to Celso, who is always incredibly kind and welcoming)!! Staff is respectful and won't push you to order something every 5 mins, meaning it's a productive place to get work done. The food is delicious (try the eggs with kale and homemade soups), and the coffee is wonderful (you can even add collagen shots to it)! I come here every other day, and also enjoy myself with friends for brunches over the weekend. In summary - an amazing experience!

Once again food a massive disappointment - ordered the Full English and the egg was cold and undercooked so the yolk was extremely runny. The bacon was good but the sausage was such poor quality. Given this place a few tries as we love the venue but the food has consistently underwhelmed.

I have been coming in regularly for over a year. The service is brilliant and the food delicious. Yesterday I had the best banana bread French toast.

We had a disappointing experience this week. We were served by an unpleasant manager with grey hair who made us feel unwelcome. We had no problems at first, aside from the fact that he took a while to come and take our order. The problems began when he started to argue that there were no mistakes. We received the wrong coffee and he argued that was what we ordered and refused to change it.The food took a while to come and when it did, my friend received the wrong order. He again argued that was what we ordered and refused to change or refund it. I understand mistakes happen but to rudely argue, no apology or fix the mistake he made was appalling service. We requested butter, but it was never given to us. I asked for gluten free bread since I'm allergic to gluten. I was worried it wasn't gluten free because it looked exactly like my friend's bread. I ate the bread since he ignored our attempts to get his attention and I knew from earlier that he wouldn't have fixed it regardless. I don't believe I received gluten free bread because I felt ill later. We had to pay service charge for bad service! We left quite unhappily since it's a shame we live nearby, but we won't be returning.

Love the ambience - bamboo, green and natural look. Service and drinks were good as well. Unfortunately, the food was well below our expectations. We came here at 8:30 AM on Saturday for breakfast and my wife asked for a croissant. It was still blatantly half way frozen but sold at the same price of a fresh one. This isn't acceptable... The french toast was ok though. If the food improves, I'd be happy to give this place another chance, otherwise not worth the hype.

Spotted this quirky looking eatery on our way to the park and popped in for some brunch and a hot beveraginio. Dog friendly is a great touch and the decor is lovely but the guys running the floor are very badly trained when it comes to Allergies and basic customer service I’m a coeliac and the server took far too long and many step back and forth to liaise with chefs on whether my meal was ok to eat! Didn’t touch it as I wasn’t confident with it all and ate at home later on after our walk. The plate was cleared and no one asked why I had t finished my food so naturally quite disappointing! Poor marks fir service but the place looks the part.

Met my brother and my niece in town he suggested this place. Late breakfast. Pleasantly surprised (his taste is usually questionable). Bustling atmosphere but staff attentive especially with my niece. Went for the Full Feast breakfast. Really tasty and not skimping on portions. Spot on. Shame I don't live around the corner!

Popped in here, on the off chance, for a very tasty Eggs Benedict and a good latte. I'm glad I found it and I think I am going to come back for the Full English next time .. !

Had lunch today .Service was a little sluggish , 3 of us ordered fish and chips, Mac & cheese . Bread basket . Fish was completely over cooked , pure rubber . Couldn’t eat more than three to four bites . The sweet potato fries were very good , great texture . We let our server know about the fish, after spending a little while trying to flag her down . She seemed least bothered. Letting us know she would inform the chef . Definitely a first and last visit .

Unpleasant experience. Went today with a friend - were sat on a filthy table. We asked to be cleaned, which the server did but again did not wipe half of the table around the edges. Just poor job. It appeared the table is also very stained besides dirty. Ordered to the manager who just seemed stressed out like the rest of the staff. I feel for them as I have done this job myself before and I know it’s a lot. I asked for my eggs Benedict to be cooked more and not left runny to which he initially responded “all poached eggs are premade/cooked already and can’t be changed, which just sounded odd for a restaurant”. I then insisted for him to check if they can be cooked a little extra (as I am pregnant) to which he did not say anything making me think he will. Eggs were served runny without any comment prior to this. I have had tummy ache and so did my friend since we left the place. I even had diarrhea later in the day which I read could be due to the runny eggs quality, as I did not eat anything else after besides fries and salad which I eat every day. I hope it’s not serious! It just seems that the place had gotten really bad since the last time I was there (approx. a year ago) and food was tasteless, the eggs are perhaps the worst of the worst quality as they just didn’t taste like anything (but cost £11!) also there was zero seasoning (salt). Won’t be going back to this local spot and won’t recommend it. There is chaos all around like their table benches falling apart. I hope they get it together eventually or they won’t survive like many other places on that high street.

Not impressed with the service or quality of breakfast today! “Eggs any way you want” came only one way: 2 eggs on a piece of toast! When you go to a restaurant, you expect your eggs with a little bit of oomph, a few greens, a piece of avocado! Long complicated menu but no quality. Keep the menu simple and short and concentrate on the quality of fewer choices. Agency staff were indifferent and had no clues about anything, and yet service was added automatically! Clearly no incentive to serve! My three stars go to your fresh juices👏🏼 I do hope you up your game and survive as I like the decor and location.

Absolutely fabulous the best poached eggs I’ve had in years service with a smile. I will certainly be back to this fabulous restaurant great atmosphere everybody singing and dancing.
