Very nice breakfast, I really enjoyed it, but the best experience was being served by Andreea V an amazing girl and server. Thank you very much Andreea for the service provided. Very polite, professional and attentive with my allergie. Definitely come back.

This place is very beautiful and comfortable

They don't even deserve one star, absolutely rude. According to them, to sit at the table we had to order their desserts and not just ice cream. We couldn't even add a chair for the little girl. Eventually they asked us to leave

The staff didn't want us there! first they said that they couldn't sit our party of 5 because they could only sit 4 people at a time, and then they literally said it outright. We could have ordered to go but the staff was so incredibly rude that we left

Excellent Caffé to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the heart of London's down town. Beautiful and delicately decorated place, careful and gentle attention, cakes and sweets of excellent manufacture, good hot drinks, the weakest thing are the ice creams, they are regular, the prices according to the place and the quality offered.

We were very satisfied, friendly and attentive service. We had cakes and crepes, which were very tasty. Prices are very sporty, but suits London.

Staff clearly needs training. When I asked for the bill, the waiter shoved the card machine in my face without clearing my plates or letting me review the charges. It felt transactional and rushed. Train staff to let customers breathe between their last bite and payment

It's a very beautiful little patisserie to sit down and grab a bite. We had several cakes and desserts and they were all very light and full of flavour. Our server Samsul was very nice and attentive, rounding out a very pleasant experience.

Came here for some picky bits and a coffee and they didn’t disappoint! Samsul was our waiter and he was quick, great and professional! The portions here are big for what you pay so I’d definitely recommend! Enjoy!

Really overprice. The manager (with glasses) was really rude to us. He was unprofessional althought the server that gave us our food was really nice and polite. The manager should improve it's manners.

Came for Valentine's Day, we ate very well although the service was very long. However this was made up for by Samsul who, to be honest, seemed to be the only one managing everything and that with a smile and always listening. Big thanks to him who was adorable!

Waited nearly an hour for cake and drinks . No acknowledgment from the water for the delay . Hot chocolate was tepid . I had the lemon merengue tart which tasted perfumey and couldn’t taste any lemon . There was no interaction from the waiting staff and when I paid I wasn’t told how much the bill was and just got out the payment machine under my nose . No thank you , good bye , have a nice day . Customer service is needed desperately. Although they were busy politeness doesn’t cost anything . Would not recommend or go here again

Terrible service with mandatory tip

Today i visited Caffe Concerto and had the pleasure of being served by Samsul, who provided an exceptional level of service. Samsul is friendly and attentive demeanor made me feel right at home. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered thoughtful recommendations that enhanced my experience. The coffe and cake's was very nice highly recomended.

I was there tonight on 12/30/2024 and my bill with the extreme exaggeration in prices was 37 pounds, as we ordered a toast with ice cream and 2 cups of coffee and a bottle of water, but the waiter, without us noticing, deducted 73 pounds from our card, and we will file complaints with the competent authority unless someone from this cafe contacts us

classic interior with mirrored walls, great afternoon tea with, for example, very fine jasmine tea, recommended pistachio tiramisu, good cappuccino. It was very busy when we were there, but still accommodating, even if it took a while. Conclusion: Ambience, location and quality of the patisserie are very good :)

I booked a table for today about 6 weeks ago and on arrival I was told that they weren’t aware of it??? , even though cafe concerto emailed me the day prior to confirm the booking, which I did , we were then seated in the worst table ever right by the toilets really close to the next table, so every time someone went to the toilet they kept brushing up against us and asking us to move to let them passed , it was a terrible eating experience. The bench we were sitting on was broken, to the degree that it was wedged in place with 4 menus to stop it moving back and forth, which didn’t work anyway because when you lean forward it keeps tipping over anyway , staff didn’t seem to care when told about these problems. We also had to keep asking for them to shut the main door as it was really drafty as it’s the middle of winter!!! Our drink order was taken after being there for 40 minutes and then the drinks came after our starters?? It’s a terrible eating experience, it’s not geared up for giving the customer a good experience at all, completely ruined the day for our party of four, it was meant to be a special day into London for us and left us completely disappointed

Love the Rose-Latte and Pistachio Cake! 😍 Personal was very friendly. Of course, you have to make oneself noticeable if you need anything. They can't read minds. 😉 Prices like a good Café in Munich or Paris. Will visit you again if I'm in London. 💕

It’s a great place, the waiters/waitresses are super nice and helpful. The food is gorgeous, especially the egg Benedict and the almond milk porridge. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in London

Were at the Concerto again (2024) Cafe on Regent Street. Unfortunately there are too many chairs in there and therefore always cramped. The cake was delicious and the drinks were tasty. Lots of staff for the small shop, sometimes making it a bit hectic when you're sitting there and they're hesitant to serve you...

The guy would not accept me even if i was nicely dress... Rude

We tried the shop because it looked very nice. We got seated pretty quick and we waited 25 minutes and nobody come over to us to even take our drinks order so we decided to leave terrible service very disappointed.
