This is how they served the tiramisu (around 6pm on 30.03) 😐😐😐 On the menu it was a round shaped tiramisu, but what arrived looked nothing like one, it did not taste good either, very sweet and no coffee flavour The FOH man needs to smile a bit, especially when your service charge is higher than usual

Satish’s service was excellent. Food is good, burger could be made better.

A group of us popped in early Saturday evening just for coffee and cake which they were happy to accommodate. Very generous portions - and super light bakes. Our server, Satish, was particularly friendly and helpful!

A crowded place at 9pm with more than 10 tables, only with 1 waiter and working very slowly. Went in sat for 10 min tried to wave at him to order, kept ignoring. We just left the place.

Super delicious cakes! Also a delicious high tea. Highly recommended. Not cheap, but at some Concerto branches in London you get a 50% discount on afternoon tea during the week if you book online via the website (tip!).

Very good meal and the service very quick. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. We were served by Satish and he was very good. Thank you for the experience.

Incredible vegan choices. Excellent service. I enjoyed a blue latte made with coconut milk that was absolutely fantastic, along with their vegan pistachio cake, which was impressive. Every bite of the cake was a wonderful mix of flavors, beautifully enhanced by its creamy consistency. The ambiance was lively, making it a perfect place for both informal gatherings and special events. I'm eager to come back and discover more of their creative menu selections. All in all, it was a dining experience that surpassed all my expectations.

We always come here for food, and never had any problems. but today was a disaster. the food we ordered was late and the coffee i wouldn’t serve it, it was burnt and the cup was dirty really disappointed. I wouldn’t come back here, there is better places

Seems a challenge to get anyone’s attention and when you do they and ask for something they forget to deliver it to you

When I saw the red velvet cake I really wanted it but the cake itself turned out to be a quite dry. My friends’ cakes, pistachio honey and strawberry gateaux were really soft and delicious. I enjoyed Mulberry Lemonade too. Great service and atmosphere.

Had tea service + brunch there, and even going in knowing it was a tourist trap was still let down by bad service and prices. We ordered the tea service for two and got two tiny pots of tea, hardly enough for more than a single cup from each pot. The savouries and sweets took so long to come out we we’d been finished our tea for quite some time. The platters were alright, the scones warm and quite good but the sweets and sandwiches very boring. I ordered the full english and it came with one small sausage with skin so hard I could barely break it even biting with full force, and had to saw away at it with my knife for some time. The bacon and eggs were alright, and there was nothing terrible about the beans or toast other than that they were unremarkable. Still, the negatives were sever enough to ruin any enjoyment. The food in general took a good while to come out which and was cooked seemingly at random pace leaving some things overcooked and others not warm enough. This was quite surprising given that the cafe was mostly empty (maybe we should’ve taken the hint). Will certainly not be returning.

I really didn't like it. I work not far from this place and always wanted to go in when I passed by. I ordered breakfast, coffee and dessert. They put half an avocado on the bread that had been cut 3 times, so it was just a piece of bread and large pieces of avocado, the rocket on the plate was not fresh and wilted, the beans were from sainsbury's. Breakfast rating 3/10. The coffee was brought first, it was incredibly hot and burned my tongue, and coffee should be 55-60° so that you can taste it and drink it as soon as it is brought, but it turned out that the coffee tasted like the cheapest drink found in Aldi. Coffee rating 1/10. And finally, I ordered tiramisu, and they brought me some kind of supermarket dessert, with no taste of mascarpone, savoyardi sticks, or good coffee. Dessert 2/10 because it could be eaten, but not to call it tiramisu is a crime against the Italians.

We were greeted by Satoshi who was friendly and served us well. However, the place was FILTHY. The items on the table were dirty. There were crumbs on the chairs; there was spillage (old spillage ) on the window ledges. The floor was not clean. My glass had lipstick marks on it. Really poor and this was first thing in the morning - I can't bare to think what it's like later in the day. They must spend money on a proper cleaner.

We had a great experience, food was fresh and tasty, the desserts were looking great too. The whole place was looking very lovely and chic, and the location is nice to be especially if you want to soak in the sun, while inside.

Desert always amazing. Staff rubbish rude no one waits your table properly. Manager grumpy and not happy We sat inside as we thought it would be warmer. Outside would have been hotter. Staff banging thank goodness for tourist as locals wouldn’t come back!!!!!!

What a cute place, I didn’t realize these are all over London but this location looks the most luxurious. Also they have a great price point on afternoon tea and even separately their scones and rose latte are delicious. The real winner here is the clotted cream they give you 🤤 honestly I would buy just that if they sold it- so good!

Afternoon tea with Prosecco, all food delicious, 10/10 staff- very attentive and friendly. First time here, would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Food was delicious and received excellent service from Abdel who was really helpful when giving advice.

I was very disappointed it was a special occasion and cost a considerable amount of money. Unfortunately it was spoilt by an unhinged lady sitting next to us and badgering us and nearby customers shouting abuse. I think the staff should have observed the situation and not put more customers near her or actually moved us.

We ordered two cakes and one had a bad taste, an acidic taste. I complained and they changed it but it is rare that in a place like this they have a cake in bad condition. I ordered a cappuccino and they brought me something else. The prices are very expensive and the service is bad. It is a tourist hunting place, don't fall into that trap, there are much better places

The service was slow unfortunately. We ordered at 1 and by 1:50 had only received drinks. The menu wasn’t bad and the food itself when it came was alright. No apologies were given for the slow service even when we had to chase things several times. The floor was filthy which I found very concerning. I wouldn’t go back.

Food was good but expensive. Service very slow for getting the bill to paying. Bill had optional service charge which doesn’t seem optional as was not asked if we wanted to pay it. If asked, i wouldn’t have paid it due to service being slow. Perhaps this is why they don’t ask.

I went to this splendid place in Covent Garden with my boyfriend to enjoy a dessert after dinner. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, perfect for a sweet break. The waiter Abdel was extremely kind and attentive to my needs, carefully managing my allergies. I tasted a delicious slice of vegan pistachio cake, accompanied by a herbal tea, both truly excellent. A very pleasant experience that I recommend. ☺️

A group of us went here for dinner, took 10 minutes & us having to wave a waiter down before we could order any drinks. They took ages to arrive. The waiter went to walk away before we had to stop him & say we were ready to order food. Again it took ages to arrive.I had pasta, it was the most bland unseasoned food I’ve ever had & hardly ate it. It was £25! Ordered scones for dessert, which came out steaming as they’d been warmed in the microwave!!! Totally unacceptable way to serve scones! There were hardly any raisins in them either. They had also forgotten to bring our desserts & we again had to wave them down. The bill came with an additional 10% service charge added…….. what a cheek. The service was shockingly slow & although polite enough the waiters are not at all attentive. It wasn’t even busy, less than half full downstairs. The venue looks lovely, comfy chairs etc, but every time the doors were opened a freezing cold draughty comes in. Overall, do not recommend.

I was looking for a cup of tea with cake when I was walking towards the Covent Garden area and saw this Caffe Concerto's cakes display and I was sold! The environment was of the "opulence" Art Deco design with chandeliers, photos and paintings, hence the price tags of the drinks and beverages. I had a cake that has a pastry base with what I would describe as whipped cream flavoured with raspberry and the fruits on top. Looking sumptuous. I was a little disappointed with how hard the puff pastry was and the tea was kind of ok but not ok for the price tags. However, service was good, waiting staff Safeer was particularly attentive as well as very polite and helpful. Every eatery should have a "Safeer" on their service team!

Was such a lovely place to visit, the afternoon tea was delicious and well worth the money, thoroughly enjoyed it. The interior of Caffè Concerto was beautiful also. Highly recommend!

Didnt get a recieve. The pruces are totally diffrent then the menu had a discussion for about 1 hour because they couldnt say how much the food costs.

Went with my sister for late afternoon cake. My sister enjoyed her cheese cake but I was offered scones as they had sold out of pastries. They arrived warm from the microwave and had an unusual smell. Had a small bit but not only disgusting to taste but am still feeling sick from the scones the following morning. Would not recommend, wish we had gone somewhere else.

The front girl Manju was so rude. We asked for a table for 2 , she asked will we be having dinner or coffee , we said coffee , she said if you don't buy the cakes with it , we can't have you sit in the cafe. Also she was on her phone messaging while we were waiting for her to finish her phone chat . How unprofessional that was ? I mean you are in 2025 , and this is your behaviour ? It's not that we couldn't afford the cake , we just were not hungry at all. Never ever am I stepping in that place again
