Toilets are shocking. No excuse for how bad they are. If the toilets are bad how is the food hygiene!?

We had lunch at this nice place. It looks like a fast food restaurant, with screens for ordering and a girl from the staff to serve, but in reality the menu has an offer mainly for those on a diet. The choice is very vast: burgers, falafel, salads, rice, wraps and much more. As for the sides, you can choose between chips and salads. As you can see from the photos, we had rice, croquettes, chips and salad. All very good and the price is right for what is offered. Small flaw: you can't change the dishes, so you have to look at the ingredients and hope you like everything. However the girl at the counter is very helpful in changing your order. Overall an excellent place, I would happily go back.

Very good quality-price. Highly recommend for gluten free food. Chicken slightly spicy, or too much hot if you are not used to.

Stood in there whilst it was dead for 15 mins at the counter and didn’t even get looked at, walked out and went to pret next door.

Never sent my delivery order and they wouldn't pick up the phone

Has really gone downhill, the chicken burger was 25% of the bun, the chargrilled chicken wasn’t chargrilled, the toilets were uncomfortably dirty.

Quick service, good food, easy to order. The hash browns are great. I just found out they have gluten free chicken bites, so I’ll definitely be back! I highly recommend for takeaway.

delivery driver rude he buzzed my door 1st time and my buzzer cut him off he buzzed the door again and just snaps let me in he comes to my door with no smile no greeting just shoves food in my hand and goes customer service means a lot to me he needs customer service skills!!!!!!

Foods good, staff are friendly. May I ask though - why are there no hooks in the toilettes? Nowhere to hang bags, coats etc. I’ve had to improvise 😂 It’s been like this forever. Please can you get some hooks installed, they aren’t expensive. Your patrons will appreciate it. I’ve attached some hook examples for your consideration 🪝 lmao

All good: love the way Leon wrap their food specially to conserve heat.

Ordered my fish finger wrap meal and was cold. I raised this with the gentleman behind the counter who tried to convince me it was hot. They replaced my food and the potato fries were hot but the fish finger wrap was stone cold. The quality of my meal was truly shocking. The fish tasted cheap. Won’t be returning.

On the menu there is very little choice but the meals served are but the price remains a little high

very good hot chocolate and you can choose different milk alternatives. The wraps are delicious. A good place to take a break every now and then and you have the opportunity to briefly charge your cell phone 🙂

I enjoyed my freshly prepared meal here, which was ordered via a touch screen, but there are staff available to take orders the "old school" way. The portions were great and for what I paid I found it to be a good price for the location of the restaurant. The staff were good fun whilst I was waiting for my food to be prepared.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of receiving abysmal customer service at a store last Thursday around 12. I felt as if I was being treated like an enemy rather than a customer or who promoting same brands in another place, with both the supervisor and assistant displaying an attitude that made me question their professionalism and dedication to their roles.

Not my favourite chain. But edible, and does try to be healthy.

The delivery arrived in good time although it was raining. The courier was very polite and friendly. The rice was warm although the potato waffles were a bit cold when I received the order.

I did a great choice visiting LEON Horseferry.

This site gets quite busy and can run out of much stock by 2pm. Aside from this service is speedy and food always tastes good. Portions are a little on the small side.

Lovely delivery person and food as always, but unfortunately the coffee wasn't wrapped properly and spilled all over the muffins which were also not wrapped in tin foil and therefore tasted of coffee. I wouldn't usually complain but this is now the second time this has happened from a restaurant which used to have such stellar packaging. I am just a little disappointed.

C'est vraiment dommage. L'enseigne à l'air sympathique mais le services et les produits ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur. Nous avons commandés à la borne deux petits sandwiches, un halloumi avocado et un vegan "saucisse ", mais surtout deux paquets de Hash Brown. Pour un total de tout de même 13£ sans boisson.. Une fois arrivée à la caisse, la personne nous dit qu'il n'y a plus de Hash Brown, et que nous allons avoir des cookies. Nous n'aimons pas les cookies, mais visiblement nous n'avons PAS LE CHOIX, et nous avons déjà payés... La moindre des choses est de prévenir les clients, et/ou de proposer un remboursement ? De plus, la taille des produits est vraiment ridicule, je n'ai pas de grandes mains, et le sandwiches faisait a peine la taille de ma paume, je vous laisse constater sur les photos. C'est cher, peu savoureux, et nous avoir fait payer pour quelque chose que nous n'avions pas eu est clairement pas correct. De plus, les toilettes étaient degueulasses, pas de papier, pas de savon, et de l'urine partout sur le sol. Passez votre chemin

First time in a Leon. Absolutely dreadful. Late delivery and chicken burger was appalling quality and really badly cooked. Threw most of it away.

Everything was fine with order. All items were present. Rider was very courteous and polite. A very good delivery experience.

Came in for a quick lunch and got the autumn mezze salad bowl. The veggies were past their due date and did not taste good. I couldn’t eat my meal. The pita I ordered was stale. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Best coffee in the mornings but the snacks/cakes are very limited.

Very unfriendly and not tasty. What a pity spend money for something like that. They were not amused to give us a receipt. Never again! It has a reason why this Restaurant was empty.

Pretty good all round (First visit) I thought the vegan burger was a little dry but I had chosen the gluten free bun as an option so that may have added to the dryness. That said it tasted good and the vegan cheesy fries were great.

They ran out of the cookies I wanted. Also if healthy eating there were no vegetables with this at all and 2x carbs

My first visit to a Leon and it didn't disappoint! So wonderful to have delicious & flavoursome gluten free & dairy free options, loved it!

Leon and a breakfast in St John’s Gardens. On the move and want a quick vegan breakfast with a nice view - grab something from Leon on Horseferry and within 2 mins you’re in the tranquil St John’s Gardens. Leon don’t have a huge choice for vegans (much more for veggies) but there is porridge, a few other sweet options and vegan sausage sourdough muffin. Ordering is really quick on the touchscreens, as with every conceivable option available and it will email you the receipt too. I ordered the vegan sausage sourdough muffin, hash browns with a vegan garlic alioli, oat milk latte and vegan pecan and maple oat cookie. It took 4 mins to arrive and with 5 mins of ordering I was sat in the gardens in peace. Muffin was tasty with spinach and a tangy sauce so not dry at all. 4 moon shaped hash browns were not greasy and delish in the garlic alioli. The cookie and coffee rounded it off nice and I’m ready for my day - calm and full. (If it’s raining or cold you can eat in)

Disgusting food never ever trying it again

I ordered 2 things. A chicken wrap and burger. I was given a halloumi wrap that was cold and not fresh, not sure how that gets cocked up. The wrap was significantly overpriced for what you get too.
