JOE & THE JUICE in City of London, Westminster

Why is it so dirty? Rathbone Place. It’s an expensive juice bar with loads of space that would be good for meet ups but the seating areas are filthy. Hair and food on the deets, floor and tables and all this only 30 mins after they opened.

This place is exactly for people who are looking for healthy drinks with supplements or without I always tend to drink. Their famous power shake and never going to stop that.

Not friendly, no Taste in lavender iced coffee. NO BATHROOM AND THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL. Is it legal to offer tables and seats buth no restroom? Beside that: no smile, no hello, no thank you, no taste,... And no place to bother stop for. At all.

This was the first (and only) visit that was recommended by someone. The sandwich was two thin pieces of toasted bread with a tasteless filling of tuna. It was wrapped as if bought for a take away burger with minimal panache or extras for the £34 paid for two people. Nicer food and prices elsewhere!

I get sandwiches here all the time as I work in the area but the inconsistency is astonishing. It's as if the ingredients come out of their own pocket when they make a sandwich. As soon as you pick up the box you can tell if it will be decent or bad based on the weight.

Abysmal place went to the soho one near Carnaby st. . not busy everyone messing around having a chat. Staff are horrific. Rude and aggy. Didn't even bother with the small queue that was building. Girl on the till seemed to have some kind of attitude problem or something I've never seen so many people behind a till doing everything that can to avoid taking an order! . . If I owned this business I would look for new people quickly

Very unfriendly personnel….the regular toilet was „out of service“….we were guests and customers….our son (12 years) urgently needed to go to the restrooms…however personnel was not willing to allow them to use the staff toilet despite the urgency….we left and tried it at another place (coffee shop)…even without being a customer, they immediately allowed our son to use the restrooms…there are still friendly people in London, but not at Joe & The Juice Soho

I think this is the exact one i went to but not 100 percent sure. Anyways, at the place i went to my sister found a fingernail in her drink. We payed 10 pounds for two drinks we didn’t even drink, what a scam.

Whilst the end product, when it finally arrived was fine, the service today around 2pm was terrible. Surly and unfriendly to me and other customers, the staff seemed much more interested in chatting and laughing amongst themselves, with the by product that it took much longer for them to prepare the food and drinks as they kept pausing to chat. When my juice was handed over, the server did not even smile or say anything, let alone thank you. My friend needed a lid for his coffee (the ones that were out were of the wrong size) - the server, who seemed annoyed at having her fun with her colleagues interrupted, didn't speak to him at all - just handed a lid with a frown. A great shame that a juice bar in the heart of Soho seems to be lacking such heart in it's service.

I order what they said it’s a raspberry square which looks really good in pictures. What i got was a pice of crap. How can you do such false advertising? Last time I ordered this I thought it was a mistake so i ordered again, same crap.

Jamal, Stephan and Mariam-I call you by name considering your humble response to the appraisal I offered you in person and the incredible service you offered that day (which was a tough day)! In a time when customer service is almost a thing if the past-your warm, friendly and vibrant service spoke volumes. It’s clear serving is something each of you love and take pride in. With Joe and the Juice being my favourite haunt and hideaway-thanks to the 3 of you-I’ve now found my favourite branch.

i like the food, so do visit this place often. but i am always left wondering where they get their staff from. I dont usually write any reviews but the choice of staff here astounds me, always. One occasion the staff tried to slide the glass of smoothie to me instead of handing over , and lol the glass toppled and they had to make another one while cleaning their messy station. Today they tried to hand me the sandwich with loads of tissues wrapped, instead of giving in the standard take out sleeve, with the filling falling off. And that too , just for me - everyone else was being served with the sleeve on. When I asked, the bunch of girls behind the counter started giggling- was that funny , I dont think so. not surprised by other reviews here! good luck to the business though - with the kind of front end staff they employ !

my friend and i went in yesterday to order a couple of coffees, we were polite with the staff but the staff were extremely rude perticularly the man with the injectables in his lips i said hello how are you as a courtesy and the response was blank i just got looked at with a dirty look and no response i proceeded to order our drinks as he typed into the till he didnt even acknowledge the order and then pointed at the card machine it was a weird experience. the drinks were fine if not overpriced. i would avoid that place if you are looking for a nice friendly environment.

Too loud as a disco club. I don’t mind music, but with noise cancellation earplugs it still was unbearable. If i had to talk with someone I won’t be able hear much or chilling with book or newspaper-impossible. Still banging in my head(( please do something about it. Inside it looks is cozy and pleasant in general.

Very rude and abrupt service. Charged us twice for a cake with no refund. The cake was very dry. Juice was fine, but expensive.

I came in at about 11:00 am for a coffee and early lunch. The first three things I asked to order, some of the ingredients weren't ready. I ended up with the serrano sandwich, which was delicious. The coffee was good, as well, but small in size. The toilet was broken. Overall the food was good, but the other factors made this average for me at this location.

Bins over flowing, staff too cool to explain their ‘system’. Toilets out of order. Staff not too busy to clean but no cleaning has been attempted in the hour I have been here. Shame.

Chilled and stylish atmosphere for a weekend morning, even downstairs where there's no natural light. Coffee is good but pricey. Unfortunately the staff can turn the music up quite loud - you might like that though.

My teenage daughter wanted to introduce me to Joe and the Juice having been to others in this chain. This particular outlet was not good experience. Generally quite grubby. Served a sandwich which I had to return due to mould on the bread. Staff a bit to cool to care. Felt I needed a shower after visiting the toilet. Would not recommend. Felt like no pride was being taken in this particular outlet. Needs a deep clean and some staff training....

It's ok but not the best, I went twice and decided not to go again. Not much option for pressed juices and everything has apple juice as a base. Smoothies have the same limited options (minus the apple juice). Service at the shop I went to in Soho wasn't the best either, unbothered staff, maybe just too cool, I don't know. If I was to recommend a juice bar to someone it wouldn't be them, thats for sure. I would 100% recommend Crussh instead, much better juice options, friendlier staff and really about health not just the gimmick.

Really great coffee and smoothies, free wifi, and air conditioning make a great place to stop for a drink while strolling London. With good sandwiches and food items this is an above average coffee shop.
