The Five Bells in Lewisham

I was looking forward to lunch here with my daughter. I arrived and stood at the counter ahead of me and was waiting to have my order taken; after a while I realised that I was standing in the wrong place and moved further down. I explained to the young server behind the counter (long dark hair) that I had been standing in the wrong place, but instead of politely sharing my experience, she said "That's weird". It was no way to talk to a customer and put a real downer on my lunch. I later found out that 2 of the staff had been looking at me standing in the wrong place but said nothing, and were saying to each other "That's weird, why is he standing there?" Perhaps trying to humiliate customers is what was intended, but I won't be going back.

Amazing Desserts and amazing staff Simon & Sumaiya made our time in Kaspa in lewisham awesome very attentive and helpful staff. Would definitely return.

Los propietarios han cambiado recientemente, la comida ahora es terrible y la calidad de los alimentos que sirven ahora es desagradable. La hamburguesa flatest más barata que he comido llena de grissle y sin tatse. Los batidos de leche son tibios y tienen menos sabor. Y los precios que ahora cobran son ridículos. Tratar de hacer un pedido por teléfono con la chica que contesta el teléfono es frustrante, y usted puede repetirlo mil veces y ella aún obtendrá el pedido equivocado. Great place to have a delicious burger, wings and tacos plus a nice glass if vino. The tacos were superb, really nice change from the usual pub grub. Wings, burger and chips also relaly tasty. Love the vibe here, and there's also a garden at the back if you want to sit outside. Will return! :)

Rude and disrespectful staff members who couldn’t care less about their customers. I’m not one to leave reviews but after my recent altercation with 2 of the staff members in Cobbs Corner, I just had to. I came in and was immediately greeted with an angry face telling me ‘kitchen closes in 10 so you’re gonna have to hurry’, and was then told ‘nah, juice machines off so I can’t make any juices’. If these things were said with a decent attitude, I wouldn’t have minded. But the body language and general attitude of the girl serving me was terrible. In the end I told her to scrap the order, to which she shrugged her shoulders and said ‘fine’. Her colleague who was enjoying her lunch at the other side of the cafe decided to pipe up and say ‘she doesn’t have to smile for you’. All of this infront of other customers who are trying to enjoy their coffee. Honestly, I came in here for some lunch, not a fight with two of the staff members on a Wednesday afternoon. Really terrible service from two people who shouldn’t be working in customer service if they think it’s not important to smile.
