Quiero dejar una reseña de la tienda donde trabajé y también tuvieron un descuento incorrecto en mi paga! (Café Staff Horniman Museum and Gardens) Trabajé en esta tienda un par de veces y una de ellas tuve una discusión con el gerente, él quería que comenzara la merienda que me estaba diciendo. Le expliqué que no podía comerlo, era alérgico a algunos de los ingredientes, esta discusión fue frente a otros empleados, que vieron que el gerente estaba estresado, quería que comenzara los bocadillos que estaba ofreciendo de todas formas. Dijo que no podía comerlo y que no lo comería, por mi seguridad. Dijo que ya había hecho un pedido de una hamburguesa y que ya se estaba preparando. Y así se hizo. Después de eso, dijo que me denunciaría a la aplicación de trabajo y que ya no trabajaría para las tiendas. Y me bloquearon para que ya no pudiera trabajar. Todavía recibí menos mi paga equivocada, porque me fui temprano. También me quejé a la empresa a través de la página web. Mi historial no justifica la actitud. El respeto genera respeto, la educación genera educación. La empatía genera empatía por los demás. No debemos discriminar a nadie, por motivos de color o raza, etnias diferentes o posiciones profesionales diferentes. Nada está justificado. Déjame decirte el registro. Espero que la empresa pueda corregir mi pago y disculparse para que pueda hacer mi trabajo. Bloquear a alguien para que no trabaje es sinceramente una falta de empatía y respeto.

stated a 35min- 60min delivery. over 2 hours and when it turned up it was cold!

Not to usual standard, very disappointed, both pizza and fries over cooked.

chips were missing and contacted the restaurant who sent out a new meal could not ask for more 10 out of 10

the pizzas were advertised as buy 1 get 1 free of the same variety. I didn't receive this offer and only received 1 of each variety I ordered

pizza was burnt and over cooked won't order again order a pizza with doner meat and chilli and pinapple but was hardly few pice od pinapple my biggest mistake for ordering from them.

Pizza was nice. but wouldn't order a kebab meal again it comes with no bread and only Salad leaf and chips are Beneath the meat . No tomatoes no onion no cucumber

Cold dry food, forgot chips so had to wait another hour for chips to be delivered.

Food was bland and didn’t taste of anything apart from the chicken which just tasted of old grease. I paid 40p for a sachet of mayo! Absolute rip off and poor quality food. The delivery driver also RAN out of my front porch as he said he was scared of dogs I do t have a dog next door do!

Phoned up to remind them I ordered and paid for 10 extra dips item was missing

Iasked for no olives in my salad i got olives,i asked for lettuce cucumber onion and tomato on my kebab i got lettuce on a pitta bread that hadnt been cooked or opened,will find another outlet i think its not hard 2 read or cook a pitta bread

Worse kebab i ever had orderd a mix kebab only got chicken not lamb donner and chicken there idea of salad was few strands of lettuce the suace was disgusting this place is awfull

Hi Guys. Over 2.5 hours and nothing. I know you would be busy with the footy, that’s why I ordered 1.5hours ahead but obviously that’s no good

1. late delivery 2. kebabs coming without salad and souce even when you pay for it 3.hard pieces of meat that you can break your teeth 4.not nice service when you call

The restaurant has a wonderful selection of baked goods and croissants

Ordered a veggie breakfast that said was served with poached egg on the menu, asked for scrambled because had a baby with us, 11 months, who will only eat scrambled eggs, the member of staff asked the chef in the back and came back to say would do scrambled eggs. When the server brought our food the eggs were fried, sent him back saying we had ordered scrambled but he argued that they didn’t do scrambled eggs. If we had known this we would not have eaten there, so we had the breakfasts boxed up and left. Very bad customer service will not be back.

The meal was cold no salad in the burger either would like a tefund please.

I ordered 4x chicken but I got 2x chicken and pieces of wings, tasted old and soggy . I think this will be my last order from here.

I ordered dinner kebab and chips. Despite it being a Saturday night, the food was 15 mins late, but can understand the restaurant and delivery would be busy. The lamb Donner was actually quite nice. Unfortunately when I ordered kebab with salad, I was expecting a bit more salad than just lettuce! So was a bit disappointed with just lettuce and some sauce on top. The chips were warm and due to the condensation, some were a little soggy. But they still tasted nice.

DELICIOUS FOOD AND FANTASTIC SERVICE. We ordered 7 different dishes and all were piping hot, flavoursome and succulent. We had a slight slip up, in that one item was missing but after a quick call to a very polite staff member at the restaurant, the item was delivered very promptly and by the same very friendly and courteous delivery driver. We will definitely be ordering again!! Thank you ZEST PIZZA!!

I had the large mix kebab and was ment to have salad all I got was lettuce I didn’t get tomatoes cucumber or onions on it and the pitta bread was hard on the edges and the meat was put on top it instead of them putting it in the pitta

I'm unhappy with the order as they did not give any chilli sauces or Mayonnaise tubs. Also the quality wasn't good of the food. Won't be ordering from here again .

Sadly this restaurant has really gone down. We ordered at 16:30 thinking we would beat the rush. Not only did it take nearly two hours from ordering to deliver but my husband called after an hour and a half when it was due and the guy sounded like he couldn't have cared less. Furthermore the burger was lovely as always but the salad was one piece of lettuce that looked like it had been dragged under a car and the chips were stale. Unfortunately they have lost a customer

Two hours for pizza. It’s such a shame as the food is good but it’s ALWAYS LATE. I think I’ve just made my last order here.

Yummy if I wasn’t so full on 3 slices I’d of ate more if there was any left !

Food was nice but ordered spag bol not lasagne

Ordered from Zest for years but the last 3-4 orders have been late, even with ordering 2 hours in advance of our chosen delivery time. Spoke to someone at Zest on the phone, no apology - just “the driver will be with you on 2 minutes”, 15 minutes later, the driver finally arrived. We have been ordering from Zest for several years, sometimes on a weekly basis but we have decided not to order with Zest moving forward.

They gave me the wrong icecream, I ordered Haagen Dazs Ice Cream (500ml) : Belgian Chocolate, but gave me cookie doe, and always giving the wrong sauces and muddling up my order. So not ordering anymore from them

2nd time ordering from these and again the food was over 2 hours late! Really really poor.

Zest is our go-to for a takeaway. They're always consistent, and today, I put a pre-order in, and they sent it out before they were open! Great customer service, thank you!

Good but chicken meat was a bit crunchy

Order chicken wings there were very nice and juicy and also ordered fillet burger which tasted amazing would recommend

The kebabs were awful. There was no salad on them apart from lettuce. The kebab with Mayo looked like it had been thrown against the wall before it got here. The kids burger had that much sauce our child could hardly eat it. We always order from here but this order was Absolutely awful

I go to the cafe nearly every day. It's kept clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. You can sit indoors or outdoors. The latter is lovely in summer. The beautiful conservatory is next to you and there are trees and bushes around. An absolutely lovely place to eat, drink, sit, relax and meet friends.

Great pizza's, tasty chicken and hot crispy chips. Will definitely order from Zest again.

I spoke to the delivery driver on the phone and despite dropping the pin in the map on the Just Eats App and sharing my location with him via Google maps/Text, he never showed. Please refund me.

Terrible service! Gave a plain cheese layered lasagne instead of the beef lasagne which I ordered and paid for! Will never order from this place again, scammers!

Was not great this time. Pizza was dry and I think they forgot the sauce on one of them. Was meant to be a bbq sauce but looks like they just put the cheese on top of the bread. Ordered a decent amount of food so did expect a few sauces but got nothing. Wings were really nice

Food was cold and stodgy when it arrived. Was over 30mins late. Forgot to bring the drink so had to wait for even longer absolute joke.

Always good food and fast delivery.

Went there with a friend for afternoon tea. The Brasserie overlooks the Harbor inlet. Service was slow… took several minutes and 3 requests to get water. Tea and dessert were ok, nothing memorable. Would likely skip this and find another spot in Implerial / Chelsea Harbor for a tête-à-tête.

Ordered 2 pizza's, but ended up with 2 cheese and tomato pizza's and no toppings. I did ring to tell them but got a disappointing response.

Pizza was spot on. Was put together well and they did not skimp out like many other places. Food was made and delivered very quick! Food was hot when it got to me. No complaints what so ever. Thank you!!

The food arrive 2 hours after ordering ut the food arrive Stone cold and not as described ie and sharma nd a donor is exactly the same the restaurant should not be serving food they have no knowledge on. Salad was JUST lettuce food went straight into the bin!

The worse kebab I ever had,I eat it because I was hungry,but the food was horrible, order chiken wirh salad...had no salad, chips where cold,chiken taste horrible, and my chicken popcorn meal,was just chiken nuggets.

Over cooked and not enough topping

One of the best by far… first time we’ve tried, didn’t know they had such good food locally! Very impressed and will be back again!
