A very good option for desserts. Found a hidden gem, the Falooda that tastes amazing. Another must try is their orange and carrots fresh juice.

We travelled from Bradford to London to visit our family one of our friend recommended Afters we walked in they warm welcomed us and served us flavoured ice cream and special rubbery falooda, it was just amazing we got 50% discount after Malik Abdullah the owner came to know we were visitors in city from Bradford

I had an incredible experience at Afters Ilford! I tried the gelato, waffle with fresh strawberries and chocolate, falooda, and kulfi—all of them were absolutely delicious. Good taste and wonderful service

Staff are really friendly and very helpful in getting your order correct and to your liking. Tried the karak chai, cookie dough and waffle and they were very tasty and of good quality.

The place is amazing. The owner Mustafa is very friendly and helpful. My child has nuts allergy and Mustafa was very accommodating and catered to his needs.

these are FAKE REVIEWS i ordered ice cream was tasteless , it taste like ice with food color and syrup , I had pistachiio scoop and hazelnut they tasted nothing like their name , and we also order waffles they were so chewy from the inside and they give a little bit of chocolate with it , I dont recomande this place at all , would never go back for sure .

Review: I stepped into this place feeling like Marty McFly stepping into the Café 80’s—except this place has way better food and zero malfunctioning robots. The staff? As kind and welcoming as Mr. Miyagi offering life lessons and bonsai trees. They even gave my daughter a free toy! Johnny Lawrence would call that badass. The food was so amazing, it could make even Cobra Kai’s toughest fighters drop their “no mercy” stance just to savor it. The drinks? Pure championship material—Ric Flair would be wooing nonstop. And let’s talk about the toilets: sparkling clean and classy enough that even the “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase wouldn’t complain. If you’re not eating here, you’re making the same mistake Biff Tannen did by not learning how to duck. Highly recommend—strike first, strike hard, and strike up a reservation here!

Staff are very rude and are reading cv’s which have been handed in by customers whilst I was waiting and no acknowledgement at all absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service.

Looks Very nice desert place. Prices are high and you don’t get much quantity for the extras you pay for on the waffles. Not value for money . Seating is good.

Horrible and disgusting- The hygiene is below the standards . I’ve ordered waffles with strawberries and bananas & I’ve got home with it and when i opened the box I’ve seen old smelling banana’s and strawberries- after a few bites I’ve noticed they were old and funky- I vomited and run to hospital due to food poisoning- I don’t recommend this please 0/10

the marshmallows were frozen so hard for the children to eat on there bumble gum ice creams. The cookie dough was to hard and stuck down to the baking paper and the ice cream was lumpy. Not impressed

I have taken tea from here and I had a man named Malik who served me and they made such delicious tea that I have never had more delicious tea.

The sundae was completely melted by the time it came and 18 strawberries were given instead of 20.

Not much interaction from staff, quite a wait for desserts. Marshmallows and sweets for sundaes were hard and unedible.

Last night I ordered the new mango milkshake because a friend recommended it. I ordered 2 mango milkshakes. I was shocked when they started making my milkshake the woman put more than 10 tablespoons of sugar in it! When I told the guy at the till that how come she's putting so much sugar in there! He was smirking and went upto her and told her that I had noticed what she was doing. He was laughing out loud with the lady and I had no apology or anything. They didn't take into consideration that I said there's too much sugar in there and still just gave me the ones full of sugar. If you want to avoid getting diabetes I wouldn't recommend it at all!

I went the other night, very busy as always. And whilst waiting for my order, one of the men sprayed the metal surface area before the ice cream with disinfectant spray and cleaned the surface BUT all the ice cream got disinfectant on it?? When I mentioned it to another worker he acted like he didn’t understand English. I would come back but not anymore 😭

She questioned me which flavor of chocolate you want as in I'm a regular customer. But I'm first timer here.really bad experience. Staff were fighting between them. Use to go to Afters all time but now tend to order on Just Eat. Ordered the wrong cake so called to request a change, and to order an extra scoop of ice cream. Got the ice cream for free and order amended. Thank you for the friendly service, lovely ice cream and cake.

Good place to have late night desert

Delicious dessert and the quality is 10/10. The fruits on my dessert were really fresh and the waffle was nice and warm. The customer service is great, they were very helpful and kind. I also had the fresh juice and smoothie, they were absolutely amazing. Will definitely come again!!

I ordered a caramel frappe to my house and unfortunately I spilt half of it. It really ruined my evening. I rang up and explained what had happened and if they were kind enough to give me another and I was told to collect it from the store. Honestly I was surprised they were so lovely about it Once I got there Zahid asked what happened and I showed him the photo of my spilt coffee, he was really nice and prepared my drink, then put it in a takeout bag for me with tissues completely free of charge! 100% recommend this place, so friendly and the frappe was delicious

Standards seem to have dropped, and portion sizes have gone smaller. Quite disappointed with recent uber eats order. The regular sized milk shakes aren't regular size anymore, they are small, literally half the size of a large. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered chocolate strawberries today with a juice. The strawberries were super stale - I dont know how this place is still open. Gone downhill and can’t keep up with the competition from other dessert stores on ilford lane. Left a star for the juice as that was decent.

The cookie dough was rock solid. The banana ice cream had a weird texture to it. They barely put any fudge sauce in the cake. The quality seems to have gone down they seem to have changed their recipes. I used to order from here all the time but today's order will be the last. Very disappointed and a massive waste of money. I tried calling the store she said she will speak to the manager and call me back. I received no call back.

I recently visited AFTERS and was disappointed with my experience. While the desserts were tasty, I was shocked to find that I was charged double the listed price for my order. This was a significant inconvenience and left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally,cannot recommend this establishment to others until they improve their pricing transparency and customer service.

So good must visit if you have a sweet tooth. Cash and card excepted
