Delicious chocolate.... Coffee!!

Always friendly, always busy, so it must be good otherwise the customers would not keep returning. I visit most mornings. The ladies work hard and are clearly motivated and well trained. Thank you. 🫶

Often pop in for my morning cafe latte with an extra shot before work. The girls know me so I don't even have to say my order anymore lol. Always chatty, friendly & approachable. The girls are a credit to Woodford Bridge Costa 😁😁

Pleasant morning sitting outside in the winter sun watching the world go by.

Can only say I'd not return there. It was dirty, service was very slow and staff were publicly arguing in front of customers.

No lemon was available for the Earl Grey tea 😔

Came to get an oat latte which was 3.80 plus 50p for the oat milk. Got a toasties which made it a tenner. Drink was luke warm. Seats dirty and just nothing worth that money at all. People don't seem friendly around here.

Everything is placed so nicely and such a friendly Wonderful atmosphere and Staff a wonderful Staff they deserve 10stars

Staff often seem impatient and unfriendly easily overwhelmed by multiple orders and slow to clean up the often wobbly tables. The quality of the coffees is variable at this branch sometimes the flat white is overwhelmed with foamed milk and tastes like a weak latte.When I raised this once the staff look at me like I am mad and go ‘it’s a flat white’ rather than listening to me and validating my concern. I know what a flat white is and what a Costa flat white is meant to taste like thank you.

Staff nice but it's always too hot inside the premises. Food, like any other Costa, just 'meh' for the price. Becomes an unregulated playground once the schools have declared Hometime. But pleasant staff 👍

I barely taste any coffee in my Flat white only warm milk. And £3.40 for it too.

A lovely breakfast / brunch spot - nicely decorated and friendly staff.

I am a regular customer of this place because is near home. More specifically I'm a Romanian customer and unfortunately, I had to assist many times to hear the management of the place cursing in Romanian language. I think this lady is the manager of this place and if it happened one time I will understand but it seems like something normal and it's very unprofessional. I surprised even other customers feeling uncomfortable.A couple weeks ago I've been served by this lady and to be honest she didn't look sober at all by the way that she talks and behaves. I am very disappointed if those are the type of people running the store and being the image of costa coffee

The staff here are rude. Everything is too much bother. If I could give no stars I would.

Got there at 6pm, nice and quiet. The only problem was parking.

Staff called me a liar before even ascertaining correct information! Won't be going back here again!

Problem here is difficult parking. We take out 2 lovely Flat Whites. Was quite busy

Staff always try their best and smile even when customers are being rude.

Costa is always a place to go. And if it’s cold outside, then it’s definitely a must. Had a Chai Latte and breakfast bap for me and Cappuccino for my friend. As always, drink was good. When I chose a table and was about to sit, the staff came and cleaned the table, which was a great start. But the staff who served at till and one who made the coffee were not warm enough. This was a bit unusual or May be they had a difficult customer in the morning. Overall, the visit was good. Thanks Costa.

Just over priced! And don't always seem to get charged correctly.

A standard Costa outlet. Not very busy at time of visit on 20th October. One Barista behind counter, with no customer service skill. No greeting, no smile, non verbal. Tables were uncleared of used mugs, plates etc. One female Customer,with a child, had to clean a table before use as had a major spillage on it. Was given blue paper towel Another member of staff watched this happening. Will NOT be returning here !

Will never buy a coffee in Costa again Didn’t even get out the car and got a ticket 3 minutes and £100 fine after trying to dispute the ticket. As I wasn’t parking. Wife got coffee Proper scam

It was very busy here. Lovely seating and decor. Toilet available including disabled which are nice and clean. Quick service and staff are polite.

They get the stars for the location and outdoor seating but it was the slowest service known to man in there today. Took 20mins just to pay for my prepackaged drink and wafers (did not dare to get a drink they needed to make 🤣😂🤣) …service was friendly enough but just very slow.

My family and friends always used Costa coffee nearly every day for sitting in and takeaways this time I got a £60 parking ticket for sitting in my car for a few minutes waiting for my friend to bring the coffees to me on a double yellow line, now like so many others in Woodford we all don’t go there anymore, we use the coffee shop up the road who do nicer coffee ☕️

I told the staff that I couldn’t eat pork and they took my phone off me and swiped the collection and than said pork was all they had and they don’t cater for allergies or religious requirements. The staff was extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional.

I would never recommend anyone going in this Costa, I drop off my son to get a coffee outside of the Costa shop and drove off to the car park. One week later I had £60 penalty ticket I have appealed and it was rejected. Special thank you to the Costa owner.

Not too busy, staff talking amongst themselves so a wait to be served, not the hottest coffee either, shan't go back in a hurry now its 3.50 for a coffee

Still slow service - how three staff can take sooo long, making one coffee at a time!

Nice friendly staff, clean and tidy, could have done with some napkins on the tray, but it was first thing and probably accidentally missed. Be warned, there seemed to be a lot of "Essex" like patrons frequenting the shop, acting like spoilt children, the site deal with them with the politeness of saints.

Beware of the scam with the parking on side of costa coffee , you’ll get fine. Avoid the shop drive few minutes more to visit another one or you’ll drink expensive coffee

Great coffee shop. Was sent a 60 quid parking ticket for overstay in the car park! Will not visit anytime soon because of ticket!

Plenty of parking direct in street or round the back of the shop itself. Nice latte and new smores cake lush afternoon treat. Nice place to have a catch up.

I found the place excellent and it was my 1st visit and I am sure it will not be my last. Would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who needs a drink and something to eat. Keep safe and sound

Staff needs to listen to what customer asks. It's not just trie to sell has much has they can has they are busy.

Beware the scam!!!! Went to get a nice coffee from Costa parked here as it says "Costa only" anyone would think its parking for only Costa. Nope apparently it's staff parking and I later got a ticket for it. The service was poor to say the least as well. I'd advise going to a Starbucks instead

I received a fine dated 17th December 2021 after visiting the Costa and believed it was for Costa customer and it is not signed for Costa staff. This is a rip off! I would give this minus -100 if that was available!!!!

There are parking spaces saying Costa only outisde, so as I was visiting there, I parked there and then got a parking fine, I will not return there out of principle, rip off, it should be properly marked if they just want Costa staff to park there!

Not one vegan sandwich option available at the store today. Left hungry and disappointed.

Having shunned Costa for many years due to poor service and weak coffee, it was a pleasant supprise to enjoy both a decent coffee in comfortable surroundings. Smiling staff that look at you whilst serving is all that was missing!!

Costa is the Nation's Favourite coffee shop and the largest and fastest growing coffee shop chain in the UK.

Only been once so can't comment on consistency, but on the two occasions I've visited. Service was good, pastry was fresh and queue short.

Good place to get a coffee to take away just a shame that people who come here to work from other countrys do not learn how to treat customers with respect....!!!!

This is my local costa I visit nearly everyday and the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. If you are from chigwell it’s the best place to have extra hot coffee with a great service. Thank you girlies ☺️😉

It’s a busy shop so can be a bit of a wait but the staff are helpful and capable so never too long. Nice atmosphere, people are always friendly and easy parking in front of the store

I needed somewhere to work and make some calls whilst out and about in London. This fitted the bill perfectly. Quite busy but I found a seat and a power point, so all was good

The welcome was warm and friendly and the place looked clean and tidy. They delivered the coffee and cake to me at my table. The coffee was as expected, full flavoured and hot. As one table of customers left the cups etc were cleared away within moments.

Love the place too much, my wastline is expanding thanks to you ;-)

Customer service no great. Training needed for your new staff as before it was not like that. Bicicle parking available opposite the store.

The last time I was in the UK I found it absolutely impossible to find a drinkable (that is to say -Not Instant) cup of coffee. The Brits might have the Tea thing down, but like decent showers, a good cup of joe seems to have eluded them. I think I stopped in here every day I was in London. If you need decent a decent cup of coffee, I suggest you do the same.

I began to dislike the taste of the coffee... Its a wonderful place to sit down and read or work however the staff seems fed up and dont always greet customers well.

The staff are nice here, but there is something about the place that makes you not want to linger.

It's a Costa. You know what to expect!

Useless!! Whoever decided to change outdoor seats and replace with horrible plastic chairs Useless idea! New plastic chairs very uncomfortable to sit ! They trying to create more sitting area But will be loosing customers! I am not going to spend my £3/5 a day again there ! I am sure plenty more people will agree Bring back old seats for outdoors !!!
