Canopy has the best shisha and the most homely environment. Music is always good and staff are really attentive. Majid is always so warm and welcoming and you can rely on Sunny to make the best pot.

Providing itemised bill as default should be standard. Feels sneaky otherwise. Very helpful staff otherwise and good service with the shisha.

Very nice atmosphere, laid back environment. Had groups playing board games, working on laptops, general chat. Inregards to food, I only ordered dessert, cookie dough with ice cream and it was very nice. Good selection of shisha flavours. Overall highly recommend this shisha place.

Most bad shisha I ever have, asked for double apple he bring any different taste but not double apple

Great atmosphere, music isn't too loud, well ventilated and heated. Sheesha is always great and food is splendid, masala chai wasn't the best though. Not the most budget friendly of lounges but one of the greatest around.

Great shisha and food also available. They take card too. Parking available outside and in side streets. Nice seating and friendly staff. Mojitos / bubble tea can be ordered.

Shisha cafe part was really well decorated and looked very neat and tidy. Nice place to catch up with friends and blow some smoke.

Went there during bank holiday Monday 29th with 2other mates,during 6-7pm,it was my first time there,environment was nice and cosy,with good customer service…thank you canopy lounge.

Decent Shisha and customer service is also good. I’ve come here atleast 5 times but only issues I’ve had was the flavour burning really quick and they are slow to put fresh coals on the Shisha. On the more expensive side for Shisha but the place does have a decent atmosphere

Went there last night with my husband for the first time after struggling to find a local shisha place thats good! - really impressed with the service the food was amazing especially the desert well presented. The shisha was amazing and tasted great quality! Our new place to go! Will be going again soon :)

Shisha ok… food was served in disposable trays and with plastic cutlery, I ordered chicken steak with chunky chips and onion rings, they were all served separately. I would prefer a dining plate, as I paid for dining in, not takeaway boxes, it was difficult to cut through the chicken with the plastic cutlery. I also ordered a virgin pina colada, it was the worst drink ever, it was just pineapple juice with white froth on top, I asked them to change it but the same thing again, if you can’t make the drinks, don’t put them on your menu. £50 for food and drink I would not order again and a shisha which was standard.

food & shisha was amazing!!! vibe & music was really good too. The service was excellenteveryone was friendly and attentive especially azmat ali😋 he made us feel so comfortable & was so kind. 10/10

Poor Trading standards, very unethical and unprofessional people who are running this business. Sheehsa not as good what you will expect any more. They will charge you for things you didn't order. They charged me for 2 bottles of mineral water which I did not order. On confronting them their server goes it's weekend charge..I was like what weekend charge? Then other server goes no it's charge for three people with one sheesha but I told them only two people of we three who were smoking sheesha..? I argued not for the matter of 5.00GBP but where are the standards of putting on bill still water..? I am happy if 5.00 GBP was for service charge..what a ripper. For reference I am attaching my bill.

Great staff and fantastic atmosphere

Really loved this lounge for the chill vibes, good drinks selection and the food actually tasting decent! The customer service was on point and it was nice that you could talk and not have music blaring like some other places. They really look after the customers and the pricing is so decent for the area❤️ Can’t wait to keep trying new wing flavours and desserts each visit to accompany my tea and shisha 😂

Shisha. Overpriced for the area the cafe is in. Quality is really good. Food. Chicken shop food for restaurant prices. Cheap portion of chips. 2.95. Crowd seem OK. Would I go back..... Maybe not

This is place is a great, you can have a nice amount of people with you or a meeting. This is easily the best place for great vibes and food. The staff are always on hand with any problems you may have ( never any when I go). Honestly check it out prices are great too.

Polite staff, banging shisha, delicious food, good vibe, good location. Regular spot and definitely one of the best shisha lounges.

Amazing food. Football shown on TVs. Service was a bit slow. But shop was very busy. All in all . It was an amazing evening. Single cheeseburger and sweet potato fries shown in picture.

Great Shisha, covid 19 compliant slightly expensive but worth it

The shisha here is expensive and average... staff are undertrained , the lounge itself is dated and old. Very uncomfortable place to be in ... just no ambience or vibe at all. They really need to re do the whole place ... at the moment it looks like a den for 16 year old boys ... not my cup of tea at all. We had the Savacco Purple Rain .. £30 and average- quite harsh actually. Food looked nasty so I didnt order any , place looks dirty especially behimd the counter so i was extremely cautious - strawberry dacquiri is very nice though ! Outside parking is bad , very hard to find a spot on street parking ... and it smells of weed outside too !!! Wont be returning hopefully unless my friend forces me too!!

Flavour is immaculate, very accommodating whether you want footie or good tunes. Its got a little something for everyone. I would say in terms of a restaurant it’s very good, hot drinks are so good. Would recommend a Cardamom Desi Tea, perfect for any situation. Not once did I have to ask for a coal change, and they knew exactly how I like it. The guys know exactly what they’re doing and this will easily be my new spot. Ask for Purple Rain x Frozen Lychee, no regrets.

Takes over an hour for your food to come and that's after being told it will only take 20 minutes.

Chicken served was raw and bloody, sent back and still came back raw, management not once came to apologise. Did not stay for shisha.

Worse ever food I had in UK! Went there for shisha and a meal. Ordered the meal, was served raw chicken. Complained about it, and didn't even apologise. Took the food back and re-heated it, this time it was burnt. Ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was the worst milkshake. Probably got served strawberry milk from Tesco's with whipped cream. Didnt even bother ordering shisha. Waste of money! Avoid at all cost!!

Not great, the waffle was over done and the chai latte was honestly out of a sachet. Prob the worst desert place iv been to...dont go. Thank you for your kind words and generous offer.

Wonderful experience and environment

Came here on a Friday evening. Started off on a bad note, as we ordered the sea bass but were told a few minutes later it wasn’t available. We then ordered the lamb chops and chicken noodles - both were just about edible with no discernible flavour. We then ordered a single flavour shisha, which at £20 is the cheapest they do. The most expensive is £35 - I’m a regular shisha smoker, and this is the most expensive shisha place I’ve been to. I pay £13 for a 3 flavour mix in Turnpike Lane. The shisha was pretty good, and the coals were changed regularly. The milkshakes were pretty good, and when one wasn’t quite right it was promptly changed. The Spanish waitress was lovely. On the whole, the poor food, and very expensive shisha, and loud crappy music means we won’t be returning.

The service was amazing. And the shisha was one the best I've had in a very long time. I Will definitely be going back.

Great place + great shisha + decent atmosphere = winning combo. The food and drinks are standard but overall it's reasonably priced. No parking but plenty single yellow spaces near by.

Good place to enjoin a shisha with friends

I loved the Shisha was great. Looking at the reviews regarding food I am unsure. A suggestion higher decent Chefs. I really would like to bring my work mates to this Shisha Bar however, the review on food is chainring my mind. The reason I am giving it 5 stars is because of the Shisha the ambiance in a perfect location with my proximity and finally a smile with the service need some improvements

The food was absolutely awful! Was so excited to try it! What they call a shawarma is actually a bland tasteless chicken doner, burger was bland and tasteless too. Wings were fried wings from the chicken shop w lots of chilli sauce smothered all over them. Fries were soggy and tasted old. Just awful. Would not order again, I was offered a free meal to eat in after messaging on insta but I told them I am not mobile so can only have take out atm, didn’t hear back. Won’t be using them again. Need to change chefs! Overpriced too!

One of the best local places around, shisha quality is always good unlike others who use out of date or cheap flavours. Chilled out environment not full of teenagers or loud people. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the prices are very reasonable. Quality shisha spot!

Came by here on a Saturday (30 Dec) for a shisha, shake and some snacks. Great location (but not a huge amount of availability for parking (unless after 6.30pm), so had to park about a 5 min walk away. Staff attentive and friendly and gave good recommendation for the "Cuban Mojito" flavour shisha. Also ordered the Chicken Wings which were tasty and had a decent spice to them. Also the milkshakes were good and of a similar quality to ones that I have had at similar venues. Would come back in group as the place is well set out with 3-4 wall mounted TV screens for music/sports viewing. If you have a shisha it's 2 people per shisha which I think is fair as the place needs to turn over tables accordingly.

Lovely little place, nothing fancy but a good local place to chill. The staff are really friendly and drinks and desserts are pretty good. The toilet is always clean too. Nothing bad to say tbh!

A shisha bar that is hidden in Gants hill makes to be a great gem. I always go here if I'm actually wanting to converse with the people i am with the environment is calm and relaxed with a slight touch of background music. Warm and staff are attentive.Rrather than this new craze where shisha cafe's are more a shisha club (music awkwardly loud, flashing lights). Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Really good quality shisha and ambiance. The mock tails were also excellent. We attended canopy after a lovely meal in east London. The place was a really good place to unwind and is open till late.

Visited Canopy for the first time this evening. Very friendly staff and comfy clean surroundings. The food menu is basic but the food is fresh and tasty. Milkshakes are made to order from a variety of chocolate bars. They played music from the music chanels but you can choose to sit away from this if you like. I would recommend this place to groups of friends or couples out for an enjoyable but relaxed evening.

I went to Canopy with a few friends for a shisha and a few drinks in a relaxed atmosphere but it's more of a party atmosphere with the music they play. They don't serve alcohol but they make up for it with an extensive soft drinks list and some great mocktails! Canopy have some basic snack food items on their menu, which is good if you're feeling a little peckish. Most of their items seem to be on the sweet side - Perfect if you've got a sweet tooth. The interior is nice and cosy but the back is open and not as intimate so to speak. I will say at this point that I had never been to a shisha bar before and had expected it to be more cosy and chilled out. We visited on a Friday evening and it was very quiet - This was in a way good for us as the service was quick!
