Lovely little spot in Dickens yard. The food was decent, although not much to chose from but the waitress was super nice and accommodated for all our needs! Been here twice now and would recommend the breakfast menu over lunch.

My usual cafe was closed so I came here for a flat white coffee which was very good quality. Customer service was very good as they made my coffee even though it was just after their closing time.

Went today morning 16/5 with my friends to have breakfast in w5 collective actually was the first and last time they ruined my whole morning after sitting there for long time non of the staff came to take the order we tried to call them but they were too busy changing when my friend went to them they were really rude and very unprofessional We had to leave and search for another place we wasted our time going there my advice do not try w5 collective in ealing

Had no idea this was here! Popped in on a whim and had a very good coffee and the most delicious breakfast bap. Very sweet staff and nice atmosphere in there. Would go back again

I visited this lovely cafe in Ealing Broadway west london and I really liked it. They are the first climate positive cafe in London and I loved this about them. The interior was simple but lovely. The food was great, big focus on seasonality & sustainability. Perfect location for smartworking as it’s very calm and quite cafe. Definitely Recommend it !!

Went with family, no special occasion, and have a lovely meal. I had the duck and it was fresh, hot, beautifully cooked with a lovely rich sauce. Had a brownie and ice cream for desert which was gorgeously gooey. Nice atmosphere and good service.

My girlfriend and I went to have lunch at this restaurant. One hour later after ordering our food, we still hadn’t received it. Despite the staff walking past our table numerous times throughout the hour, not once did they stop and think “Oh, that table still doesn’t seem to have their food yet - let me check”. We asked them twice where our food was and they seemed oblivious to the fact that it hadn’t yet come - 45 mins in! They went to check and 15 minutes later, we still hadn’t received our food. Needless to say, we left after that and the only saving grace was that they allowed us to have the drinks we ordered (a cup of tea and a soft drink bottle) for free. To be frank, that’s the least I expected after the awful service. Apologies were welcome and accepted, but we do not expect to return.
