Pret a Manger in Newham

do not go to wstfieds groundfloor pret. it is so rubbish. worst experience ever. you pay 5£ for a coffee and you say extra hot and they serve room temperature.

Great coffee/pastries but no-where to sit as FOUR tables for four were occupied with one person working on their computer. Pret is not an office it is a cafe.

Customer is very very poor!! I went in to get an iced chai latte and had clearly said my order to the waitress on the till. I was bought a hot drink and asked for it to be changed when the staff member rolled her eyes at me. Would not come again, they have lost a former pret lover!

Signed up for the new £20 a month unlimited drinks deal. Went to Pret in Stratford Westfield at about 3pm, but was told they were sold out of Smoothies, Fraps, Infusion cold drinks... Pretty much 50% of the drinks menu! It wasn't very busy. Extremely poor management to run out of half the drinks menu by mid afternoon on a Saturday when it isn't even very busy, and when just starting the new Promotion!

Poor customer service. Girl was serving this morning was very rude! I'm working in Westfield long time and only one Lithuanian girl (I forgot her name) she knows what she's doing!

We popped in for a drink and an early evening snack. There was hardly anything left on the food shelves, the floors were dirty - much food debris and suchlike and two of the three toilets were closed, and the third was being cleaned which took over 15 minutes to complete. Maybe the place had been overrun at lunch - I really don't know. The palaver to get ice was ridiculous. Staff had to get down on their knees and shovel the stuff from the bottom drawer of some difficult device which took ages. This place was barely alive.

Great Pret, plenty of seating unlike some other places. Sat towards the back and it was a quiet respite from the bustle of Westfield. Enjoyed the food, plenty of vegetarian choices. Clean and well stocked

Called in for mid morning snack, staff attitude poor, coffee was awful, sandwiches not up to Pret usual standards and tables not clean.Have always used Pret in a number of different locations and has always been very good. The service and food here poor and will not be visiting this outlet again. Hopefully Management will look to improve the service in the future.

Clean, quite busy, organised layout. Perfect mocha served by pleasant staff with a nice attitude. 100% would recommend this coffee shop.

Arrived at Stratford and decided to have a bit of lunch before starting the shopping in Westfield. Had the tomato soup and a cheese and ham toasted sandwich and as always with Pret food it was very good. It was very busy so service was a little slow.

Stopped by for breakfast, brioche buns and porridge, plus cold drinks, all of which tasted lovely, but the thing that is so irritating is the repeated hard sell. Firstly, I know what I want, so that’s what I order, why then do I have to be asked two further times, while I’m trying to pay whether I want a hot drink? Dear Pret, if I want a hot drink, I will order one. Stop the hard sell, it’s a horrible customer experience.

Let's get this straight: One of the most pleasant thing is to be recognised. So if you want to be served without any struggle have a coffee in Pret Stratford just outside the station. They know what I want before I order and I like that. All I have to say is: please get I get my coffee? And yes I get it because they keep in mind what I want and how I prefer to be done. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS! the employees are so rude and have no useful customer service skills whats so ever, the tone of their speech was horrendous and was not pleased with their service, i was asked to leave because i had not purchased a beverage however despite the face that i had been here everyday for two weeks with my accomplice purchasing food and drinks from here; on this day we were asked to leave I had purchased a drink already. the WORKER with the green belt had asked me why i was simple just taking a glance at him and rudely approached me in regards to this. ABSOLUTELY APALLED WITH THIS SOMEWHAT COFFEE SHOP!

Came here for a snack with my wife during our Christmas shopping and we absolutely loved it. It’s amazing to see how this chain is consistently great. We had one hot wrap falafel & Halloumi (£4.25), and one Prets Veggie Christmas Lunch (£3.50). Food tasted delicious and service was friendly.

I stopped in to get a tea. Once the order went someone behind the counter made the tea quickly, but it was just left next to the coffee machine. As there was no-one to ask, I went behind the counter to get it myself! Unprofessional but comic!

Fuimos para un bocadillo rápido de sándwiches de huevo y una bebida de limonada. nublado Pero como normalmente lattes orden hacía tanto calor decidimos tener una bebida muy fría. Estoy contento porque los bocadillos eran bastante especiado y y la bebida fría ayudó a enmascarar el sabor como en lo particular no me gusta pimienta. El sándwich era lo suficientemente agradable, pero habría preferido no pimienta añadido,

Sono tantissimi i negozi di questa catena in tutta Londra..si trovano insalate, sandwich assortiti anche vegetariani che vegan, buone le zuppe. Assortimento anche di dolci ,bevande calde di varie misure.

one of the better grab and go options in the Stratford Center, nice selection, always busy but they try to keep the line moving.

Fui a éste para conseguir un café de 99 p, ese es un punto a favor de la empresa y la soja si se quiere. La diversión se detiene allí, aburrido, corporativo, el personal antipático que no quieren estar allí. La comida está bien pero las opciones veganas finas en el suelo, un poco como el ambiente. Gente como artistico pretencioso como les gusta pagar más por un típico café con jarabe de vía láctea, azúcar, malvaviscos, chocolate y una llovizna de cursilerías. Parece que la gente local wanabee verlo como un rito de pasaje a la riqueza, pasar de 25 ℅ salarios en café y bocadillos. De todos modos tienen buena conexión a internet, que es el motivo por el que los estudiantes locales los espacios tapón hasta todo el día con una sola Cupido 99 p de café. Reponen con su propio de la manera como los veo. Disfrute de la relajación y de creencias pseudo refrescos.

I grabbed several grab and go sandwiches all were good. It was pretty inexpensive. I would def go back. It was great to grab and take on the train

La locura del ambiente a veces Comercial Westfield Stratford, al menos, ofrecen un gran número de restaurantes. En esta ocasión, sólo queríamos una breve repostaje 'parada'. De no ser tentado por los bocadillos típicos y elegí una opción envuelve vegetatian falafel. Me quedé muy sorprendido...

Good place to grab a bit on the run (pretty good sandwiches, wraps and paninis). Some of them are heated. Mostly focus on vegetarian food but plenty of carnivore options as well. Heard they also have soups but never had one so can't speak to that. However they do have good coffee.

Whilst we were in the shopping centre we just went in for a quick drink before we travelled home, we just had tea which come in the usual takeaway cups, it was very clean in the shop and the staff were very pleasant.

Visited here on a weekday morning for a coffee. It was very busy but there was never a long queue as the staff were very efficient and people were served quickly. Good coffee and atmosphere.

Arrived in Westfield Stratford to visit The Orbit but wanted a sandwich lunch, apart from M & S we couldn't find somewhere for just a sandwich until we came upon Pret-a-Manger. The place was very clean and the staff worked very hard to keep it so and the chilled cabinets full as soon as someone purchased something. The baguettes were delicious with plenty of filling. The queues were kept to a minimum as extra staff were able to get behind a till and serve quickly.

Can't believe the queue was massive and they were quite slow behind the bar.Was hopping to get soya milk coffee but he didn't quite catch my words and turned out to be a normal coffee. :(

You'll find plenty of seats here,The problem with this branch, is the lack of Hot Wraps and Pret Bakewells, both make rare appearances..and Prets ever creeping up prices, Wraps used to cost £2.67!

Really like pret good displays of wide range of sandwiches and lots of new fillings to try. Perfect place for a single customer to eat.

I was to the Pret a Manger near to Stratford Bus Station,drinking coffee with my friends,we stay outside for smoke,after we smoking few cigarettes each,the guy realise to come to tell us it's not a smoking area but they didn't have any sign or something and we need to leave,no nice cuz you can't finish your coffee

Great for conducting informal meetings. I didn't like their hot chocolate, I think it tastes very powdery.

Love the fresh sandwiches that Pret have and a wide selection of drinks.Perfect place to head in Westfields for a quick break from shopping. Usually able to get a seat if only a couple of you, but bigger groups might struggle.

The sandwiches which are freshly made each day I believe on the premises are excellent. Very good for extremely quick service with a good quality product

When in doubt go to Pret. Everywhere else is greasy and expensive and soulless Pret is a breath of fresh air Beautiful food lovingly prepped fresh ingredients- its not cheap sorry- but its good and honest and ethical- Read all the signs around the walls about their values and work they do for the homeless and unemployed etc. Best thing on the menu is the thai beef salad or hot spicy soup We go here at least once a month- to escape the monotony of Westfield's other attractions- its hidden away on the 2nd floor- search it out.
