I live nearby. I do use the shop when I have to but they do not make any provision to "park" a dog while you buy food or eat in. Hopeless unless it's summer - no chance of a warming bowl of soup after a nearby walk in the extensive woods then! Oh and that bowl of soup .... mine contained a STONE and I broke a perfectly good tooth!! I showed the duty staff on the day but no apology or sympathy. It has taken most of a year to get them to engage with a process to pay my dental bill. Big corporate backing to a a Greenwash outlet.

Ordered with them, revives no confirmation but they charged me…twice. No phone number to call and an email address with no response. Last time I use the store.

1) they are heating food in plastic bag, don't believe me? Go check out the oven by yourself, which is clearly visible in the food to go section! 2) They pay their employees the bare minimum. You can ask them and they will confirm! (That's why they come and go!) 3) They don't give free food or coffee to their employees! Employees must pay even for expired food with a wastege discount. 4)They say zero waste, but that's not true. In fact, they throw away lots of food. Go in the back yard and see their bins. 5) I have seen their pastry with full of flies on it. so next time when you get sick now you know why?! Planet organic is one of those a greedy corporations, prices are double then those of any other shop around. Furthermore, there are lots of things they sell that are not organic!

The shop is so busy at peak times that they need to have more tills open. Otherwise the cater for all the healthy organic foods.

I often go to this branch as the employees are always welcoming, helpful, friendly, and efficient. Plus, they always make the drinks very well. The stock is very good, I always find new products I hadn't even thought of buying before entering the store. I would highly recommend this branch.

Surprised by the number of negative reviews here but maybe if you want organic food then it is a little expensive. However I just love a simple breakfast here, the coffee is consistently good.

I shopped here a couple days ago. Not only is this shop overpriced but the woman working the checkout, Natasha, was inexplicably hostile. She didn't acknowledge me with a basic 'hi,' only asked if I could pay by card. I said I could only pay with cash. She pulled a face then just started silently ringing me up. Apparently then there was no issue around paying cash...? She then actively refused to speak any words at all; it was as if someone had paid her to act that way. Didn't tell me my total, didn't say thank you. She literally just angrily glared at me the whole time as though I'd done some evil deed by shopping there. I had to ask for a receipt and she mutely glared as I said thank you. I then held her gaze and said kindly ' Have a nice day,' and she returned that with her mute, angry glare. This wasn't even the vibe of someone just having a bad day, rather Natasha acted like she was hunting down polite people to make miserable. And why, when she was otherwise so determined to not open her mouth, was it so important to try to get me to pay with a card, when evidently it wasn't necessary? Strange, hostile behavior. And, like I said, overpriced. Not worth your time and money.

Great store for grabbing your healthy (or not so healthy but organic) food, cosmetics, and household cleaning products. A bit more expensive than other places, but offers a great opportunity to grab everything at once and just stock up when needed. Plus great take away food options.

Overpriced. Often rude staff. Frequently stop stocking things I buy, but offer no explanation as to why and don’t listen to any customer suggestions (eg, about possibly stocking more low carb cereal options for diabetics). There are better organic shops, I’m afraid.

Aw come on! I’ve been coming to PO for years so know when quality and quantity goes South. Wellness Warmer has almost no manuka honey. When asked the chap said, we have a measured portion and that’s that! Same for Glow Bar drink - a pricy hot chocolate which now has almost no chocolate - when a friend politely mentioned this and asked for more chocolate, she was told - that’s the measure we are told to give. This is just bad bad bad service for such a loyal local community in Muswell Hill.

Great choice of healthy, vegan and organic food. Good selection of ingredients I find very difficult to find in other shops in the local area.

I was back today for the first time since lockdown. the way this store reacted to the circumstances is impressive. the iced drinks counter facing outside is great and the staff working (at the other counter as well) are friendly, kind and professional. excellent coffee as usual and my almond croissant was super fresh! thank you guys, once again you didn’t disappoint! 😀

idiculous response! Short, stocky manager came up with the idea that Planet Organic now do not give out tap water with take-away orders, as 'it may be highly contaminated'!!! I refunded my coffee order and she still wanted to see the receipt, ungloved and unmasked! Told her she was not going to see or touch it. So here you go, if you want WATER, for yourself or your DOG, or children, they will refuse based on this. Mind you, they are using tap water for all cooking et al!!!! Backward reply from uneducated, under-achieving, rude 'staff'.

I shop at this store regularly. Usually for stuff I can’t find elsewhere. If they stock stuff I can get somewhere else I think they are more expensive on some products but they do on occasion have discounts which help, even for stuff like vitamins and tablets. I usually visit every two weeks and spend a lot so I’m a very good customer and I use the Yo Yo app and use this to pay as well. This gives you points. The more you spend the more points. You can’t use points on any item. The only down side I found when using the app was they no longer had some items like smoothies any longer but I think this is more Yo Yo and the store allowed me to have an alternative drink as I was lucky the supervisor was there at the time. I mainly stock up on organic nuts and dried fruits which I love. I hate sulphur dioxide which is the main reason as It’s not healthy and also found in wines. The organic cranberries are amazing as well as sour cherries. They have a good variety of food, smoothies. Kombucha, health bars and food in general, even bamboo toilette paper, tablets, health powders and even a small number of blenders. The staff are also friendly. Their brownies are Devine and not too sweet as I know Brits LOVE sugar. Go to countries like Croatia and cakes hardly have any sugar. For example, Planet organic brownies are made from sweet potato so this sort of gives you a taste of what they stock which you can’t normally get anywhere else. Then again, if you like your sugar and cheap alternatives or non organic or just one variety of everything with no variety you are probably better off going to Asda. On a separate note with regard to covid-19 was very impressed in the way they dealt with this. They were certainly the only store I visited that had sanitizer at the door with security advising customers it was compulsory to use. Shops like Tesco and Waitrose take note, you guys were slow like Brexit to react. Waitrose in North Finchley eventually got sanitizer but it was optional so many customers did not use it. It’s one of the things I hate about this country to be honest. The hot food is not bad. I don’t eat there often. Cold food such as cakes near till area are also healthier than other places I visit and I love the fact there is not a lot of sugar , or healthier alternatives to sugar, In items so generally speaking this shop is ideal for me as I’m foreign and very into healthy eating and not use to the vast quantities of sugars most British crave. They also have a healthy range of soups. Great for those cold winter days. I’ve heard they have the best coffee in town but I can’t comment as I don’t drink coffee. Seating is provided inside and outside. I would recommend Planet Organic to anyone interested in healthy eating. The only down side is it can be a little expensive to do a full shop I guess but you will find a range of goods often difficult to find elsewhere and this comes at a premium.

Great pub, Great drink selection, Great crowd and Great Atmosphere… the only downside was the barman… Big guy, dark skin, I believe his name was Paul… made weird comments towards us and constantly looked at us with strange eye contact throughout the evening… I don’t know if he was drunk or what but he wouldn’t leave us alone and made our experience so uncomfortable we had to leave just to get away from him and even as we tried to exit he then tried to get our personal contact information… such a weird strange man… I wouldn’t come back here if I see him working… otherwise it’s great place to be

No volvería, no recomendaría.

The worst service I have ever received, I got a terrible coffee from a friend who works alone and is not a barista. I am making this comment in front of the door… Wherever I am in the world, I prefer Costa coffee, but this takes all the pleasure out of me and I become Aticak instead of drinking this coffee.
