This branch is bad truly!!, the service what service the drink I ordered was not as I requested being extra extra hot the staff not helpful, and this is worse thing the toilet was disgusting extremely dirty bad hygiene of the highest degree was told by member of staff that it wasn't available when I physically saw with my own eyes someone just finished using it to my shock once inside there the condition as earlier mentioned. So never going in this branch again bad for my help come think of it BAD FOR EVERYONE'S HEALTH.!👎🏿

Nice coffee, nice customer service, relaxed atmosphere.

I've visited several Costa stores across London, and while the prices and drink selections remain consistent, the quality doesn't always match up. The expertise of the baristas plays a pivotal role, and unfortunately, I've encountered poorly made coffee on different occasions. However, my recent experiences at the Seven Sisters have always been pleasant. One barista, in particular, stands out, Virginia consistently crafts excellent lattes. It's evident that she approaches her job with passion, and her wealth of experience ensures a delightful cup every time I visit.

I went to breakfast and I wanted to go to the toilet and it turned out that it was damaged, I had to run out and look for a way in, it seemed very bad to me.

I like Costa Coffee, I had a good moment with my friends there. Also, the coffee latte is preferred for my husband.

Good location, close to Seven Sisters tube station but the problem with this Costa is that you have all sorts of people coming into this cafe with their tapper wear, eating their food from somewhere else. Today there was a drunk fella drinking his bottle wine inside although after the lady working there told him can't drink alcohol inside he left peacefully. So maybe if you like to go to a Costa cafe to work for an hour or two this one is not a good option because of all these distractions and also you can't plug your laptop as there's only one plug available. Other than that, good staff, good coffee.

Really bad customer service. The lady was rude, unprofessional and I had to tell her four times of my order and even then she still got it wrong and overcharged me. When the manager advised her that she had to refund me she had the cheek to roll her eyes and stated it was only 50p. How bad is that for service! I would advise the little lady with glasses needs some serious training or Costa you will lose business in this branch.

Very dirty and too much homeless

The coffee is good as always and the casier (Latin American lady) is always very sweet. The way the manager is treating the staff is unacceptable. She is shouting and snapping at the other employees all the time, I am a regular customer and all the time she in on shift she makes sure everyone hears she is the supervisor and the staff needs to do as she says. Tall woman with Eastern European accent. I hope the description is enough to identify the person and take some actions. I can not believe that a company with such a name as Costa tolerates this kind of behaviour and micromanagement. Shame

The staff is very friendly and attentive, but the manager they have mistreats them and I witnessed how she yells at them, that's wrong, it's not good to do that in front of customers.

The staff were really nice and lovely. Great location for a quick break on your way through town or to wait/kill time. Coffee is good and food is okay, but the place was clean and pleasant.

In deliveryoo they send what they want, never what I order, if they don't have something, remove it from the menu in deliveryoo. The staff is inefficient, they look bad at the customer, they are never interested in keeping their work area clean, there are always flies in the sweet bread, they definitely have to improve a lot, otherwise their stars will continue to go down.

Unfortunately you can see that the staff is not trained properly, not there fault obviously. You can see they are friendly and nice

Excelente cadena de Cafeterías en todo Londres, tiene muchísimo más sucursales que Starbucks’s y ofrece igual o mejor servicio. También cuentan con internet. Felicito a los empleados italianos de Costa Café Seven Sisters, muy eficientes, amables y educados.

A decent coffee shop at Seven Sisters. The staff were so coordinated and service was top notch.

Went in the morning so it was quite packed and busy, staff did their best to keep up with orders and deliver a fast service. I ordered the Fuze Tea Peach Hibiscus Iced Tea and Chocolate Twist (V). Yum - most of the tables were cleaned and available for me to sit in and enjoy

We were so engrossed with catching up with my cousin that when the order was repeated, my order was not what I wanted, but the staff was very polite and gave me my cafe latte. Needed to use the toilet, but it was out of order.

The amount of money for a coffee to get treated with very poor customer service is disappointing. I know its not the best of areas but surely you can do better then those useless incompetent members of staff

There was alot of drunks sitting outside and mental health homeless people and staring and giving abuse so we had to move inside the cafe..they still hovered around and we're threatening coning in and out pretending to go toilet..acted like they owned the place.. wouldn't go there again..

A middle class cafeteria. Civilization of sitting at chained tables and chairs!..

I and my bf ordered 2 coffees A bald man had taken my order. But he asked to me 5times Just coffees even he can’t understand “to go” Already barista heated milk and was waiting for the checkout to finish By that time i figured out he was using airpod on one ear. He needs to work more professionally. And also i asked him can i get “serviette” he made face strange way asking back again What? What? I really wanted to say how about take it out airpod first?

I think the staff here is EXCEPTIONAL. They have to deal with so much s**t every single day, yet they provide great service and do their best to keep the place clean, pleasant and nice. They deserve a medal. 🥇🙏🌸💕🙌

It is not a bad costa. Unfortunately there’s always a group of youth of 5/6 who are there quite lot- they vape,box (yes actual boxing but without the gloves,play loud music, etc. all inside the shop. They don’t buy anything, just came there as their hang out spot.

It's McDonalds. This one actually still operates the "fast" part of the fast food service most of the time too, which is rare nowadays.

Extremely bad service and rude staff. People waiting to long for a coffee and they had put an out of order sign at the toilet on purpose when the toilet was fully functional. My friend was sitting for no longer than 2 min, while I was at the till waiting for my order, and a gentleman from the staff came saying that the lady shouldn't be staying sitting and should be told off as she hasn't ordered. I was speechless and confronted him saying that she is waiting for me. Bottom line, zero customer service and extremely rude staff. If I could give a zero star review I would as I would. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to be treated as a piece of garbage.

Looked like an ancient payment machine. Didnt work for, so i waited for nothing.

I am a regular customer at this costa coffee I realised that since the team has changed the service is very poor the waiting time for a drink is long and once when I came not only that I had to wait long for my drink for long I also received a drink with normal milk instead of oat milk and I have lactose intolerence .

While the old team was rude to the customers, the new team can't make coffee...

I recently switched to decaf due to health and trying new stuff. Letisha (I'm sorry if I misspelled the name😭) adviced me what combo of milk and syrup will work well and she's so lovely. Thank you so much for that and also thanks to everyone working there as I sometimes pop up there to grab a morning sandwich if I'm short on time and they were always great. Wish I could say the same about some customers there but I guess such perk comes with living in Seven Sisters.

I ordered a bacon bap from here for me and my 1 year old son. As i was biting into it i bit into a sharp plastic object ! The restaraunt is failing to get back to me or answer their phone and all uber eats can do is issue me a full refund! Be careful when eating food from this store !

Fine drinks but rude barista my auntie was giving her order and instead of being polite the girl at the till said ‘huhhh?’ in a rude way which came off pretty aggressive could have said pardon or something

My first time in this area. Went for a breakfast, and the atmosphere is unfriendly. The three staffs (ladies), never smile and looks quite miserable. They treat you like a robot, no eye contact, blank faced and busy chatting each other (with their own foreign language). A simple politeness goes a ling way, and to say “good morning” or “thank you” make a lot of difference in the morning. Not coming back on this place. I think the management need to look how the staff is behaving at work, and further training is required.

I am a very loyal Costa client as I travel all London every single week - you can have a scroll through my reviews about Costa places. Some deserve 5 stars, but some.......The toilet was dirty. The stuff : well, the staff behaves absolutely careless, 3-4 girls in their 20's mostly, speaking sooooo loud omg, the place was full of clients but all the clients together were quieter than the staff ! Plus, the staff was speaking my language and yes I could understand ALL of the words !!! No manners, no work ethic, just get the job done , as a client makes you wait a lot and in general makes you feel that you are in the way, that you waste their time.....They do get smiley when some men talk to them, well I was not that lucky as I am a woman 😄....As I saw in many other reviews about this particular place, this is happening for quite a while, so I suppose the management doesn't really see an issue in this , so this review is for the customers.

Quiet place to have a coffee, staff were ok and was clean.

Having every morning their amazing oat flat white, that’s so nice sunny place at the morning, and smiling staff will for sure helps you feel better then ever(even at 6am) And they are working till late, which is gorgeous, cause you can come, take hot drink and enjoy stars Thank you, girls, for everything what you doing every day ♥️

This behaviour from the staff team leader was absolutely unacceptable; first, she tried to push and fight with the lady, and I had to intervene for public safety; second, she carried a cane to hit another customer, and she chicked him out of the shop. View the video!

Disgusting. I put in my order notes not to get the order wrong and to make sure two bacon rolls and two sausage rolls were in the order, they bought two toasties instead Of the bacon rolls, and also the sausage roll and had a weird ‘poop’ stain. awful, don’t order from here.

Nice location, good vibe on my visit. Just one downfall though; the setting of the seating area by the window (2 chairs and small round table) was a bit cramped. The two people sitting beside us were practically on our laps. It was like a meeting of four, not two. We could hear everything said. Other than that, staff were lovely.

The New look of Costa Coffe is absolute blessing. The food, the drinks are amazing.

I popped in for a chia latte w oat milk. The staff were very polite and served very quickly. The first time I e had a chai latte from Costa and it was ok. Hit the taste buds well…as it should. It’s a nice spot , good location as the bus top and station are just outside. I decided to order as I was waiting for my bus. Usually I drive everywhere but it was nice to stop and walk around. The branch was clean. It wasn’t extremely busy but the staff still served quickly and kept a high level of customer care.

They are really make the worse coffee , you order latte with almond milk and the price over 3,55 or more I forget .at the end you get it cold and half a cup .

I did ask the girl to tell me the different prices between the small, medium and large to order my coffee, basically she didn’t do it and with an attitude said to me “ tell what you want” as I did not know the prices I could not replay back to her and she ended up serving another customer and just ignored me Very rude the one that works on Tuesday afternoons

Today it is a first time I give negative feedback to anyone. Horrible! Went today morning for decaf americano. Twice my order was wrong and finally I get my coffee black but it is half full and not decaf!! Girls don’t speak English over there and give you attitude, when you get wrong order. This shop is my local I’ve been there hundreds of times but today was definitely last!

Toast and chai were nice. Although, it was extremely loud. I had to shout at the lady and I couldn't hear her at all even after I asked her three times to speak up. It was extremely cold. I couldn't not get comfortable. The door was open and the AC was on. I was shivering. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. It smelled of pure pee. Toilet paper everywhere, bin full. Over all disgusting. I went to the lady to tell her and she gave me a "okay, thank you", and walked away. I found her attitude quite rude. I will not be coming back.

At5pm on 15/09/2021 I went inside to order a hot chocolate with cream for my wife, I asked to confirm what I have ordered to ensure the correct size of drink as the wife just called to make it a medium, waw all hell went lose its is forbidden to confirm your order in this branch. In my 14years of going to Costa coffee from my uni years till now I have never 👎 seen such rude waitress in this franchise, it’s a shame costa coffee standards are going down hill, especially these two waitresses who are in need of customer service training, I’d rather use costa coffee vending machines to get my coffee instead of entering this branch, absolutely appalling staff.😡😡😡😡

Ordered a double macchiato and the barista put too much milk so it was basically a flat white, when I told them they insisted it was a double mac and proceeded to argue with me. I told them it was too much milk and were they really going to argue with me when the order was clearly wrong? They then made the coffee, after which I replied in English that I am Italian and I know what a double mac is, to which the server switched to Italian saying I don't know anything. Disgusted with the 0star level of service as well as the barista's poor knowledge on a really basic coffee. Never going to go there again. Absolutely shocked someone who works in customer service is this rude.

This caffee place looks tidy inside and outside . There were lot of empty seats . The table looks clean and I did not see any empty cups left on the table . Drinks were sealed well and icy cold in the hot weather, with the cubes still big and rattling in their cups. Yummy. I was served very quickly. A lady how served me was friendly and polite. Also it is good located next to underground and busy bus stops . I do recommend this coffee shop .

Got my order wrong. I also told them of the people sitting outside without consuming their goods. One guy was drinking supermalt one a beer and a lady just sitting. I thought these seats belong to the customers. Apperantly they don't.
