Servicio encantador y un delicioso sándwich de pesto de pollo tostado. Tenía una buena cantidad de asientos y mesa y el servicio del camarero era bueno y rápido.

Acabo de ser picado 95 de estacionamiento aquí Hicieron una tienda que visitaron mi anciana suegra. Estacionamiento alrededor de 2 horas. Solía ser un gasto mínimo durante 1 hora y 30 minutos, pero deliberadamente hice una compra completa, ya que antes se extendería el estacionamiento Luego vi nuevas señales de aparcamiento Fui a atención al cliente y expliqué. No se le dijo nada que hacer con ellos y la compañía de estacionamiento emitirá su multa. Que ahora tienen Sin duda iré a ninguna parte cerca de Waitrose en el futuro y evitaré a toda costa

Sin embargo, me gusta esta tienda en sí misma; La selección de comida en este café de Waitrose está bien, pero no excepcional. No volveré allí apresuradamente, es una pena porque ha empeorado en los últimos años. Por favor, enséñele a su personal cómo hacer café.

I was crying in cafe area today.I bought a drink and wanted to have a bowl of salad-from main waitrose shop.As,I don’t eat cakes and I am on my diet,at the moment.The guy said-I am not allowed to eat salad in cafe area-even if I bought a drink.I felt-so dissapointed,so not welcoming.Really bad experience,as I love waitrose shop.Really upsetting experience...

If you ever find yourself in Bromley you MUST come to the secret gem that is the Cafe de Waitrose. My companion was so impressed at the delightful fare (her order was the baked potato a la red bits) that she requested a visit to the kitchens to congratulate the chef. She was most surprised not to find Gordon Ramsay manning the spatula but nevertheless at least had the very great honour of personally shaking the hand of the microwave. The highlight of our memorable meal were the ketchup packets and the superb hot chocolate, the enjoyment of which was in no way lessened by the strange objects floating in it. Milk? Quite possibly. Who but the fabulous Waitrose team of Paris trained chefs would have thought of fermenting it? Inspirational. Please please please don’t miss this cultural cornerstone of new wave English cuisine and please please please don’t forget to round off your meal with a visit to the lavatories so thoughtfully provided at the other end of the store.

When we first went to the Waitrose Café we had lovely food, for example “chicken wraps” and for a reasonable price too. The place was busy all the time and a lot of older people, which was really nice. Today the Cafe has changed and the food is only disappointing. My coffee, a Latte, was undrinkable. Got a cappuccino instead, it was not much better. They have the biggest Espresso machine I have ever seen, why not get some training of how to make some tasty coffees? Food is all the way disappointing, don’t even know what to order and Waitrose have all the products in the shop! What about “crispy chicken” , “crispy fish”, and nice “fresh amazing salads with salmon”, “proper BLT sandwiches” (not from the box),... fresh dishes with fantastic ingredients from the shop? There is no inspiration for customers. Please improve the Cafe!!!

I ordered tea and the small cooked breakfast. The tomato was undercooked as was the sausage and neither were edible . I think the microwave was probably responsible for both the unappetising tasteless bacon and sausage . Choosing this over local cafes was a mistake . I had expected better of Waitrose and at £7.70 I felt it was over priced .

It was discovering a new Paradies! Strong rain, no umbrella, than you see WAITROSE. This is a nice little cafe with very friendly service. A good variety of bakery’s . Very fine handmade coffee. Good wines, good food.

Most of the staff here are polite and friendly (particularly the younger members) however, I have yet to experience a decent cup of coffee here. Yes, it's cheap as chips with your loyalty card, but the beverages are not good. Maybe it's the machine, but the fact it takes someone ages to make a simple Latte suggests it's a lack of training that's the issue rather than a technical fault. Spare the money and send staff to a barista course please Waitrose.

This Cafe is extremely efficient, we needed a quick stop for breakfast before catching a train. Coffee and croissants were served in a timely fashion. We made the train with time to spare.

Went in on 22/05/17 at about ten to 12 with my daughter. The lady who took my order was lovely and friendly. The food came out almost as soon as we sat down. I had the spinach falafel wrap, which was very healthy but substantial. It is a shame that they don't show the calories on the board anymore or have them on the website. We almost considered going somewhere that did have the calories on the menu. We seemed to be the first lunch of the day and we deliberately came early as it gets so busy at lunch. Obviously some people have to be at work and can't avoid peak times I know. On previous occasions we have been warned by staff that there would be a wait for the food before finalising the order. You can't really blame them for being a victim of their own success. The lady who served me asked us on our way out if we had had a nice time. A classy touch for a supermarket cafe that gives out free drinks.

Service very slow and staff member kept disappearing and then took my order at the till and promptly served someone else behind me?????? Ignoring me and my order ????? There were only 3 of us in the queue - not rocket science to get the coffees in the right order? Tables not cleaned promptly Doesn't feel like a cafe at all - feels like you are just eating and drinking in a supermarket..... No ambience at all Had the brownie - tasteless, so tried the millionaires shortbread - sickly sweet! Was not happy....... V v few sandwiches or cakes left at 2.00 ??? Ridiculous If you want a coffee the go else where if you want a cake buy one from their shop and take it home to eat..... Don't bother with this "cafe"

I had a cup of coffee and something to eat here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was served by a lovely, polite, young lady called Jemima. The coffee and the food were very nice and the service first class

Great value pea and pulled ham soup thick creamy and filling. Lovely selection of pastries and good coffee all served with a warm welcome in relaxed surroundings. Thank you Waitrose

Good food and drinks. Service is friendly, but can be slow at times. It's great to combine shopping at Waitrose with a rest at the cafe.

An uninspiring premises serving average food and drink. Definitely not a patch on the Beckenham cafe

Th service was slow and unfriendly. Service without a smile. The tray was dirty, as were the tables. I had to ask for a clean cup for my tea.

Decided on a quick coffee for three whilst shopping. Terrible staff, rude and indifferent. Cafe area was a mess, tables overloaded with old plates and cups, floor unswept. Coffee (Latte) was lukewarm and very bitter.

It's a clean busy place. Good value when using the My Waitrose card for a free hot drink. It's great for snacks.

Everything is clean, large selection of food, tables cleared regularly, free newspapers, what more could you ask of a supermarket cafe ?,

lovely place to enjoy a cuppa or coffee after shopping, usually you can pick up a newspaper from the stand , and the food is first class, a few more penny's than the weatherspoon's across the road , but well worth it.

food is quite expensive and service can be slow, but its fresh food and a place to sit down, the queues are alot shorter since the free coffee offer ceased, I rate the salads and scones.

Bought a lemon drizzle cake which was stale and rock hard. Young blonde cafe assistant said "what do you expect it's the end of the day" Standards have dropped dramatically over the last few months....both in service and food quality. Beware of undercooked breakfasts and stale cakes

There is inconsistency in the service that you get and Waitrose needs to sort this issue out. I'm glad of the implementation of buying an item to get a free hot drink though.

my friend and I met there for coffee as convenient for the station. However despite our dishes being a very similar price, the toasted sandwich I had was a real let down. the ham and cheese filling was sparce and the white bread used was so dry that the crusts were inedible. There was no salad served on the side. But on asking they were kind enough to give me a very wilted portion. My friend by comparison had a big plateful and a hot drink. my coffee was luke warm so had to ask for another.

Have visited on several occasions and always disappointed. Keep going back as its easy to park whilst I have a snack when doing errands in Bromley area. On several occasions the coffee machine wasn't working. Always, tables are littered with dirty plates and cups and I have to move things before I can sit down. Too many large tables and not enough small tables for two or single customers. Food very bland and sandwiches too chilled.

All’interno del negozio Waitrose c’è un piccolo caffè che fa anche cibo caldo. Ho preso un flatbread (una specie di focaccia piatta) con pollo, pancetta, brie e rucola che non era affatto male. L’attesa per ordinare si fa in fila ed il personale è molto flemmatico, quindi ci si può mettere un po’. Invece il cibo arriva in tavola velocemente.

I really like this cafe, it's clean spacious and the staff are great. Coffee is always made perfectly.

The café is relatively spacious, although the tables are close together so it is often difficult to navigate around them when carrying a tray laden with hot drinks. The queues can be really long, especially at lunch time. This is, in part, due to free hot drinks with a Waitrose loyalty card.

Went here early in the week and was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a small cafe but this was spacious and clean. I was also pleased that there was a good selection of hot breakfasts and lunch options available. I just had a coffee and a bun which was fresh. This is clearly a very popular venue. Will visit again.

Yes lovely coffee, tea is served in a sweet cup,saucer and teapot. Cakes are very good and so are the breakfast items but oh please turn the A/C down, it's freezing!

I had a cup of tea and a cake here with my mother recently. The tea was beautifully served in a nice cup and tea pot all in one, the cake was nice. The service was excellent- we were served by a lovely young lass who was very friendly and welcoming. My only criticism is to ensure that tables are cleared and not left with old cups for too long.

Best coffee and best cakes, fantastic soups and excellent service; staff couldn't be better Very clean and relax atmosphere. Do recommend the soup and the lovely cup of tea!!

I have had a light lunch several times here and the food is always good. I like the fact that the calorie content is listed on the menu too. There are many delicious cakes as well as light snacks and hot food is available too. Well worth a visit.
