Starbucks in Greenwich

This store used to be very nice over one year ago but now it's horrible. The last time I ordered a drink and 30 minutes later I asked for an update come to find out they didn't even make it. One of employees Manju who talked to us one sidedly should learn hospitality. I'll never go back.

The staff and their service is awful. The drinks prepared by the so called barista named Muskaan is awful. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and is rude. We ordered white hot chocolate and that drink has literally no chocolate in it. It’s thin as water and had no taste of chocolate and we asked for cream and caramel on top there was hardly anything in it. When I went back to say I can’t taste chocolate in it she’s giving me an attitude and she goes you have to stir it and it’s a white hot chocolate like I haven’t tasted white hot chocolate before. And she didn’t offer any sort of help.

Quite possibly the worst cup of coffee I had the unfortunate pleasure of paying for and subsequently drinking, was my experience of Starbucks in Greenwich today. My wife’s hot chocolate wasn’t much better so it wasn’t bad luck. More like “we don’t care what we serve as you will still pay for it”. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to return and ask for a refund as we had a boat to catch, however I do hope someone at head office reads some of these reviews for Starbucks Greenwich as they are really quite shocking and do not serve you brand very well at all. Needless to say we won’t be back and thankfully won’t have to due to the quality of Starbucks other major competitors.

Ordered a white mocha Frappuccino with the original nut blend milk and vegan whip cream at 6:30pm today. They told me after I paid that they didn’t have vegan whip which I had paid for. Then ended up giving me the wrong order, they gave me the white chocolate Frappuccino. Staff need to pay attention more second bad experience at this place. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Called the store after I had realised the lady that answered said next time I come she would offer me a free drink as a replacement as I had already gone home by the time I realised. Would give it a zero but that not possible.

Walked in and the staff were automatically rude. One girl decided to put her finger up to tell me to wait when I hadn’t said anything at all yet and was just waiting to be served. The girl who then did serve me, Kareema, Started the order by saying “go then” and it made me stutter. She then got annoyed with me for ordering a drink that was on the menu but they didn’t have. I also had the lady who made my drink explain to me about my allergies which I obviously already know. Overall, I wouldn’t come here again if it wasn’t the only coffee shop I can drink at allergy wise near my uni

É uma franquia mundial, famosa pela qualidade de seus cafés e acompanhamentos. Em Londres, existem dezenas delas espalhadas pela cidade. O dia estava chuvoso, o que não é novidade em Londres, e chegamos numa delas, localizada bem próxima a "Millennium Bridge". Como de costume, estava tudo ótimo!

We went to this Starbucks while visiting Greenwich market, I found the staff to be extremely rude. While I was giving my order the staff member was trying to rush me and said 'Are you aware that we are busy and there is a queue?', silly me I thought I was a paying customer??? The tables were all messy and we had to clear the table ourselves before we could sit down. The whole restaurant was a mess, I do understand that its busy but really? Before I left I went to the toilet there, there was toilet paper and water everywhere, not pleasant at all, and to top things off it was full of small flies. I'm going elsewhere next time.

Poor to average service. Barista's blatantly serve regular customers first while everyone else has to wait longer: Friday 4th January 2019.

Il peggior caffè della mia vita, un doppio espresso che sapeva di petrolio e un muffin plasticoso. Aggiungi che il personale qui è pure scortese, ha confuso le ordinanzioni (in un momento per niente affollato) e non voleva più servirci quanto già pagato, alzando peraltro la voce. Esperienza sgradevolissima, sconsiglio Starbuck per la pessima qualità del caffè e pure dei dolci, e non raccomando in particolare questo shop di Greenwich per la maleducazione del personale.

Had a quick breakfast, good selection of croissants, good service staff. Good location. Coffee was good in taste.

Muy buena cafetería, ideal para comprar una bebida al paso y seguir recorriendo. Tiene buenas opciones para comer.

Was fine, went in ordered a ice caramel latte with soya at the end of the day so no line. Tasted fine, only would have like it to have been shaken together with the ice before putting it in the cups as the bottom was warm and the top was cold. Nothing a little stir didnt sort out :)

I walked down to the river for three days and on the way back popped in here for a coffe. Great atmosphere and friendly service

Velmi příjemná kavárnička na příjemné posezení s výbornou kávou a zákusky kvality Starbucks. Z vlastní zkušenosti mohu doporučit mrkvový a čokoládový dort a cappuccino. To vše v blízkosti muzea Cutty Sark či Greenwich.

Great place to relax and chill with friends. I ordered the latte which done the job, kept me warm and had a great taste. Sitting inside I would of expected a mug and not a paper cup, i can understand it was late so probably the staff didn’t want to do the washing up at 7:30pm. It was pouring of rain outside hence the reason I used this establishment, I normally use their rival competitor costa but I would definitely go back.

High standards, great staff, great selection of coffee and drinks, clean and tidy store. Will definitely visit again

I only ended up here as it was the most convenient place to meet near Cutty Sark station. This Starbucks is very dark and dingy and needs a makeover. The drink I had was very ordinary and weak as well as being expensive. If you want a decent coffee I would look around the market nearby.

Ordered a small americano it was the weakest coffee I've ever tasted took it back and asked for a refund. They just gave me another just the same.

Friendly staff even though I bought only a coffee. Nice bathrooms also. Great location close to the Cutty Sark and DLR station.

Just behind the Cutty Sark at Greenwich this Starbucks must have one of the best locations. Coffee good and food selection the usual from this chain. Staff were pleasant. Toilets were clean but it's a busy outlet and only one bathroom. Really using enough. Hence I've only given a three rating.
