Typical open area venue in a shopping centre. Nibbles good, but beware of the pricing of the house champagne. A big difference of you are not a member and this is not very clear on the menu.

Visit regularly with friends after work or when shopping. We didn't hesitate to join the bubble club and love the champagne cocktails offered. The selection of beautiful champagnes is great I felt absolutely spoilt for choice! Would recommend a visit!

After four hours of non-stop shopping we were looking forward to a nice BIG glass of Champagne and some food. We order cocktails to start and they were amazing. I then chose a large house Champagne (Brut White) and it was one of the best tasting champagne. We ordered the Charcuterie and Cheese platter to share. We had some Italian Ham with Chorizo and Brie Cheese, served with fresh bread and biscuits. The meats were tasty and fresh and went very well with the drinks. Our waitress was lovely. A pleasant experience all around.

Perfect location to sit, drink and watch the world go by. We stopped by for one drink and found it so relaxing we spent a couple of hours, and had a few more glasses!Westfield is ideal for shopping, you don't have the crowds associated with regent street and yet can still find that little bit of luxury in the shops, by having a stop at Searcys you really do create an experience. My only complaint is that the selection of champagne didn't seem as extensive as Searcys in St Pancras

We decided to have a break as we were doing some shopping. With a friend of mine we stopped at the Champagne Bar for a drink. But we ended up having a great lunch as they were offering a glass of fizz with some a smoked salmon platter. The staff was friendly and the food was tasty.Loved the wheelbarrow... bit of countryside in a middle of a shopping centre, such a great idea.Looking forward to come back for an other great experience.

A bit of a random visit as we just decided on the spur of moment to go and have a look at St Pancras station. Found the bar upstairs and decided to stop for a glass of champagne. Staff were friendly and courteous. We stayed for about 40 mins just people watching. Great place to while away if waiting for a train but just as nice for a quick visit too.

The main reason for visiting this champagne bar is obviously for the champagne which was very nice, so nice we visited this particular bar twice in one day, on our second visit we had snacks too and very nice they where, the only issue I have to say I found with this bar was the staff ! Basically there pompous and Boarded on being ignorant which I have to say lets the bar down. So take some advice guys and look like you might possibly be enjoying your job and if you aren't consider another line of work !

I was given this as a voucher for afternoon tea and because I had so many AT before this was not a good one! The location is very open in the middle of the shopping mall. The bellinis were good but the actually afternoon tea was poor! The sandwiches looked like there were cut quickly and spread with left overs and the scones were stone cold. Unfortunately not for me!

Visited last weekend for a belini afternoon tea using a gift voucher that we were given for Christmas, the booking process didn't seem to transfer the information about my dietary needs to the branch, however the manager (Andre) bent over backwards to make sure that we both had a fantastic experience here, the food was delicious and the drinks very very tasty. Everything came out very quickly and we felt very we looked after.

I was given an afternoon tea voucher and decided to visit this location. At the time of booking I did not realise it was openly in the middle of the aisle of the shopping centre. If I had known this I would not have attended. It felt like I was an animal at the zoo and almost everyone who walked past peered in to look at what was on the table which made me uncomfortable. The staff were unhelpful and despite pre-booking, they did not ask me for a name which was unusual to me. They were slow and did not bring everything on time. I also felt the place was a bit pretentious for what is essentially a stall in the middle of a shopping centre. Wouldn't go again but would maybe try a different venue if I was given a present again.

Met my wife here on Friday (8pm on Friday 11th December) evening prior to doing some Christmas shopping. Thought it would be a great way to start a fine evening with no kids to treat ourselves to a quick glass of champagne prior to starting the shopping! Generally, it was good. The barman that served us was French and very knowledgeable. However, our experience was completely ruined when we witnessed the manager (tall chap with dark hair) pouring two glasses of discarded champagne back into the bottle for re-use.... Completely unacceptable if you ask me, especially when you are paying £18 for a glass. Is it too much to expect fresh champagne, rather than re-used champagne, when paying that amount of money? I challenged the manager about this and he basically ignored me. The other staff were horrified - but not as horrified as me!!

A friend and I nipped into Westfield's to do some shopping and grab some dinner. We started the afternoon by darting into Searcy's for some champagne and strawberries. I had the 05' Bollinger and she had the Bollinger Rosé. The strawberries were room temperature and fresh - perfect for champagne. While there were some positives, overall, the portion, price and service was not value for money. I had to remind our server several times that we had ordered strawberries to go with the champagne. As a result, I wouldn't go out of my way to go back again as there are other locations in town to get champagne at a better price with better service.

I got given a voucher for Bellini afternoon tea at Searcy's and was really excited. When I arrived I said to the waitress I had a booking, and she looked at me blankly and just said 'okay'. I proceeded to sit at the bar, given no direction as to where the table I booked actually was, and she said 'no you can't sit there you have to sit in the other half' without nodding or pointing or even guiding us to this mysterious other half.I walked with my friend to the other half of the bar, where we also we not allowed to sit. Turns out we were to sit in the roped off area. No one took us to our table, so we let ourselves in and picked a table ourselves. After 20 minutes, no one had come to take our order. I walked up to the waitress and asked if we could get some Bellinis as per our voucher, and she said 'yeah what flavour do you want?' - hadn't even realised there was more than one flavour, nor did I know the flavour options as no one had served us!We finally got a bellini and there were lovely. The food came about 30 mins in and was nice but nothing special. Halfway through eating the food, we were offered our pot of tea, which felt a bit late! Then after we finished, no one came to clear the table, no one came to accept our voucher or see how we had enjoyed our afternoon. We waited a further 20 minutes to no avail, left the voucher on the table and left.I wouldn't go back.

Stopped by Searcys at about midday on 29th May.I wanted to treat my friend to a drink or two to celebrate her engagement. When we arrived at the bar there was no one to be seen, then up popped the barman from behind the counter. We politely asked if the bar was open, to which he grunted that yes they were but we could only sit at the bar and not in the proper seated area as he couldn't go back and forth to serve us (great start!)We ordered two glasses of champagne after the menus were shoved in front of us.He topped up our glasses with a scowl on his face and seemed to think he was above serving us and looked even more fed up when we politely asked for him to take our picture! Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he had an accent and dark spiky hair.So all in all what should have been a lovely treat was ruined by the snarling / snooty barman. We downed our drinks and couldn't wait to get away. Will not be visiting there again.

My partner and I were bought an afternoon lunch so decided to pop along and plan a day out in London, with a bit of shopping at Westfields. As stipulated with the voucher we had, we made the booking. However when we got to the "bar" (in the middle of a shopping centre (!) I said that we had a booking but he didn't take my name, we struggled to get a seat (although it was pre-booked) and were left waiting for a good 5-10 minutes before we were given a menu etc. The guy who seemed to shuffle his feet in a hurry was obviously understaffed as a lot of people were left waiting.Whilst it was a nice experience and the food and drink were nice, I don't think I would go back. This place needs to have more of it's own setting, not people walking around you as they shop. That being said, if you're not fussed and just wanted a quick pit stop, this would be ideal.

We were at Westfield on a birthday shopping trip and came across Searcys Champagne Bar. As it was a special occasion we thought lets give it a go. Have to say we were not dissappointed. The salmon and cream cheese sandwich and glass of champagne for £10 was lovely. Had to have the refill of the champagne which is discounted for the second glass, so even better. The setting is not too hot as you are in a shopping mall afterall, but that aside this was a very nice experience.

This is the second time I've been to this bar, both times for a light and glass of champagne. The first time I paid £7.95 for an open sandwich and glass of bubbly or alcohol free cocktail. The second time was £10.00 so quite an increase however I would say for the experience is worth the money. This place is great for a light snack and glass of bubbly whilst shopping.

I treated my sister for her birthday to afternoon tea at Searcys champagne bar in Westfield London. It was quiet so it was just us but that was fine. It got busy later and seems that most people go just for the champagne. We were shown the menu and could pick 3 out of the four sandwich options. I don't know if these change regular but the options were chicken, parma ham, tomato/mozzarella and salmon. We received a glass of their house champagne first and didn't wait too long for the food to come along. It was presented on three tiers with the sandwiches on the bottom, scones in the middle and petit fours on top. One thing to note is that this doesn't come with tea which I only realised when we ordered. The sandwiches are one half slice of bread with the filling as a topping - ham and chicken options were delicious! There was one scone each which were not that big but reasonable and then the petit fours/sweet treats - we received two each - were the size of 2p pieces and not very inspiring. Overall we enjoyed it but if I was to go back to Searcys, I would just go for a sandwich and champagne. Definitely the sandwiches as it beats the cucumber and cream cheese options served at most hotels. The tea is a big factor in afternoon tea and I could have done with that as it was quite cold. Additionally, Searcys should offer more petit fours or make them a little bigger as that really disappointed.

I booked this as a treat for my daughter . When we arrived it was clear the waiter did not care if we had booked or not. We sat down and ordered afternoon tea for 2. The waiter said wow, wow not sure I have that let me check. Afternoon tea is advertised from 2.30, this was 2.45. He came back and said we could have it, but would have to wait while he went to the shop to buy the scones. I politely said no thank you, we will just have the lunch.

I feel the waiter was rude and could not be bothered to serve us.

The waitress made our lunch, this was lovely, we were happy with the service she gave us. We ate our lunch then left.

I will not be returning to Searcy's again unless a different waiter is working.
