This is my ultimate favourite costa , despite there being ongoing problems with the toilets & not been able to dine in , Tracey the manager is amazing and very apologetic towards people who have issues , this is not the staffs problems but being a loyal customer I’ll endeavour to continue to use this store , sort it out costa this store deserves the best

Came here for lunch, dinner and an overnight stay for my birthday. The food and food service were brilliant, lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We both thoroughly enjoyed the food, also very dog friendly indeed. We would absolutely return for the food. However, although the room we had was clean, well equip and comfortable ( the toiletries provided were a great touch), the sound proofing of the rooms were awful and need attention!! I have given 3 stars due to the noise and the poor sound proofing. The People above were awfully noisy when they came into the main door and had no consideration to other guests at all, banging doors, shouting and talking loudly!! I did not see any, so Perhaps some signs warning people to consider other guests could be an option?! I am almost sure we could hear the other guests having “relations”, by way of bed banging and vocal noises, which isn't really what we wanted to hear when trying to get to sleep! Our dog was better behaved than those guests!

God awful service always. The place is ALWAYS filthy and tables covered in dirty cups and plates, while the 3 staff behind the counter goof around and ignore you while people are waiting. This happens all the time not a one off occurrence. Sticky dirty sloppy place. Store and staff. Coffee is good but everything else it terrible. Go across the street were the Coffee shop is beautifully clean with polite efficient staff and it is cheaper with excellent Coffee ☕️.

I’m reluctant in saying that this pub is possibly the best pub in Suffolk. If you like a choice of 4 beautiful real ales , served to perfection. Price is unbelievable BUT don’t expect food, I hear the term is a WET Pub. Well behaved dogs, kept on leads, are welcomed, walking boots are left at the door. Both are expected from considerate people. Inconsiderate people could go elsewhere.

We decided at short notice to book a table here for Sunday lunch as I have driven past the building many times and thought it may be worth trying . Booked a table online for 6 people for 1.30 pm. We arrived 10 mins early and were promptly shown to our table. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The waitress was very pleasant and friendly but was obviously run off her feet and it was soon very apparent that they were understaffed. Our drinks order was taken and were then told that once our drinks arrived our food order would be taken . This took 25 minutes! We then waited another hour for the food to arrive ( had thankfully only ordered main courses) . To put it bluntly the food was terrible. Three out of six of us ordered beef which was inedible due to being mainly fat and gristle . After bringing this to the attention of the waitress we were told that offered free desserts based on the fact that they were not confident the beef was good enough to be served ( there were other people we were aware had also complained). After discussing with the waitress and asking to speak to a manager, they did agree to remove the three beef roasts from the bill. However after waiting 1.5 hours for sub standard food , this was the least I would expect. Overall a poor experience and certainly won’t be returning.

We didn’t really eat here, apart from a tasty but small bowl of chips. The atmosphere is great, plenty of space, plenty of places to sit. Lots and lots of tv screens with all sport showing. Staff are very accommodating, turning tv stations over for guests to watch different matches. Floor service available and drinks/ food can be brought to your table. Giant screen which is brilliant to watch!

My friend and I ate at NSK recently and to be fair the food was good, however, our bill was a bit of a shock. One breakfast, one sausage bap and four coffees was just shy of £25. NSK is located in Freshfields which borders with Icewell Hill it`s basically placed on a Council Estate but charges "Pantry" prices. Yes, a business cannot survive on fresh air alone, however, the service & ambiance was not of a high enough standard too warrant being fleeced. I think NSK need to look at their pricing or in six months time they wont need to. Would we return as customers? Yes, if the pricing was competitive.

Actual food was pretty decent but unfortunately arrived lukewarm. Although delivered within the time window seemed to take a while considering the time of night and distance from restaurant to destination. Delivery driver gave no acknowledgment on delivery; just handed me food and walked away. Do feel that food would have been much better if had not waited/travelled for so long.

I came on for a large Cappuccino and a three cheese toastie. I was greeted nicely, the place was very clean and a few people around for a Monday morning. The toastie was great and I love Cappuccino, no complaints from me. It was nice and quiet too. Thanks
