2 team members were very stern . Not a pleasant visit. No making you feel welcome. You feel like you're making their lives difficult. Wouldn't go back if I saw them working that day.

Right in the centre of Newmarket. The coffee is great, and unusually for places like this, the toilets are clean.

I didnt think I'd find the perfect soy flat white in Newmarket, England.  We've been travelling in Scandanavia for 4 weeks and I'd forgotten what a good flat white taste like!  Great taste, coffee strength, milk texture and temperature - just like a great flat white at home in NZ. They also have oat milk and good selection of pastries, cakes and sandwiches.  We had a chocolate croissant & raisin pinwheel which were good too.

It's great. Bring all the kids, toys and ballons etc and have a party. Sit down at the big table and have a lovely chat while the kids can play party games in a safe and secure environment. Don't worry about the other customers, they will soon tire of the disruption and you'll have the place to yourselves. Helpfull staff to ensure the kids play safe, good toilets and as far as I know no charge for the use of the venue!

Whenever Im in town always going for nero coffe! Best coffe for me great choice nice atmosfere good cakes especially red velvet :) just love Nero!

Quiet but some tables not clean and some mess on floor left by previous occupants. The hot chocolate was fab ——-

I stopped here with a friend for a catch up. I ordered the seasonal salted caramel latte with oatmilk instead and the salted caramel cake. My coffee was not good at all. I don’t know if the dwarves forgot to shake the carton of oatmilk but it as thin and dark. Not oaty at all. My cake was very cold and dry. Disappointing considering the cost. What I do like about Nero is the app where you can collect your coffee points and redeem them, get special offers and extras. I’ll come again but choose something else.

A family visit today with our 9 month old for some much needed caffeine, and lunch. Very friendly efficient staff, and a decent sized seating area! will definitely visit again!

As a local we often pop into Nero when down the town. In my opinion they serve the best coffee and the staff are always friendly and efficient. I drink decaf and unlike many other such establishment Nero decaf has plenty of flavour. The But is about the seating which I’m afraid is pretty disgusting. It’s really dirty and very worn and in need of replacement. I have commented to Nero on their website but never even had an acknowledgement which is really poor. Please Nero spend a bit of your recent 30p plus per cup increase on some new furniture.

Really friendly staff.Comfy chairs, decent space and a fairly varied clientele. As new to the area they've earned some new customers!

I nipped in for a takeaway breakfast and coffee. I just want to say, every time I visit here, the northern lady behind the counter is the most friendly, welcoming and happy barrister I have ever come across in coffee shops. She is a breath of fresh air and makes my visit here so much better. My soy latte was a tad bitter, would be nice to have other milk alternatives however the ever friendly lady told me they are waiting on coconut milk! Win win 🙂

Coffee and cake were really good, I tried the tiffin, coffee really nice and smooth. Staff helpful and friendly.

I stopped by to grab a quick latte and sandwich. I chose the Brie and bacon toastie. It was ok but definitely needed more Brie. Staff are friendly and the establishment is always clean and tidy.

Cada mañana hago mi camino por la calle alta para trabajar, siempre he visitado Starbucks y tenía muchísimo, hasta hace poco, tener unos mal visto desde un grosero miembro del personal que decidí tomar mi servicio de Caffè Nero! La MEJOR DECISIÓN JAMÁS! El Café es mucho mejor, el personal es fantástico, la comida es un mundo aparte de Starbucks, estoy tan feliz de haber dado una oportunidad Caffè Nero, gran equipo, gran café.

Personal amable, buena selección de pasteles y galletas. Me gusta la variedad de asientos para cada necesidad, sofá para descansar, mesas de trabajo portátil, sillones para relajarse, etc. Siempre ocupado con todo tipo de personas de las mujeres que están amamantando a estudiantes y ancianos simplemente agarrando una taza de té. Es una buena en todos los aspectos

Nos encanta esta particular tienda de café. Sí, podría ser una cadena, pero es una cadena con una diferencia. El personal es cálido y amable, y hacen un esfuerzo para hacer lo mejor para todos y cada cliente. Trabajan increíblemente duro en un ritmo muy rápido, pero todavía tienen tiempo para relacionarse con sus clientes.

Las mujeres que trabajan en esta cafetería son incomparables. El café es excepcional y si no cambian. La comida es excepcional, y la tarta para morirse.

El personal siempre fue muy amable, buen café v! No se sentirá como una cadena debido al personal increíble en este Nero.

Typical Caffe Nero, quite spacious with a lot of more comfortable chairs and couches. Friendly staff and good tasting coffee. Recommended.

The best coffee shop in Newmarket. Pretty quick, baristas that know their business, and plenty of food options if you need something quick to takeaway.

The Hot Chocolate Milano I's the best chocolate around. Can't walk past without buying one. ☺ When sitting in it is enjoyable and comfortable chairs. Staff are always lovely.

I popped in with my friend and 7 month old after a day's shopping and had a fabulous experience from start to finish. The young ladies working were lovely, speedy and polite. My friend tried a Christmas coffee, however wasn't keen and it was changed with no dramas! All tables were clean and toilets were spotless (which makes a huge change for the coffee chains!) I thoroughly recommend Caffe Nero over Costa and Starbucks!

Always remember my style of coffee. They are always training up new staff and they have a great bunch working there.

Popped by while I was out while I was out in Newmarket as I was incredibly peckish. To my absolute delight they had not only vegetarian options but a vegan hummus and sweet potato falafd. This was all I purchased but I had it grilled at the bar and I had enough time to eat in so I did. The cafe is well decorated and feels very cosy and welcoming, the seating is very comfortable and my table was clean. Staff were an absolute pleasure. As for the vegan wrap it was incredibly tasty and warm straight off the grill with a small hint of spice and plenty of tasty and healthy veggies! Having it grilled made the outside slightly crispy which was a lovely contrast with the softer inside of the wrap. My only complaints would be that it's a tiny bit pricy for what it is and unlike Pret, the food isn't as fresh as it did contain preservatives but I can excuse this for the wrap being high quality and full of goodness and veggies besides that. It's great that now we are getting able to grab quality vegan food on the go and that small nibbles like that are becoming more common!

Popped in as never been in a caffe nero as they're always very busy with no seating available. Comfy sofa a bit low! As I found when I fell down on it. The music was classical lovely and calming. Mocha and chocolate with real whipped cream none of this spray air. Most enjoyable.

Staff could do with clearing tables a bit more often than they do, theyy could also try to be a bit more engaging and pleasant with their customers. Not great.

I have visited a couple of times and enjoy the Hot chocolate from here but it is sometimes hard to find a seat and usually the tables are not cleared quick enough.. otherwise it's ok

Always go there and have a coffee and do some work on laptop, very relaxed atmosphere, very polite and cant fo enough for you :)

I stopped in at Newmarket's Caffe Nero for a quick drink, and found it to be a pleasant place with brick wall features, well laid out tables and and a generally good atmosphere.The service was typical coffee house style, and the barista was professional and quick.The coffee was good and the blend was somewhere between Starbucks and Costa in its bitter vs. mildness, and as a whole is a good choice for a casual cuppa.
