Costa Coffee in Forest Heath

I came in for a coffee and served by a very pleasant young lady along with a pleasant man Very professional and happy to please

My daughter and I attempted to visit for coffee at 11.30a.m. Thursday, 15 February 2024. The cafe was not busy. There were 2 members of staff. Neither of them acknowledged our presence but just talked to each other. Both were grumpy. We stood there for nearly 5 minutes without being acknowledged. We walked out. What disgraceful customer service. A smile and a 'I will be with you in a moment' would have been all that was needed. I will never return.

Really helpful staff. Gentleman with ginger hair took great pride in providing the highest standard drink he could.

Sat on my own messing about with my phone after buying a coffee. Weird bearded Costa employee came over and asked if I was recording the staff. WTF? Like every Costa and most other businesses customers are recorded without their knowledge. Perhaps the area manager could contact me.

Took extra care to deal with my dietary needs, and made an effort to check up on me to make sure everything was done right. I felt very covid secure whilst there.

Spotless clean Amazing staff all over happy and helpful I visit regular never have any complaints Would highly recommend this Costa

I’m a regular Costa coffee drinker and cannot fault their products. However, today (31/01/21) the male staff member was slow at serving people and clearly did not want to be there. My partner then got ready to pay with her card to which the staff member just stared at us blankly. My partner told him that the card machine was not ready to which the staff member replied “you were just staring at me so I didn’t know what you want” despite most places only accepting card. Then after waiting for our order we realised he got our order wrong in the first place! This was rectified with a few more huffs from the staff member. I think if this happens again we’ll take our regular visits elsewhere.

Good service and good selection of drinks and snacks. My mum and stepdad had a skinny latte. I chose a tea with soya milk and vegan banana loaf. Both very good. I was served my tea in a pot which gave me 2 full cups so really good value for money. The banana loaf was soooo good. Great options for all dietary requirements. Clean and comfortable. Also very clean toilets. I would recommend.

Usual fayre of food etc that you can always trustWent here today & they have a loud shouty male member of staff that cannot resist saying mate or bud at the end of every sentence !I am not his mate so object to this tone. This guy thinks it is ok to shout across the store Shut the door or we are closed to his friends.This has got to be the most terrible Costa in UK cos of this idiot

I came in about 10 minutes before closing to ask if they can pop something in the oven for me and to see if I can grab a drink. Got told the oven was already being cleaned, so asked if I could grab the drink. He turnt around and looked at me like I was interrupting the last ten minutes. Felt so disgusted at service I walked out.I get everyone wants to go home on time but if your open until a certain time that shouldn't change anything...

Came for a coffee and a catch up with my friend. 2 gentlemen serving us were really friendly and didn't hurry a very indecisive me or frown at us for being rather giggly. One guy even came over to our table to check everything was ok for us while he was clearing around us

Without doubt the worst cup of coffee I have ever been served. Decaff is still meant to taste of coffee ….. luke warm and tasteless...

When we come to town to shop we try to stop by for our favorite, a flat white, and possibly a sweet. Never disappointed.

It is a pretty standard Costa with coffee and a limited range of snacks and cakes. Not huge by Costa standards, it was well staffed. The service was pleasant, but clearly they were a little underworked and indulging in some mild horseplay which I feel should be kept behind the scenes and not in front of the customers.

Typically Costa but not as slow as some! Friendly service, standard Costa drinks available. Not sure about the dirty cloths wiping every time though, didn’t look appealing

We always order Medium Mocha with soy when we go to any Costa. The ones made at this Costa are not up to standard. If we want a Costa coffee we will drive further away and go to Thetford. I don't know what this Costa does differently, but the coffee here is terrible.However, the few times that we have been here the staff have always been friendly and helpful.There is plenty of seating inside and out. And the location is good if you are out shopping in Mildenhall.

Love coming here! The staff are always warm and inviting plus they serve up some wonderful tea and lattes!

nice place for coffee, and fruit type drinks.....and food busy staff, keeps up with orders. take out and in house....nice patio near a grocers, and bus depot. nice area to walk

We come here for coffee, hot and cold, depending on the weather. Nice to sit outside with our dog or inside in the cool air con.

Apparently out of milk when we got served our coffees. But others in line after us got some. Usually ok though when we go there.

Once you have been in one you have seen them all the coffee is good food limited and not the best - quite expensive

I'm not a coffee drinker, but they do a mean cuppa tea too! Lovely, cheerful staff. Good selection of beverages and tempting cakes. A great place to meet with friends to chat over a drink.

I popped in to grab a coffee to go and had another good experience. The staff were friendly and polite and the coffee was good like usual. Although I think that they could drop their prices marginally I had another good Cexperience here.

Free wifi and decent coffee ,big variety of snacks and really nice prices though some of the employees are not very helpful...!

Hot coffee. Amazing staff. Positive vibes. Enjoyable coffee shop in the centre of mildenhall town. Although small, and sometimes a struggle to be seated, it is a very welcoming branch of Costa.

Excellent service. As always you are made to feel very welcome. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

He estado varias veces, servicio excelente, limpio y acogedor. Tartas, etc. son frescas, he incluso pedimos un extra de cerezo y dieron una. La última vez que fui en mi niño (8 años) fuimos a hacer cola para un pastel y fue accidentalmente por alto. Di cuenta de que cuando el personal dio el pequeño pastel gratis. Lugar encantador!

A lovely clean coffee shop. Coffee is made to perfection . The toilets are wheelchair friendly. The staff are always happy and very polite . Nothing to much trouble

Costa Café y la comida, qué se puede decir, la comida es de plástico proviene de comprobar preparados envasados de cartón como basura, gusto y come como cartón cuestan una fortuna. Así que quizás el café es mejor, así no es mi café del desayuno en casa es 10 tiempo mejor bien al menos 5 vez. Una experiencia que no tome lo siento, soy un fan no ojalá nunca hubiéramos ido allí

always so friendly when you walk in and make the best frappes ever! even my children love going into costa for there little cookie treats.

Es un gran lugar para visitar cuando necesito un momento para relajarse o charlar con amigos o reunirse con un cliente de negocios. También utilizamos este hotel como un punto de inicio y parada para caminar cuando gira alrededor de Mildenhall así como un meetup.

Enjoy visiting Costa but always find it very hard to get a seat. Hot chocolate tasted fab and the muffin I had was fab too!!

Good coffee, customer service good. Access on one level although tables are quite close for a rollator/walker. Not sure how you would manage with a wheelchair!

I love costa coffee. The staff never disappoints and the coffee is great! I love the location as it sits near sainsburys and the town centre.

Overpriced - when there are better cafès in town that are better value - nice & clean slow service -just not for me

Me encanta el café Costa. Estoy tan feliz de que finalmente abrí uno en Mildenhall. El personal es siempre agradable y acogedor. Es un buen lugar para detenerse y observar a la gente. Es nuestro lugar favorito de la fecha o por la mañana o por la tarde. También es un buen lugar para conocer - después de un largo plazo.

Took my goodson for a hot chocolate while visiting I had my favourite gingerbread latte and lemon tart lovely as always clean friendly staff

Staff needs to be retrained when it comes to customer service ...on more then one occasion they didn't have hot chocolate!!!....

Reasonable coffeehouse chain. Good to know what to expect wherever it is you go to one of these outlets. This one is fairly recent addition to Mildenhall so shop is all new looking and staff, as always, very cheerful.

Visiting from the US.Your coffee and food was excellent !!!! So enjoyed the British coffee experience.The English take their coffee seriously.Thanks for a great visit !!!!

El personal es siempre genial, atento y amable, y tomar un interés en conversación! Es agradable tener un lugar local para poder tomar un café! Y las bebidas son geniales siempre llegar a mi nivel. El lugar está idealmente ubicado y lo mantienen limpio y decorativas en ocasiones, que es agradable.

Tenía la latte pomposa, me encantó que podía conseguir azúcar gratis! También he tenido varias de sus bebidas frías de café; siempre vinos frescos, no bitter, café. Las bebidas no son excesivamente dulce y me gusta los toques que añaden; mi café con leche pomposa venía con pequeñas estrellas doradas espolvoreado en la cima de la crema.

Prefiero Costa café Starbucks. Lo bueno de Costa Coffee es que sea coherente. Sus productos horneados son sabrosos y me gusta que harán que cualquiera de sus bebidas calientes frías; me gusta tomar un té frappe o de Chai sobre hielo. Mi única queja es que te cobran más por productos de comida si comes ellos que si tienes que llevar.

Went there the second day it just opened wouldn't of even know it would of though it was there for years, quick on getting orders and clean highly recommend :)

Una nueva adición a mildenhall! Justo lo que necesitaba la ciudad! El personal siempre es muy amable y charlar con usted mientras su bebida. Siempre tenemos una amplia selección de pasteles, panini, etc. caramelo crisp es mi favorito. Esta costa es, de lejos, el mejor en el que he estado en mi vida! Mucho mejor que un Starbucks!

Está en una ubicación conveniente entre Sainsbury's y Cristobal ha dormido's. Las horas abiertas podrían ser más tiempo, pero la comida siempre es deliciosa y las bebidas de café son geniales! Gotta go aquí si estás aburrido o simplemente quieres algún delicias! Agradable sentarse dentro o fuera demasiado

La Costa outlet en Mildenhall está al otro lado de la calle de la estación de autobuses, y no muy lejos del mercado y Sainsbury's lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La tienda es pequeña, y el día que visitamos fue el servicio era un poco que desear. Había tres miembros del personal de turno: el gerente que estaba participando en una conversación privada con una pareja que no eran "clientes, un hombre que trabajaba el recibo, y uno barista llenan las órdenes. Las mesas se necesita un buen polvo, aunque en general el ambiente general era bueno. El café era de lo usual buena Costa estándar. Con beneficio de la duda, volvería.
