the bacon was burnt, the chips were soggy and floppy, the cheese tasted weird, i had to bin my whole food

I have ordered 2 hours ago, and the estimate delivery was 17:40-18:00 it is now 18:11 and my order still hasn’t arrived. I will not be ordering from here again, this is ridiculous !

food was cold. large portion of chips was shocking. donor meat tasteless and what salad there was in one kebab there wasn't in the other.

delivery very quick but food was awful . ordered a large mixed kebab that had more salad than meat, the meat was like it was left out for days and reheated, tasted awful

The food was freezing cold by the time it got here, and the pizza was burnt so wasn’t enjoyable at all.

Chips were hard and tasted like cardboard no cheese on burger as requested paid £3.40 for a bottle of drink that is a price marked bottle of £2.29 so has to be sold for that price

pay for cheesy chips and beans and get half a portion of undercooked chips, no beans and tiny portion.

I didn’t even get my food, tried calling no answer

order was missing a pizza but they quickly delivered us our missing pizza and gave us an extra one too 10/10 service

Had to call the restaurant twice as my food was 45 minutes late.

Delivery was great, food was ok. Order was wrong, ordered a chicken burger and got beef. Cheese was missing from the hot dog. I mean it wasn’t great, but edible. Sent a dispute to JE and got a partial refund for wrong/missing items.

Was okay bud the dude was pretty rude and the got the sauces wrong

Ribs were inedible and really overcooked, extras missing (coleslaw and beans), chicken was okay. Disappointing!

Food was vile. Old and clearly reheated multiple times, despite still being cold. Chicken tasted funny. Bottle given was smaller than stated. Driver rung me up and refused to deliver to caravan, despite agreeing to order - had to limp with my baf leg to reception where driver was parked. Perhaps worst takeaway experience I've had in a while.

food stuck to the boxes. gravy cost £1.50 for a small pot (shot of gravy) want br ordering again.

I had ordered the Donner feast and a whopper dog meal all I received was 2 portion of chips and a can of drink! I rang the restaurant to be told they was closed.

Ordered a jaffa cake dessert for £3 and got a £1.75 box of euro jaffa cakes, ordered a 1.5l of coke for £3.40 and got a 1.25l from home bargains. p*sstake doesnt cover it -_-

lady who delivered tbe food was so very nice, only problem is actually with the food, the pizza was cold, was given a kebab when I asked for a wrap and the chips were very soggy.

food was disgusting undercooked chips missed the cheese of a simple order of chips and cheese and the wrap was soaking wet due to the oil and grease the only good thing about this place is the fact they sell tobacco and cigarettes

although marked early that was just on the expected delivery time so no issues at all with that. The food was nice and hot. overall can't complain about anything. I would use again.

ribs where terrible, no meat just fat so I would not recommend anyone ordering ribs, 1 piece of chicken had a nice amount of meat the other nothing. I remembered when it used to be the best in town, not anymore.

Lovely food and good quick service

Gave me more than I had ordered which was not a problem, however what I had actually ordered and paid for, was hard and inedible and tasted as though had been sat there awhile, my pizza was not very cheesy at all. Appreciative of the extra free food though🙏

Everytime I order cheesecake or fudge cake I get given an éclair instead, why advertise something you don't do? 3.50 for an éclair I didn't want, 3.40 for a bottle of coke price marked 2.59, and a king burger where the meat inside the burger has already been half eaten 😑 I gave a straight £15 before I realised I pretty much paid £10 for a half eaten burger

Had a £4.00 cheese burger I counted 5 bits of lettuce no bigger then a toe nail no tomatoes no onions it should of been called £4.00 dry burger burger was so cheap tasted rubbish bun dry as a bone all in all worst burger I have ever eaten well sort of eaten SO if you go there be it on your head unless you like eating dry tasteless burger then go for it

Cold food ,missing items and the meat was definitely not fresh.

Only reason for 3 * is for 2 reasons 1 I pay £9.80 for a LARGE WRAP and get about £2 worth of meat in it …. I get more meat in a £6 tray ….. 2 the tortilla wrap was burnt and hard so couldn’t really eat it but usually I have no problems just this once

Food was fine but delivered 2 hours after I ordered it despite an estimated time of 45 minutes. When we rang the restaurant to ask where it was they said '10 minutes' then marked it as delivered when it hadn't been. And then it still didn't arrive for another hour. Requested partial refund for inconvenience which was refused.

food was absolutely gorgeous it was hit well flavoured the chicken on the kebab was tasty not alot of donor meat but just enough thank you for you hard work to get food at 12.30at night that is such good quality is rare keep up the great work oh and the delivery lady was really pleasant and polite couldn't ask for a better experience

Well paid £3.60 for 10 onion rings only recieved 3 unedible fat soaked and soggy onion rings chips was under cooked hard and cold and salad was so small didnt realise there was any

Ribs tasted horrible.chicken and chips tasted like they had been sat around for ages.burger was OK but certainly had a lot better at other places.worse part of it was delivery driver moaned as we did not order from a closer take away.we are here on holiday so how would I know??honestly I would advice people use a different take away

I never put peppers on the pizza and peppers were added by the restaurant and my partner had an allergic reaction. I would like a full refund for that please.

Ordered , they changed the delivery time to later then it still hadn’t turned up half hour after that. I called the man put the phone down on me then it turned up 2 hours later !

Chewy lamb full of fat, minimal meat. Disappointing, Delivery guy didn't even acknowledge us just dumped on doorstep whilst on his phone.

Honestly I was suprised at the food quality and delivery time, second time I'd ordered. I was hesitant because the first time I'd ordered the driver took hours to "arrive" even though he never came to the door. I'm pretty sure I checked out the door because my patience was getting low and could've sworn I saw the sat a few houses down in the car looking for my address, all he had to do was drive further my way and found me. Then I saw him get back in his car and drive off, fortunately I hadn't paid the order yet but you could imagine my frustration waiting for hours then seeing the lack of effort used in finding my address. Second time I'd ordered, food was alright only issue I had was that the BBQ sauce they used on my donor wrap seemed refrigerated and in turn made my wrap cold. Delivery time was good. My biggest issue I had was how indescribably rude the driver was, he knocked at the door, and within two seconds of knocking was knocking again, I was already coming to the door, and I kid you not as I was about to open the door I could hear him telling me to hurry up on the other side, and it took me less than ten seconds... then when I opened the door he threw his arm out with force with my food in hand, I grabbed it and he whispered thank you but was in such a rush he was already turning around and couldn't say it whilst looking at me and then stormed off whilst mumbling a bunch of nonsense under his breath with an attitude. I'm pretty sure he was being offensive. Let me put it this way I've never been so annoyed at a driver before, but something about him... he can stay away from my door, that irritated me heavily and purely because of his interaction with me I won't be ordering again. Get yourselves a driver that has some form of respect for your customers.

meat pizza had no meat on it, wasn’t ideal, pretty upset to be honest. Also to mush bbq sauce on meat and chips and no cheese! not happy at all, merry xmas!

This is the best breakfast place ever. I literally went today for my birthday because their food is so good and they’re so friendly. I wish I could go here every day to get their eggs, bacon, and toast. It’s has such a classic diner feel, and I will continue to take all my friends out for breakfast here.
