waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for three items (only one was hot)

the chicken looked like it been sweeped of the floor and the rips deep fried were too hard to eat .went straight in the bin .WONT EAT FROM HERE AGAIN DISCUSING 😡😡😡😡

order a medium doner kebab but instead got a doner wrap however the wrap was rock hard and hardly edible

Ribs tasted horrible.chicken and chips tasted like they had been sat around for ages.burger was OK but certainly had a lot better at other places.worse part of it was delivery driver moaned as we did not order from a closer take away.we are here on holiday so how would I know??honestly I would advice people use a different take away

I never put peppers on the pizza and peppers were added by the restaurant and my partner had an allergic reaction. I would like a full refund for that please.

Ordered , they changed the delivery time to later then it still hadn’t turned up half hour after that. I called the man put the phone down on me then it turned up 2 hours later !

Chewy lamb full of fat, minimal meat. Disappointing, Delivery guy didn't even acknowledge us just dumped on doorstep whilst on his phone.

Honestly I was suprised at the food quality and delivery time, second time I'd ordered. I was hesitant because the first time I'd ordered the driver took hours to "arrive" even though he never came to the door. I'm pretty sure I checked out the door because my patience was getting low and could've sworn I saw the sat a few houses down in the car looking for my address, all he had to do was drive further my way and found me. Then I saw him get back in his car and drive off, fortunately I hadn't paid the order yet but you could imagine my frustration waiting for hours then seeing the lack of effort used in finding my address. Second time I'd ordered, food was alright only issue I had was that the BBQ sauce they used on my donor wrap seemed refrigerated and in turn made my wrap cold. Delivery time was good. My biggest issue I had was how indescribably rude the driver was, he knocked at the door, and within two seconds of knocking was knocking again, I was already coming to the door, and I kid you not as I was about to open the door I could hear him telling me to hurry up on the other side, and it took me less than ten seconds... then when I opened the door he threw his arm out with force with my food in hand, I grabbed it and he whispered thank you but was in such a rush he was already turning around and couldn't say it whilst looking at me and then stormed off whilst mumbling a bunch of nonsense under his breath with an attitude. I'm pretty sure he was being offensive. Let me put it this way I've never been so annoyed at a driver before, but something about him... he can stay away from my door, that irritated me heavily and purely because of his interaction with me I won't be ordering again. Get yourselves a driver that has some form of respect for your customers.

Said the food had been delivered but we don’t have any food, I feel really offended and ripped off that is £30 done the drain, never ordering from hear again.

Thought i'd give them a second chance after a wrong order was delivered. Fool me! once again another wrong order, i only ordered two kebabs and they could not even get that right, i will NOT be using this shambles of a take away again.

meat pizza had no meat on it, wasn’t ideal, pretty upset to be honest. Also to mush bbq sauce on meat and chips and no cheese! not happy at all, merry xmas!

This is the best breakfast place ever. I literally went today for my birthday because their food is so good and they’re so friendly. I wish I could go here every day to get their eggs, bacon, and toast. It’s has such a classic diner feel, and I will continue to take all my friends out for breakfast here.

If id known the delivery time before ordering was already over an hour I wouldn't have bothered but it didn't say I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the food I was about to go to bed when it finally arrived the driver must have forgot and gone home or something because when it turned up it was cold and had to be microwaved really poor which is a shame as chick king are usually really good must have been having an off day

You never delivered my order as you said you had run out of Shish but you have taken the money.

Only issue is I asked for cheesecake they did not have any so I got a box of Jaffa cakes and 3 twix bars instead of them calling and saying they did not have it

We actually thought the food was inedible. We ate not even 2 slices of each pizza and put the rest in the bin. The food was stone cold (almost like it was precooked a previous day and then warmed up for delivery). We had to rip the pizza in order to get small bites of it because we couldn't pull it apart with our teeth. This is by far the worst pizza I've ever had. And the customer service was just as bad as they wouldn't even bother giving us a refund. Disgusting.

Fast despatch and delivery, order was complete with no missing items. My husband loved his jacket potato with chicken tikka, my son said his chicken nuggets were delicious. The pizzas that were ordered were ok, but the other kids and I found them to be a bit on the dry side (hence why one star got knocked off from this review). The free garlic bread was lovely however, and that was really appreciated. Many thanks!

Was a little disappointed tonight. Normally everything is really good, supposed to have peppers onion and mushroom with the Donner kebab special. Was non existent just 4/6 quarter mushrooms found. Hopefully just an off day because one of the best around

Food took 2 hours to be delivered, was delivered cold and undercooked. Had to call the restaurant 3 times for an order update to which they responded “it’s on route” for 50 minutes. Fries are undercooked and soggy, chicken burger is RIDICULOUS. Smallest/thinnest piece of chicken. We ordered around 9:30pm and received it nearly come midnight. At that point we lost our appetite and was no longer hungry lol. My partner doesn’t feel well the next day after eating a beef burger so feel it’s acceptable to leave a review. Definitely the worst takeaway we’ve eaten.

Ordered 2pizzas and the quality of the food is absolutely disgusting inedible overcooked pizza base hardly any meat it was supposed to be a mighty meaty will be phoning Saturday morning to complain the food is awful

I ordered from this kebab shop by mistake. When the order arrived there were missing items. I rang them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Only after an argument they agreed to deliver the missing items. Food wasn't as good as the other shop and portions were much smaller.

Food was dry as anything clearly not a fresh bit off food in site, dry chicken , reheated soggy cheaps Horrible food.

With out a doubt the take away I have ever ordered fried chicken a bone with chrispy batteron as for the ribs just pork belly fat and grizzle in a sauce Never ever order again stay well clear and expensive
