Sports Cafe in Forest Heath

We didn’t really eat here, apart from a tasty but small bowl of chips. The atmosphere is great, plenty of space, plenty of places to sit. Lots and lots of tv screens with all sport showing. Staff are very accommodating, turning tv stations over for guests to watch different matches. Floor service available and drinks/ food can be brought to your table. Giant screen which is brilliant to watch!

Mark williams is an absolute star, made us laugh, amazing service, I really enjoyed coming here and seeing mark made my day brighter, I hope to see him again next year!!!!

I’ve been coming to centerparcs for years but it’s really outpriced itself. I ordered a chicken burger and it was cold and microwaved. Asked for some more burger sauce as a tiny amount on burger and even that was watered down. At £16 it’s a lot for something average. Cold chips. Kids meals had about 10 fries. Just not worth it.

We love the Sports Cafe and we've been there many times in the past...however...the food is now so ordinary (Wetherspoons like frozen food) that we won't be returning to eat. The price for what you get is ridiculous...the portions are also quite small. However...my daughter had a salad and it was really good! So...our advice would be...go there for the service and the atmosphere...but avoid all food but the salad!

Disappointing portion size and presentation, definitely not aligned to the pictures they show in the menu. Service is horrifically slow and we had to chase our kids deserts 3 times to get them delivered. They are clearly overwhelmed and lack enough staff to operate efficiently and management capable of running a restaurant properly.

Expensive for what it was but what we had was good. Maybe more variety on main meals would be better.

I had the Katsu curry loaded fries they were very good but very spicy. The prices in there were a bit high, especially for drinks!! Good atmosphere. Would go again

We only ate here once and it was a pretty dull sandwich. Still, like all the restaurants at centreparcs the level of service was excellent.

I cannot believe the price increases!! £20 for fish and chips!! Over £10 for loaded fries!! I can’t believe it was necessary to raise prices this much for what is basically a restaurant that just cooks frozen food, I can only assume it’s because it’s the only place that accepts walk in’s, so a very captive audience indeed. Refused to pay those prices. What a shame. CP seem to be on an endless quest to prove everyone out of the market.

You find a table, and then order and pay for your food and drink from the table via an app. Last year we couldn't get the app to work, so ended up eventually having to place an order with a waitress the old-fashioned way. I wasn't therefore hopeful when this year I went for a snack on my own while my family were swimming. The app worked perfectly, however, and I wasn't even bothered when it warned me of a 50 minute wait time because I had a good book with me. I was a bit startled though when my sandwiches and coffee then turned up within 5 minutes! Sandwiches and accompanying extras were very nice. Expensive, obviously, but that's the deal at Center Parcs.

Highly recommend! you can choose from lots of option. cold or hot meal or snack. Any age can find what is suite to you

Noisy, average food, very little service. Most of the restaurants at this venue are 'chains', this is probably as good as any and better than some. Serves burgers etc so children were happy but it isn't a great dining experience.

Like most of the in-house restaurants at Longleat, the food here was overpriced, small and generally poor. Chicken burger wasn’t like a usual fried fillets, it was a tiny piece of burnt chicken breast. Fe had a beef burger which was small and had chewy bacon in it. The only plus side of this place is the location for drinks and the bar. Don’t bother eating here

Came here for a breakfast and charged £14 for the full English breakfast. Nothing particularly wrong with it but worse than a spoons breakfast that you pay £5 for. £6-£7 for a pint is truly ridiculous. This is throughout the resort. Center Parcs has always been known for being slightly pricey and I have been coming here for years but it is getting beyond silly now and may put me off returning at all.

The menu is varied. We visited a few times during our holiday. There is a wide range of veggie/vegan options which is always great to see. Tasted great, fast service. Very noisy but you expect for a sports bar.

This is what it is a very busy, noisy room full of hungry people looking for a quick meal. I wouldn’t say it was particularly good value for money but it is a quick and easy place to eat.

Food was good and staff helpful. However they insist on you placing your order using an app. You also have to create an account, so not for the technophobe. Eventually you can get a staff member to take your order. Why insist on this procedure?

Relatively quick service through a self serve, sign up system. Came here to watch football during our Center Parcs stay yesterday. Greeted warmly, luckily table was in view of a TV which we could see. Drinks came relatively quickly. Shared a bottle of rose wine which cost £19 and a cocktail at £6.99. So relatively expensive but average for Center Parcs I guess.

The chocolate sundae is marked as vegetarian but the marshmallows it comes sprinkled with are not! If you have a vegetarian with you watch out.

We came into the sports cafe to watch the football and have a couple of drinks - we wish we hadn't bothered. The service was SO slow yet there were lots of staff members around not doing very much. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for a round of drinks in a half empty bar.

Had late breakfast on last day - great food, tip - rather than pay almost £9 for full breakfast you can get a sausage or bacon sandwich and then extras for £1 each which makes it cheaper. Great place to watch sport - not one if you want a talk with your sport mad partner.

Lovely staff and very clean . I have given two stars as the burger was the worst food I have ever eaten.I choose the Sports Bar for my boys.The boys burgers were good , I can’t eat any food with eggs so choose the vegan burger to be safe . So wish I haven’t, I think my cat’s food smells and probably would taste better.

We “ate” here on our first night and what a mistake it was. Firstly I would like to state that the staff at the Sports Cafe are all working extremely hard and are trying their best in the difficult circumstances hence the 2 stars despite their farcical processes . Therefore we would like to thank Billy and the manager very much for their help but even so we would not visit again especially now we have seen that Hucks do no use the crazy app system for ordering . Hucks have said they abandoned it as it didn’t work but SC are still using it and that’s a big problem for them. For example my son had a plain chicken burger but there is nowhere on the app to state “plain” so we had to seek a server to place an order so what’s the point of the app. Also my wife ordered steak - well done on the app and it came rare. We ended up ordering everything via the server and not the app. The whole experience was awful, a waste of time and the food wasn’t good anyway, my fish and chips (I am tempted to say fish and chip due to the amount given ) was cold and the mushy peas were so runny they appeared to have been watered down to make them go further. Avoid this restaurant if you want a pleasant eating experience. CP please look at the systems and processes being used here it could be so much better.

Been here a few times in that past and do enjoy watching sports, having a beer and some food, nice and relaxed place.Lots of space - it was a Monday so people still arriving but a number of tables not in use due to Covid. Personally I thought they were being a bit cautious but no problem.Order via an app, pretty easy and the server was helpful.Food is decent, kids pasta went down well, i enjoyed my burger, sons steak was overall good, bit of gristle on one end but well cooked. Wifes chicken was dry. On its now, it is a bit pricey for what it is but thats CP, but with the government offer it bought the price down a lot and great value, as well as prompt and good service.

Good food, new covid restrictions mean ordering via a link which is found by scanning QR code with mobile device. Totally contact less and a good service...would recomend a tone visiting soon to book reserve a table with confidence.

We normally eat here when the quiz is on as then you are guaranteed a table as this is a place you can't book tables. We do find this a bit expensive for what it is. They used to do really good deals but they don't anymore. The staff however are very friendly.

Great for children as soft play and table pool area. Shared a nice bottle of white wine here which was chilled beautifully. Nice lunch. Not the cheapest but it is what it is x

Good place to come for lunches, snacks and drinks, after playing badminton or tennis. Some of the staff are not very helpful, but we were served by a lovely lady, Shannon, who helped administer first aid as I had hurt my foot. Some of the staff were really quite rude, looking inconvenienced that I wasn't wearing a shoe (just sock) - But Shannon helped straight away, seeing that something was wrong! The food was average, but the experience was good because of the kind lady serving us.

The food was good, provision for children very good - both food and play area made for a great family gathering

Spent most of our time here at the Sports Cafe for excellent food and also good seating for watching badminton / table tennis around the booth we sat in . Big screen tv for sports fans and also smaller ones around cafe and in booths where we sat and ate . Also. Family quiz held here which was great fun !

This man is totally the best sever we've ever met. The most genuine and decent man ever. We all loved him and the extra amazing kindness and personable service received at this place. Genuinely the best man. Well done you Billy.

As I walked into the party, it wasn’t like walking into a yacht. My children, strategically drank fizzy drinks, because I wanted beer, a lot.Food was ok, beer was fine - all as expected at Center Parcs. But I have to take my hat off to Billy - Our waiter, was spot on. Relaxed, friendly, great with our kids and just a good chap! We came back on Sunday for a drink and snack (and we had a discount) but truth be told, we just wanted to see Billy. My Niece was so excited when she saw him again that she air grabbed - with fist pump. He was awesome. Went above and beyond, helped in any way he could all with a genuine, personable way about him. The world needs more Billy’s.

Our waitress was really lovely but paying nearly £14 for a breakfast of such bad quality is a joke ! At my work back at home you pay half that and get the same amount with great quality food. Couldn’t even eat my other sausage it was that rank but service was good !

Absolutely amazing service, cater to any needs. The only problem is you pay £13 for the worst quality food you’ll ever taste. This was on a breakfast where you only get 2 of everything. We usually eat here when we arrive at the Parc, but they have changed the menu since last time (2 years ago) so after it checking it out we decided to go elsewhere, it would be ok if you want a burger. They used to have a specific menu for people who are dairy free, this has also gone, yes they can tweak menu, but that was a winner for us and why we went there. We left and choose another restaurant.

It was very busy here. However the food was great. Very large portions and excellent quality. We had the burgers and would recommend. The bar staff remained friendly and helpful even though it was very busy.

Lovely restaurant, chilled vibe ample seating staff all really friendly nothing too much hassle, the breakfast was great quality. Kids play area and arcade also all sports events on the 50 something tv screens!

The acoustics of this 'hall' are not helped by several large screen TVs belting out a variety of sports channels as well as the constant din of children running around. If you like lots of noise it's fab. If you want a quiet drink/meal give it a miss.

Kids loved the soft play area whole the adults enjoyed some free time while being able to keep an eye on the children.

Great place for all of our group to meet up. Always had a busy lively, vibrant feel to it. Loads of TV's everywhere showing every sporting event going on. There is an amusement arcade here and several pool tables. We often headed here for a lunchtime snack. Smaller meals seem to be the norm here which were ideal for our groups midday bite to eat. Service was good and timely, the food was tasty and portions were not to large

over priced drinks in quite nice sourroudings with plenty of flat screens and bad sound system staff service is average and having to queue like children in a school at luchtime is not the best situation unfortunately there isn't alot of choice at centreparcs bit if football wasn't on I would not bother with it

Ate before the quiz - quick and easy food, no frills but very tasty. Great to be able to watch some sports and catch up on results etc. Play area well maintained but arcade a disappointment.

We ate here at the end of a very busy day when the children were tired, staff were very attentive and food arrived quickly and was hot.

Kids meal was very good and it has loads of Tvs with sports and more sports. There’s also a little soft play and amusements for the children.

This used to be a nice bar to relax in. Now it is ruined by TVs everywhere. There must be 20 - 30 TV screens showing sports - for me it's like some kind of nightmare - a scary utopian vision of the future aghhhhhhh let me out...

This was a great place to get some comfort food, fabulous burgers that were juicy and well cooked plus some good kid friendly options and vegetarian options too, the whole family were sorted

Really enjoyed a Quiz here - very original questions on large screens. Food was really good and lots of varied drinks! Service at tables very efficient and really nice staff. Enjoyed playing pool too! Highly recommended!

Great place and great service. Rhys the barman in particular delivered great service and made us feel at home. I had accidentally spilt my drink(clumsy of me), and he delivered a refill free of charge and with a great attitude other retailers could learn by. A great asset to the company. Thank you Rhys for putting me at my ease and resolving the situation in a great way, that has made me want to return again and again.

I visited the sports cafe at centre parcs Elveden on Thursday the 20th of June 2019 just for small snack before swimming.

Great food, good menu, reasonably priced, excellent service and lovely staff. Family friendly and a great place to watch sport on TV. Very comfortable and plenty of room. I will be back.
