Excellent service from the 2 students & lady in charge of cafe plus attached is a lovely gift shop. The students did very well serving me & the ladies helped me with the postcards. Lovely big shop.

We visited today at lunchtime. It’s always encouraging to see a place full of customers and we chose to wait a few minutes until a table became free. We had a coffee each and a lasagne each, which was served with granary bread and salad. The food was tasty and nicely presented.

This place is a triple threat! Amazing coffee, truly outstanding service, and a bakery selection that will make your mouth water. I can't recommend this spot enough. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or a leisurely brunch, you won't be disappointed. Five stars all the way!

We called in to Café Nineteen on spec after the previous café we visited only took cash. But what an excellent find! Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, great atmosphere, and very popular with the locals. The Café Nineteen Special Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked using quality ingredients including tea in bone china cups! Superb! Overall, a superb eatery and one I hope to return to soon.

It was quiet for a Friday lunch. On arrival several tables had not been cleaned away and there was quite a bit of food on the floor. Not a great first impression. My order came quickly. The flat white was closer to a latte and the veg ciabatta was tasty but not outstanding. Someone did attempt to clear the tables but none were sprayed or wiped down and there were still bits left on the table (sugar, bits of paper). The floor was left unswept. The table I sat at was sticky. I was probably not the target customer as most others were students. It was all just a bit grubby and I left feeling disappointed and wouldn't return.

Lovely small cafe. Lots of students in so a good atmosphere. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food very good value. The focaccia wasn’t as enormous as some places, so just right for lunch with great choices of fillings. Didn’t try the cakes, but very tempted as they all looked delicious.

Great location for a chilled out coffee. A hotspot for students but great if you don’t mind that. Quiet a lot of the time but busy enough to people watch if that’s your thing (it is mine). Would love some more outdoor seating when the weather is nice but there is plenty inside, comfy seating or high up barstools too if you prefer. Would like a bit more selection in terms of pastries but that’s minor for me. Staff are always amazingly helpful, super polite and great with the kids! 👌🏻

Staff are not very helpful, one choice for vegans, and that was a muffin, nothing savoury. But I am sure others will say different it's all about personal choice. It's not that clean / tidy.

As long as man wearing bandana doesn't approach you mid meal questioning your parking. Very intimidating. Guess it's man gun club

Lovely place to visit, friendly staff and atmosphere.

Station in Cropston near Leicester is a spot that seems to have a good reputation. While I can't personally add much to the feedback, I can add pictures of the area near the water reservoir, showcasing a long, scenic stretch perfect for walks or relaxation. Its proximity to the Bridgwater Park complex makes it an easily accessible and pleasant spot to visit. The combination of natural surroundings and peaceful views seems to make it a great place for a quiet escape.
