Great place to go have a sit down in or outside I love going for a coffee and a small eat. Service is good. Friendly staff clean and tidy. Close to carpark if required. Good food and value for money

Nice modern, clean cafe offering a good selection of sweet and savoury snacks. There are gluten free options and non dairy milk available. Worth popping in when you're visiting Loughborough.

Muffin break is my regular go to cafe after I have been to the gym. Friendly staff, good coffee, nice atmosphere, very rarely gueus. Perfect. Update on 3rd February 2023. This coffee shop continues to be, in my opinion, the best in Loughborough. Corina and all her staff are friendly, professional and deliver great service and superb drinks and food. This, together with a great atmosphere make it a great place for a hot drink and a snack and a chill. 😊👍Now with a new manageress but many of the old team, still as good as ever 👍

Extremely over priced with delivery, bacon egg muffin, average, milk shake tasted good but nothing like the picture and half the size Won't be ordering again

Staff produce good coffee and food But tables are seldom cleared and tables seats and surrounding floor are messy. Extra help needed!

Way over price £4.40 for a medium hot chocolate, when I got it, it was surly a small one, costa and cafe Nero not to far from this place which offer much better value. Women at counter could do with a smile, looks like she did not want to be there.

Went into muffin break on 11th November 2023...my daughter and I and our partners came in with my disabled partner..our partners sat down whilst my daughter and I went to order drinks.. there were know customers at the counter so we ordered are drinks...only to be told by the girl with dark hair with a ponytail that we were standing at the wrong end of the counter as she said there were customers before us...how could there have been when know one was in the queue...I said excuse me but there's know one in the queue....then she went behind the coffee machine with her friends and started whispering...most probably about my daughter and I.....very unprofessional attitude....dont forget that it's us customers who pay your wages so best if you change your attitude...and also clean your disabled toilet please wasn't very clean my partner said....we won't be coming back to your establishment its run by young immature girls.......

Get there at 4:25 after work for a muffin break, asked what time they close they replied at 5pm, at 4:30 they started putting tables and chairs away and their faces showed they didn't like that I am chilling having my coffee and muffin, they kind of kicked people out at 4:30

Had a Bacon Bun, one slice of Bacon and Bread Roll, overpriced £4.20 🤪

Came in for a takeaway coffee and delighted to see they had a choice of vegan muffins (also gluten free). Bought the banana and chocolate one which was still warm and delicious. Went back the next day and there was a different choice - went for the berry and banana - also fresh out the oven and very tasty. I was also told they do vegan shortbread. A happy discovery - will be back!

First time visiting and was fantastic, huge selection of food and hot chocolate was the best I've had in a long time!

The two girls who were working today are rude with customers and make fun of customers in a loud voice thinking that they are funny. They treat customers with disrespect especially the girl with a ponytail she is extremely rude. She talked in a bad way with my sister because she just placed her personal water bottle on the table! Although my whole family ordered and paid for many orders. I hope that the management can see this comment and take action. I will never come here again.

Went in tried to order breakfast as they serve till 12pm. But wad told they have no ingredients, so settled for a salmon and cream cheese bagel and a spicy chicken and chorizo panni a iced chai latte and a cookie and cream frappe. Well only one thing to say rubbish. Staff offensive, arrogant not welcoming at all will never go there again.

The Muffin Break Loughborough is ideally situated in The Rushes Shopping Centre near to Marks and Spencer, Tesco and Next. It is our favourite place to have a perfect freshly made coffee and a treat. An extensive choice of freshly baked muffins, cakes, breakfast and lunch items are available. Every item on display looks very tempting and we have always been very pleased with our choices. The staff are always very welcoming and happy. We highly recommend The Muffin Break Loughborough.

Muffin Break Loughborough is a great place to get your coffee and muffins fix. The coffee is always freshly brewed and the muffins are delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the real star is Corina. She always goes out of her way to make sure the customers are well taken care of and the atmosphere is always positive. It was okay, very expensive for what you actually get as the cakes and tea were not the best ... They were okay. Some of the staff came across a little rude whereas others were quite friendly... I personally don't think I'd rush back here.

I used to go here regularly when I was at uni in the area. I cannot recommend it enough! The service is impeccable, and the sweets and coffee are very good! I've never tried the savoury options, but I can't see that they wouldn't be good. I always return when I'm visiting the area. If you're in Loughborough and fancying a coffee and a cake, this is the place to go!

Me and my friends enjoy hanging out in Muffin break. We recommend the cakes (biscoff cheesecake, coffee cake) and loved their coffee. Try the mac and cheese as well. The Baristas are very friendly and accommodating.😊😊😊
