Great little cafe, pretty standard menu items

Don’t miss this little place. My wife and I had the Sunday lunch. Everything was so fresh and beautiful cooked They serve a good range of beers, soft drinks, wine and hot drinks The Sunday lunch was a choice of three different meats ham, pork or beef. Cabbage parsnips roast and mash potatoes carrots stuffing a Yorkshire pudding and delicious gravy. Even little dog treats for our dachshund Will definitely re visit

Ridiculous quality for the price you pay for the mixed grill . Literally there's a whole butchers shop on your plate., cooked perfectly , fast service at the bar and always very well mannered and polite staff . Will 100% be returning , how a good old brittish pub should be run ......take a bow

Five of us visited this morning for Sunday breakfast - the interior is lovely and the menu very varied. My husband and I had the breakfast with poached eggs - which were excellent, all the produce was very tasty and good quality. The staff were very excellent too.

We chose to eat a holiday lunch here ,and we re very pleased we did , the staff are lovely and the food delicious , would definitely recommend, and wish we lived closer so that we could visit regularly!

Lunch out with my daughter who is vegetarian, always struggle to find places with a lot of choices . But we were not disappointed , the range of vegetarian dishes is amazing. I had a bacon sausage brioche bap , and my daughter an Halloumi wrap . We share a fries big portion and two drinks . Service was lovely, the waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and coffee making

Excellent value for money, Good meal deals. Can purchase a large selection coffee ground & beans. You can also purchase a large selection of flavoured syrups inc. sugar free. You can eat in or take away. Toilet on site. Close to Dunstable shopping centre and, backs onto large pay & display car park.( Free parking Wed & Sat.after 1pm. Free on Sunday).

Love it here - always great ales, lovely service, no TV's or background football noise, just nice folks having having a chat with their pals, also usually at least a couple of dogs to say hello to, decent bar snacks and no/low alcohol options too

Used to be one of Brighton's best donut but ownership has changed and the quality has dropped massively while the price has increased. :(

If you’re considering the pilgrims rest as a venue for your big day….DO IT! Do not hesitate!! It is honestly the most beautiful and special place, it just has the wow factor as soon as you step inside the gorgeous big wooden front door! It took our breath away and we booked at first sight! First venue we visited too and I am so glad we did! We opted for an Apres Ski themed winter wedding and it was spot on!!! The decor they have in there was beyond perfect and beautiful! Amy & Waverley are just saints! They couldn’t have been any better, the whole wedding party was raving about how hard they worked and always with a smile on their faces! Amy was my main point of contact and she was a star throughout the whole process! Answering my millions of questions and giving very helpful guidance on absolutely anything we needed! She literally made the whole process so less stressful and a lot of fun! We are so so glad we chose the pilgrims rest! Our guests said it was the most amazing day and they adored the venue!
