Love the coffee , great prices but i would love to see the size of the jar increase specially for the price but other than that its great place for chat with a coffee and slice of cake ect

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices and they even have a customer card they got collect stamps for each drink you buy and your get the 10th free. Has great range of biscuits and savoury products. Milkshakes are great. They are dog friendly and offer water the dogs and even sell pupachinos. Located opposite bennets rec park and has a pay and display car park right next to it and is only a 2 min walk into the town centre.

I am personally horrified of the old women that works there.Today arriving there with my 2 half toddler in the pram, max 30 degrees and when I asked to fill my daughter termos with tap water she rolled her eyes while cleaning her theeth with her finger and her tongue, looking like she just finished her lunch, and when she returned and I dared to ask for my 1 liter termos and another 1 plastic bottle of water of 1 liter she went cursing me telling to the other younger staff something rude about me.She gave the water and said if I know I should buy something if I want water.WTH is wrong with her, she should be sent home and rest for the rest of her life.I hope she will not die thirsty in heat and drown herself in water.

This was great, I haven't been in here before but after my son kept on telling me how good it was we went in and I had a banana milkshake (made with milk and syrup) and an ice cream from the freezer. Very reasonable prices and ideal spot for taking the kids across the road to the park.

This country cant make a difference between an espresso and a soluble coffee. I’m sorry to say but I’m very disappointed. I’m sure food is good but if you want a decent coffee look elsewhere. Friendly staff.

Coffee is not that good but still love the place

The best coffee shop ever. All drinks are £1 you can get larger sizes for £1.50. Their lunch deal is very reasonable but they don't cater for any dietary requirements which is disappointing. They do sometimes have gluten free or sugar free boxes of biscuits. The staff are super friendly and this coffee shop has a great ambience. There are highchairs for children and it is also dog friendly. Jacc's is well situated by a large car park ( you do need to pay) which is accessible to the shops and there is a large park opposite

Great place for a sit down and a coffee and/or snack

Visited yesterday treating my son as schools finished earlier. Very patient friendly young girl was serving us as we could not make up our mind which of the big choices of milkshakes to have. What a value:- ham and cheese toastie, cold or hot drink of your choice (including a milkshakes) and a Huge cake came to £3.99!! Great place to pick up a speciality coffee/ hot chocolate and biscuits to take home or buy as a present. Located just opposite lovely Bull Pond Lane park and splash park. So lovely location with a lunch, which costs you less then a pint of beer!

Very pleasant for a catch up with friend's but right opposite the park and not dog friendly. Also don't cater to people with intolerances. The prices are brilliant and there are biscuits, coffees, hot chocolate mixes and syrups to buy and take away.

I purchased 3 of bags of their ground coffee today from the Lincoln Christmas market. I got them home and couldn't wait to try. First off I tried the French vanilla, which is such an underrated flavour in the UK, not used enough in main chains, but anyway I put it in my Smeg coffee machine and it was unreal, next I tried their chocolate orange, not bad at all but nothing on the French vanilla, last but not certainly not least I tried the cinnamon flavour and this was unbelievable. Safe to say it's 11 30 pm and I'm still wired. Fantastic coffee, the guy who ground them for me looked absolutely fed up, I suspect he'd been there all day doing the same thing. He was absolutely outstanding and ground them beans like a champ. Well done sir. I saw your pain. Safe to say I'll be ordering more flavours offline. My misses also tried the hot chocolate, I believe it was called natural smooth and she's a hard person to please and she absolutely loved it, they didn't have any in stock as they sold out so we got the crem brulé flavour but have yet to sample it.

Jaks is a fantastic place for real coffee and cake. Great prices probably the cheapest but nicest coffee in town. Great selection of cakes . Muffins .and sandwiches. Very friendly staff . I love the cafetiere coffee. Only £1. Highly recommended especially if you are in Bennetts Wreck Park opposite. We take the grandkids to the swings and pop over to the cafe for a break. Jaks is a must place visit. A proper little restaurant with great coffee.. 👍 I refuse to pay £3 for a cup of coffee. If like me you want Great coffee for a pound then head to jaks. Alan.

One of my favourite coffee places to go, the coffee served is great value and always brewed to perfection, they have a good selection of snacks and sandwiches to accompany, but their main strength is the selection of coffees and hot chocolates. They have a wide range of flavours and strength coffees, and always a deal if you by multiple flavours. Similarly the hot chocolates are lovely with fun flavour combinations, well worth stopping by

Have exciting Jacc's Coffee Beans (in dark chocolate)

heard a lot about this place so thought I would pop in and grab a coffee .place was packed and I could see why .99p for a specialty filter coffee it was lovely and hot .also had a cherry bakewell hot chocolate could not believe that was 99p too what was more amazing it wasn’t flavoured with syrup it is made from the powder they sell in store . So ended up spending a small fortune on tins of chocolate, jars of flavoured instant coffee and packets of biscuits . Staff also very friendly too .

Great service, lovely choice of coffees, tempting range of food and really great value. Avoid the big branded rip-off places, head to Jaccs for fabulous coffee that`s always first class. Well done !!!

First time I have visited here, as I was down seeing my son. We had a meal deal which was a brilliant price and everything was lovely, especially the coffee's. We even stayed for another coffee. They don't even charge for the syrups in the coffee, which most places do. Staff very friendly and helpful, tables clean and the little shop area was pleasant and had quite a few options of biscuits,cakes and chocolates to buy and a large selection of coffee to choose from

Hate to rain on the parade of an independent business but this place does not serve good coffee. Starbucks is better, and I say that with absolute contempt for Starbucks. There are lots of good independent coffee shops out there serving top quality, carefully crafted coffees, but this isn't one of them. It is alarming that there isn't even an espresso machine visible behind the till, nor the sound of a steam wand doing it's delicate work. I grant you, it's cheap. Very cheap. £1.98 for two coffees is ridiculously cheap. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. But it's not "speciality" coffee. It's just a "cup o Joe".

Love the variety of coffee there are so many different flavours/strengths/syrups and at such good value too - all drinks are 99p. It would cost you nearly triple that at the big name coffee shops! But no compromise on quality at all. Would much rather support my local independent coffee shop. They have a huge range of coffee (both ground/actual coffee beans) and hot chocolate too. I also like that they have sugar free syrups available. They also sell sweet gifts like biscuits and homemade cakes - red velvet cake is amazing! It is right next to Bennetts Rec play/splash park so would highly recommend it if you are visiting there and a short walk from the town centre (1 min walk from Wilko's). It is a shame that it is not open on a Sunday, but nevertheless highly recommended.

I always love popping in here. Either for a lovely warm hot chocolate and a slice of irresistible cake. Or a flying visit for a coffee. Such a warm welcome each time - I also love the amazing flavours available for the latte's!! (Hazelnut is my favourite!)

Went to get some coffee to give for a present and stayed for lunch. Great coffee, lots of choice. Simple menu, we had a panini and a cake. What we liked most was that it was very unpretentious and down to earth but had good quality coffee and great customer service.
