Un gran desayuno en este lugar. Muy limpio y buen servicio. Había un montón de opciones y tomó un tiempo para seleccionar. Aguacate aplastado con huevos escalfados, el jardín de aceitunas, tazón de galleta Açai fueron nuestras selecciones.

How lucky were we to have this lovely pub close to our holiday cottage. On each visit we experienced a warm welcoming atmosphere. The bar meals look good…we can confirm that they do a cracking Sunday lunch. Thank you to Claire & the team for making us feel welcome.

Visitamos este pub después de hacer una guía misteriosa. Lo había reservado con antelación a las 4. 30 pm. Pensé que también había pagado por ello Comprar un Regalo, pero al parecer no lo había hecho, mis habilidades informáticas son nugatory! Sin embargo, el gerente fue genial, nos quitó el papeleo y dijo que lo resolvería. 10 minutos más tarde fue ordenado y una comida de 3 platos era nuestra. Había 2 miembros más del personal allí, y 2 personas más amables que le costaría encontrar en Londres. La comida era buena, la pizza era preciosa y la ensalada de mi esposa era muy fresca, algo que es inusual en los pubs. Buen pollo selecciona para empezar y un postre encantador. Después de un día recorriendo Londres fue muy bienvenido y muy cerca de Blackfriars, como se titula la reseña, Bien merece una visita.

This is a wonderful place, full of character. The couple who run it are lovely and food was lovely. The mash and beef pie was delicious and our children were really happy with theirs. Thanks.

Had a late breakfast in the beautiful sunshine. Outside area lovely to sit out in a peaceful surrounding. The staff gave a friendly welcome, food cooked perfectly all fresh and a very reasonable price. I am just disappointed we have never visited before, we will certainly be regulars now. Dog friendly outside area and he had a great time

Brilliant licensed cafe, great menu choice, reasonable prices, good food and very friendly service. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Unexpectedly found ourselves at the Golf course at lunchtime. Had an excellent lunch overlooking Hugh Town. Superb food and service, and excellent value.

Been this afternoon for a cream tea for two, plenty to eat, scones and cakes all homemade, with great service by all staff. Highly recommend. Will return again. Five star.

Stopped for a coffee and had to try the cake as it looked so good - it was possibly the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had. It had a texture and taste more like a chocolate ganache - amazing. Great coffee and really friendly service too.

Mi nieta tuvo una fiesta de cumpleaños y por error pedimos un pastel de cumpleaños normal (mi nieto es intolerante a los lácteos). Así que estábamos cazando en la calle principal un pastel sin lácteos para darle. Como último pensamiento, llegamos a la costa y explicamos nuestro dilema, el joven que trabajaba allí se tomó el tiempo de leer el libro de alergias y seleccionar un pastel. Como si eso no fuera suficiente cuando fuimos a pagar, él rechazó el pago. Muchas gracias por el excelente servicio al cliente. Toda mi familia usa Costa y esto nos ha hecho querer visitar mucho más a menudo

Went to the Old Bakehouse for the first time today and was very disappointed. Although there were only a few customers the waitress spent most of her time going to the kitchen and was slow bringing orders. I asked for lightly cooked bacon, but was severed overcooked and dry bacon that looked like it had been left a while on the hotplate. I won't be going for a repeat visit!

Amazing Afternoon Tea. We spent a couple of hours indulging in an excellent Afternoon Tea. The reception was efficient and the table a perfect size for 2. Can’t praise the food and service enough. We were served a wonderful array of crustless finger sandwiches; moist with plenty of filling, choice of white/ brown bread. Allergies considered. There was a savoury item too ( changes regularly) and we were offered Scotch eggs; dainty but tasty. The sweet collection offered a selection of tray bakes and the traditional scones with clotted cream Traditional tea pot and fine China, coffee available too. Booking essential with payment in advance. Cash only or Bank Transfer. Highly recommend.

Lovely warm welcoming tap room with a good range of beers, an easy going atmosphere with lots of nice low level chat. Beers had a couple of lagers, mostly pales, and a stout and a sour.
