Costa Coffee in Portsmouth

Mi nieta tuvo una fiesta de cumpleaños y por error pedimos un pastel de cumpleaños normal (mi nieto es intolerante a los lácteos). Así que estábamos cazando en la calle principal un pastel sin lácteos para darle. Como último pensamiento, llegamos a la costa y explicamos nuestro dilema, el joven que trabajaba allí se tomó el tiempo de leer el libro de alergias y seleccionar un pastel. Como si eso no fuera suficiente cuando fuimos a pagar, él rechazó el pago. Muchas gracias por el excelente servicio al cliente. Toda mi familia usa Costa y esto nos ha hecho querer visitar mucho más a menudo

Tenía un servicio eficiente súper rápido y un batido de berrie salvaje muy agradable, sin lactosa. Con una tarta de Bakewell sin leche, una buena variedad de productos lácteos y realmente los disfruté

Lovely, friendly staff. Very clean and welcoming. We sat outside to watch the world go by and they brought out a bowl of water for our dog. Definite thumbs up for that!!!

OK. Pleasant team serving. I'm always stunned by the prices. Not great value.

Never seems crowded, always a pleasant atmosphere and although at times service can be a bit slow, it’s a pleasure to drink there.

Nice little Costa, with very friendly staff. Generally quite quiet so hardly ever a queue and always a spare table. Nice place to have a chillout with a hot drink

Essentially, this is just another Costa.. Really they should rename it Ghosta because it's always empty! This was my first visit. My Flat White was on par. The staff are perfectly pleasant. As for the location, seriously did Head Office buy this unit because it was cheap? If I could add a half star I would, because it ain't that bad really. 😏 Oh, and to the guy that commented on the "limited parking", if you have a posh Mercedes estate then sure.. if you had a Smart then not so much 😜

If you want to visit this Costa and you are driving you need to drive around the back of the apartment Building and there is designated car parking marked for Costa Coffee. There is a rear entrance that you can come in through all you can walk around to the front and come in from the main road. It's quite a nice large store, that's quite open and unlike some cost us it doesn't Echo as much as others I have been to. Which is quite pleasant because it means you can have a conversation with somebody and hear the answers. I visited on a Sunday morning and there were five staff working so everything was running smoothly. The tables were being cleaned and there was no build up of old customers dirty cups and saucers.

This is a great Costa! The guys working here are really funny, service was quick and you never feel rushed! I was here for hours and they didn't hassel me at all. Really excellent!

Oddly place Costa Coffee. Convenient location for the bus stop, but very limited parking.
