The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in England

I came here to relax with my partner. And instead, I’ll be leaving absolutely reeling. I have never felt the need to send back food, but when given a cold burger, I had got just over a quater way through it and felt like it wasn’t right. My partner then had to go find someone to complain as no one had been to the table to check how our food was. Eventually was asked if I would like Something else. To which I got a gourmet burger instead… clearly the chef was annoyed that I sent the first burger back. So this time I got a cremated burger. Again… before anyone had even come to check if things were okay this time… my partner had to go find someone to send this one back. In public. This wasn’t an issue for the staff. However once we got to reception like requested to discuss a refund. The manager made it her mission to say I should have spoken up sooner and that there didn’t look like anything was wrong with the burger. Insinuating that I was just making a fuss for no reason. Now I hope the manager is reading this. Because how dare you speak to me that way. You can’t expect someone to just speak up instantly, (even though I literally did), you have no idea who a person is, that person could be autistic, filled with anxiety. JUST LIKE ME. Might I also add. If I am unsatisfied with something, you don’t give me your option on it. When I said that the second burger was pretty much cremated and dry. You told me that it didn’t look it and there’s not been any other problems… clearly you need some training in customer service. Yes you may have refunded us. but you don’t get to speak to people that way I left the restaurant/bar, feeling insulted and treated like a child. Currently debating on maybe just to pack up and go.

horrible place not clean at all we had to clean out cutlery before we eaten, the seats was discusting and you could smell urine so strong didn’t see one member of staff clean and wipe 1 table and the food was cold

The staff service is very bad. Polish accent staff was very rude. No manners. I complained the steak bake quality. Even the supervisor is very rude. Very disappointed with their management

This “mozzarella and tomato” toasty and drink was almost a tenner. Had to wait 20 minutes and it arrived in a paper bag. Rude staff, massively overpriced and the food was disgusting. It went straight in the bin. You’re better off walking 10 mins into Muswell Hill - plenty of decent food spots there.

I usually go here when stopping by for work and this can be any hour and usually they are really good. But I wales it at 10:15 to be told they are closed now the door was unlocked the sign on the door says it’s open and on the website it says it opens at 9. Wasn’t given an explanation or time they would open. Very disappointed

There is always a limited menu but there is coffee

Was in John Lewis for some shopping. Great service, great selection of food. Clean and tidy. Was a busy Saturday morning as well. Had bad reviews in the past, seems to have got their act together. Would definitely go again.

Just want to say this was a great services we broke down there and was stuck there for two days hamza who worked in the WHSmith was so great I phoned asking for help to see if my car was there he was working on own but still manage to try to help also the guy who was working in the travel Lodge was lovely without these two are exsperince would of been even worse so thanks

Pedimos dos capuchinos pequeños, un rollo de tocino, salchicha y huevo y un croissant de queso y tomate. Total 19 libras. 28 . Fue increíblemente TERRIBLE. El café pequeño era tan pequeño, tal vez cuatro bocados pequeños a £ 4. 35 no tenía relación calidad-precio ni sabía a nada. El croissant que pedí para ser calentado, era SÓLO caliente, estaba empapado de una pequeña pieza de queso y dos astillas de tomate. El rollo fue uno de los peores que mi marido haya comido. El huevo era duro como una roca, el tocino empapado no crujiente y la salchicha tenía poco parecido con una salchicha. Estoy buscando la dirección de correo electrónico de Camden, sin éxito en este momento, pero siento que un reembolso total debería estar próximo. Nunca sabré cómo se salen con la suya sirviendo comida tan horrible.

AVOID. Dreadful, weak, cold coffee served by kids who could not care less if they tried! Asked to have them redone but was told I had bought them 10 minutes ago ( actually it was 3 - the time it took to walk to my car and back). You have been warned!!!

Everything in this establishment was filthy, floors, tables, chairs, toilets, I could go on. Very disappointed, this place really lets the brand down. Not busy but no attempt made to clean anything, even the hand sanitizer was rot with drips all over the floor & hair stuck to it. Yuk, one to avoid. Coffee in our own cups of course. Coffee only low average.

¡Qué está pasando aquí! El lugar está en un estado terrible. Muy sucio, faltan tableros en el mostrador, mesas sin limpiar, entrada asquerosa. El servicio era lento o inexistente. Tienes que evitar este lugar a toda costa. ¡Vete a Costa!

Piquete mi elección de comida de los mostradores y luego se quedó esperando durante 10 minutos por mi cuenta, ya que no había personal alrededor. finalmente me sirvieron y mientras me alejaba un miembro del personal nastilly me imitó mientras me alejaba. mesas sucias, no recomendaría.
