the late delivery was not the couriers fault, he waited 40 minutes for asda to give him the delivery and then they hadn't given him all of it. courier was very polite, nicest courier I've had.

Second time this week my order has missing items or damaged

I am.missing items again? Pilu rice, Chicken curry with egg fried rice, Duck shredded pancakes, And steak and ale with mash ready meal, I am not happy.at all, Those items were for tonight tea? Really am annoyed. Please contact me.asap

An item was completely missed out, the item I needed the most! I had to go to a shop afterwards anyway so it was all a bit pointless. I don’t understand why more care isn’t taken to ensure the correct items are picked and packed, it’s really bad customer service.

Disgusted if I could give no stars I would to Asda not just eat. Spent over 3 hours waiting for the order when I called up to ask where it was I was fobbed off and transferred to justeat even after I said it wasn't anything to do with them! Icecream melted and rude customer service of being fobbed off. Ruined my evening of having guests over they left before it even arrived for us. I think a full refund is the least they could do

Store did great service, got my item. Delivery driver was awful though. My place is hard to find, so I can forgive a bit of argy bargy finding it, but this driver was the worst.

It's okay as supermarket cafes go in teams of quality, and the layout is decent with a good amount of chairs. Fairly noisy at weekends especially, but understandable for a place where lots of young families go. However, the service though quite friendly is usually very, very slow. They seem to be very understaffed all the time. I don't expect Michelin star service from a supermarket cafe, but it really shouldn't take over ten minutes to get served for a simple coffee when there are only three people in the queue.

The only thing that was wrong here is you CHARGE FOR A BAG and don’t even use one money is short and times are hard for people and you rip people off by charging for a bag that is not even used for delivery
