Delivered on time by a friendly and helpful courier, everything I ordered was in stock, and delivered in good condition

After waiting for a hour I was told 2 of the 3 items were not in stock. remaining item was same price as delivery. was given no option to cancel order

the dough was open and one of the tubs was missing!

Over 2hrs late. Ice cream was melted.

It was 2 hours from order to delivery. The approximate time went up and down but continued to stay around 24 minutes through the whole process. This wasn't the courier's fault. Asda didn't make any attempt to process the order for him. Won't be using Asda again!

I was kept informed as to where my order was

Horrific from the moment we walked in. Should have left but had 2 hungry kids. Terrible service, no plates, no trays, minimal food left, over ripe (brown) fruit on the kids deal. Slow service

The delivery was late, however it was peak high traffic time and I’m really pleased with the delivery. It was delivered with care and the courier was lovely! Would definitely use again

Other than pizza they seem to run out of everything. I also think that if you’re slow at your job then they stick you up in the cafe. It also looks so run down with ripped seats. Take your own cutlery as there’s is filthy 🤔

My prawns were not there I was very disappointed

I never actually received my order

Been here today thought I was popping in for a “quick” bite to eat with my son. Only 2 staff on really busy stood in queue to be served for 50 mins then once I got served the food was cold and no clean cutlery which I had to wait another 10 mins for. Nothing against the staff because they were doing what they could but bad management not having enough staff on in the first place.

every time I order from supermarkets there's always items missing from my delivery, how difficult is it to pick items when you have the order right in front of you.it puts me off ordering through you.

I’ve ordered 15 items and only 8 were delivered . Also of those 8 one was not unsealed properly (mince meat) this is a shocking service. I can’t make even one meal out of what is delivered never mind the 3 I intended .

MISSING MULTIPLE ITEMS ON MY ORDER

Really unhappy, received a bag full of items that weren’t mine. Not one item is anything I had ordered. Was given the completely wrong delivery and now have to wait 5-7 working days for a refund.

I have missing items No crackers, blueberries, coconut water, or Imodium.

The time kept changing and the driver was in the pick up point for an hour. Tried every possible button to cancel the order as was getting very late but couldn’t. I like the offers just eat have I don’t like that they keep moving the delivery time when it’s over an hour later than the hour delivery time already given.

the late delivery was not the couriers fault, he waited 40 minutes for asda to give him the delivery and then they hadn't given him all of it. courier was very polite, nicest courier I've had.

Disgusted if I could give no stars I would to Asda not just eat. Spent over 3 hours waiting for the order when I called up to ask where it was I was fobbed off and transferred to justeat even after I said it wasn't anything to do with them! Icecream melted and rude customer service of being fobbed off. Ruined my evening of having guests over they left before it even arrived for us. I think a full refund is the least they could do

An item was completely missed out, the item I needed the most! I had to go to a shop afterwards anyway so it was all a bit pointless. I don’t understand why more care isn’t taken to ensure the correct items are picked and packed, it’s really bad customer service.

Store did great service, got my item. Delivery driver was awful though. My place is hard to find, so I can forgive a bit of argy bargy finding it, but this driver was the worst.

Well I understand there is a shortage of drivers but I can't wait no longer. its 23.27pm and still no delivery. The most annoying issue is yhe fact it states my delivery has been delivered but it hasn't.
